Ambiance was good & lively. The Arizona omelette was fantastic. Service was great and minimal wait time. Health nut egg white omelette was a little bland but overall highly recommend and good breakfast place.

Great place for brunch. Food was delicious, reasonably priced and good portions. Very good variety of brunch items on the menu and the wait staff was very attentive and nice even though we went during a semi-busy time. Very relaxing atmosphere as well.

We came here for Sunday brunch and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The pancakes were absolutely delicious; light and fluffy. I had the granola almond and my husband tried the plain pancakes. Eggs and sausage cooked nicely. Fresh coffee, hot food, clean establishment. This will be a favorite spot for us when visiting Houston!

Came for Saturday brunch and it was great! Definitely busy, but it didn't take longer than 10 minutes to be seated. I ordered a bloody mary to drink and it tasted ok but had a good amount of vodka in it. Ordered the gooey buns which were a tasty, sweet appetizer that paired amazingly with the cream cheese and cinnamon apples that came with it. I got the Houstonian skillet and it was so so comforting and delicious. The flavor reminded me of really good broccoli cheese soup. My sister got the chicken and waffles which were also absolutely delicious, especially the chicken! She got a side of ranch with it too and their ranch is TOO GOOD. The service was friendly and fast given how busy the restaurant was. I would definitely come back and try more of their food!

Grey place for breakfast, brunch and lunch. I ate here for brunch and I recommend you try the Houstonian I order the Health Nut and it was ok I needed more food. But it's a good option for those on a diet or that have diet restrictions. This place is very family friendly and they have mimosas! 🍹🥞🧇🍳☕

The original French toast are to die for. Battered Sourdough toast and topped with cinnamon apples. Delicious! A pint of mammosa and breakfast for two was reasonably priced at $42 after tax and before tip.

I love this place. The servers could be a bit more friendly but I absolutely love the food. Been going here ever so often for 16 years. Food is fresh, delicious and very filling. The menu has a bit of everything. Prices range from $13 up pp. Food comes out quickly and establishment fills up quickly as as they are only open till around 2pm. The lunch crowd is major as it's in heart of many businesses and corporations. I need to start going a bit more often as I really do enjoy the food. Pictured is the Sonoma Salad with Garlic Bread. It looks small but is actually quite big. The blush vinaigrette is really pleasing to the palette, not overly tangy or sweet.

Went for brunch here on Saturday with my family. We loved our time here from start to finish! There was a small wait but it went by quickly. The service was amazing and our food so affordable and delicious!

Everything is always good. My favorite here are the breakfast tacos! 😋

My mom and I met up with some family and friends. Our server Lavell was excellent. He was knowledgeable, extremely kind and didn't abandon us. Our food was correct. I say that because we had 2 orders with specific dietary changes. The food was also hot and tasted wonderful. Two people had never been to Le Peep and are already planning our next visit. The staff was very patient with my 88 yr. old mother. I'm very appreciative for that. We will be back!

Food has good quality. They usually have seats available during the day, but it's a little busy around 11:30-12 and if it's a rainy day, the expect to see more people and maybe a short line waiting to be seated (people working in buildings around there find it more convenient to go to LePeep than to walk to the mall-food court in rainy days).

Consistently a great place to stop in for breakfast! Carla and the entire staff are always so nice and attentive! Even when it gets super busy!!

I had the pleasure to speak and watch Ryan doing his best not only as a host but as a great human! He was helping an older couple who definitely needed help. He went above and beyond any requirement for that position. It is so nice to see how he was helping someone in need. He is definitely an asset to you or any company!!

It’s a good place when you are trying to get food fast when you don’t have a lot of time. Went to my go to and it was good. We also ordered some pancakes those were ok a little dry but we pour more syrup and that made them better. The coffee was good as usual.

Brunch here was awesome from the decor to the staff to the hand squeezed OJ to the food it was all delicious! You will spend more money here but the above things make it worth it.

As a person who loves breakfast food, this place is made for me. Only thing I would say is not to my taste is the syrup. Had a after taste I wasn't use to. So I just don't get pancakes here. Everything else is nice and fresh though. Best tasting salads in my opinion. Have yet to eat "best chicken tenders ever", as my co worker would say. But I can't wait to taste that and others on this awesome menu. Also helps I can eat her for my hour lunch and be back in time for work. Update: Chicken Tenders are delicious!! Taste fresh. Also I'm now addicted to there coffee. Had to ask where they got it from.

We were a party of 25 and the manager did an awesome job! It took about 1 hour to give us all tables close to each other on Sunday noon (they do not reserve, it's first come first serve) but it's totally worth it! The food quality was good as always. There was a lady who was getting our orders (only one for the whole 25 people) and she was not taking notes! At first I thought everything was going to be messed up but surprisingly there wasn't even one mistake! The manager was so friendly and welcoming. I would totally recommend this place.

Pretty solid French toast breakfast for about $12. Service was a little slow, but friendly. We asked for a few minutes and I think they forgot about us for closer to 20 minutes.

First time eating at Le Peep, I really enjoyed it the place! Besides being in great company of old friends the restaurant is great! They have an all day breakfast menu, besides their regular lunch and dinner menu. I had a the grilled chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Will be coming back and recommending it.

I don’t see how this place has 4.5 stars. We ordered Egg Benedict and the southern egg Benedict. It had absolutely no flavor, what a waste of money. The service was good at least. Snooze is 10000 times better than this place.

I visited this location for the first and last time. As a party of four we arrived at 1:12pm and the restaurant closure time was 1:30. Upon being seating by the host/manager, the waiter approached our table and stated “ just to let you know we close in 10 minutes”. This was very unprofessional in my opinion and shouldn’t be the first thing you say when approaching customers. I understand the kitchen was due to close soon but it’s a better way to inform customers. Once our order arrived the pancakes was falling apart and tasted as if an ingredient was missing. My husband ordered a burger which came out rare and pink. Upon speaking to the manager he stated, “he don’t know if they can re-do it because the kitchen is already closed and that’s how they come unless you request well done.” We were not informed by the waiter nor the menu that the burgers are prepared medium rare. As a manager you should be apologetic and offering suggestions on how to make our experience better. This wasn’t case at all so we just requested that the item be removed from our ticket. Again, we will not be returning to this location!

Consistently great food and great service. The restaurant is run really smoothly. All the servers are friendly and attentive. The food is always hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Even if the restaurant is packed the wait time never seems to be more than 15 to 20 minutes. It's so nice to have a place to go eat that is consistently awesome.

I love the breakfast here, especially " The Breakfast Tacos ". I have been going to this restaurant since I was a kid, and I keep coming back. Sadly, the one down Westheimer closed down so I drive all the way down here; still worth the drive. I'll be coming back to get the delicious food and great customer service.
