Horrifying. I asked the woman before ordering at the counter “do you have the Hawaiian pizza slice available?” And she said they did.. proceeded to wait 20+ minutes for my to-go order and got.. THIS. What in the living hell?!!? It was cold as can be! They literally took a cold CHEESE pizza slice and topped it with cold ham and pineapple and boxed it without doing anything else. The toppings literally all slid off when I picked it up!!! NEVER coming here again. Taking my business elsewhere. This is ridiculous and it tasted AWFUL. You can see the cheese was all hard already. I should’ve gotten a refund but the weather was storming and couldn’t make the drive back -_-

Pizza was good absolutely has a New York vibe. The pizza is New York style pizza at its core.

We had the giant yummy pizza. This thing was big. The crust was perfectly thin but the slightly under cooked. I was looking for a more crispy crust like the single slice had. The Caesar salad was on point. Every bite had just enough dressing, the lettuce was crispy and fresh. The front end staff was friendly and the guy in the kitchen was getting his pizza making skills on. Keep up the good work.

This very well may be the best pizza I have ever had. Pepperoni with red & green jalepenos. The dollops of ricotta perfectly offset the heat of the peppers. As always, the crust was perfect. Last week's NY Village was a 5 Star pie as well. Having you guys in the neighborhood is NOT doing any favors to my weight. Ordered delivery for our son's fourth birthday party. Requested delivery at 11:00 AM, which came and went. Called numerous times, the employees were incredibly rude, told us it would be there in five minutes over and over again, would hang up on us and overall just didn't care about anything having to do with making or delivering pizza's, or probably just life in general. Spoke to the manager who also showed no concern. We ended up having to pick up from another place, thankfully that worked out since it was last minute. Of course, right as the party is ending at 12:00 PM Russo's shows up an hour late with the pizza, which was actually cold. Never order from this store if you need your pizza at a certain time. No one cares, poor customer service, pizza is delivered cold - just overall an extremely poor experience.

my last review was not favorable. i recently returned and things were back to normal. my kids enjoyed the pizza and it was back to being delicious. Nice recovery.

First time in awhile coming back, was not super satisfied with my bbq chicken pizza. Chicken was dry and kinda chewy. Truffle garlic knots were under-flavored as well. Atmosphere was pretty stale, while the cashier/ service woman was nice enough. Probably won't be returning anytime soon, especially at the high price everything was.

I have heard some good things about Russos but was not very impressed with this place. We were the only ones there during lunch time and a lot of the tables were dirty (they cleaned them once we had already sat down). I paid about $46 for cheese sticks and 1 large pepperoni pizza. I did not think the food was worth that much. The taste did not live up to how good the food looked when it came out. the cheesticks were small and not very flavorful. I could definitely tell they were frozen because some of the cheese inside the sticks wasn’t completely melted and kind of cold. The pizza also just didn’t hit as good as I thought it would. It was kind of thin. It says 1 large feeds 4 people but we shared 1 between 3 guys and definitely needed more. At least the pizza looks good in the picture.

The pizza was really good. Only complaint, price was alot. The pizza was really big slices for a good price. Toppings were alot. I purchased the single slice, and I could add toppings which was good. So some good options just too much on price.

The cheese pizza slice is OK, it’s not amazing and definitely not NY quality. The cheese is good, but the tomato sauce is pretty bland and flavorless. My slice ended up costing $7.50 which is pretty expensive…

Pretty darn good pizza, also get their spaghetti bolognese, which is surprisingly good. Their lasagna is good as well. Great place. 3 adults and 3 kids, and we eat for around $53. One large pizza, spaghetti, and lasagna, and everyone is full. That's our usual order. All around good food. We always do take out, so I can't speak to dine in, but it's tasty at a fair price.

First impression: HOT! I’m thinking the AC is out currently so with the hot ovens it made it feel the same inside as outside. We ordered off the menus sitting at the register, and sat down with our drinks in front of the fan they had sitting on the floor. Employee brought out the mozzarella sticks first. We were disappointed. They were soggy and oily and didn’t taste like much. Although the marinara they had with it was good. Then, they brought out the pizza. It looked amazing. The crust was the perfect thickness in my opinion. And it was perfectly crispy from the crust to the center. 10/10 for the taste. I do wish we had been given a serving utensil so we didn’t have to grab it with our hands. By the end of our meal we were very sweaty. I’d definitely get the pizza again. But it would probably be to go.

First time trying: Once entering this location was greeted with the cashier blowing his nose. Ugh. Service was quick, but once received the pizza it was so greasy the toppings slid off and the crust was wet from all the grease! Spent over $17 for a 12’ medium pizza. Sadly, would not recommend!

The food was Awesome. Try the Meat Balls in the Spaghetti, like Silk... OMG! The Feticcini & Bread were great. Door Dash delivery in 20 min max. I'm impressed!!

This place serves the best ever chicken alfredo. The alfredo sauce is better than those served at most Italian restaurants. Their pizzas have weird options like the fig and prosciutto Pizza.

Came in and there was a worker sitting down. Went up to the cash register and he goes no more cashier. Then he said 20 minutes. So I’m guessing he wanted me to wait 20 minutes to place an order. Also the place was empty with no other customers.

I have ordered medium with two toppings : sun dried tomato and prosciutto. Pizza came out a bit too salty and it was overcooked . P.S. just now ordered large pizza with mushrooms and Canadian bacon . Gentleman cooked it very well , hisar the way I like it !

(3.5 out of 5)Always love to try different pizza places when I travel. I had their meat lovers and it was so greasy , the taste was not bad, but so much grease. Also I ordered mozzarella sticks and unfortunately they were soggy and not warm. I would actually rate them 3.5 out 5 because again it wasn't bad flavor.. the delivery was very fast, they said it would be an hour and it was there maybe no more than 30 mins.

Order with DoorDash first time horrible experience half our order cancelled. Pasta dishes, how do you not have basic pasta items on your menu. Never again

Standard Italian fare. Good pizza and pasta (meatballs are good)! Deducting 1 star because WHO doesn’t offer Tabasco sauce as a standard condiment… reads cheap and “corner cutting”. Servers were pleasant, but text messages and phones were there priority at times. Overall, good food, tolerable service, no Tabasco and pricey $18 for spaghetti and meatballs and a fountain drink.(self serve for dine in).

They seem to NOT care about customer service, rude service, tables dirty, fountain drink area had no straws and was dirty too. How hard could it really be to run an OK pizza joint. I’m leaving one star review since the manager was on duty. Poor leader ship and lazy workers.

Always Order to go! I've actually never dined in but I have no complaints. Service is avarage but I keep coming back for the food. The pasta primavera is my absolute favorite. Today I did cheese pizza!
