I love checkers and after a long day on the road it really hit the spot. The employees were friendly and the food was fast and delicious. This is definitely not mcdonalds.

Tha food is good just a little slow because it is cooked to order no precooked.

Checkers use to be ok .. Now it's garbage gas station food. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Make sure you go early it says they close at 9 but at 8:35 they told me they were closed . And they had to have been closed for a while cause I was told the grill was already cleaned along with the fryer. Despite the fact that there were people in line inside.

People are great food is good love this place

They make one of the tastiest burgers you can find. And their fries are hands down, the best. If you go loaded fries they get even better. Plenty of menu options and not too expensive make it a go to.

Meh. I could take it or leave it. A few months ago when we moved to the area, Checkers was a welcome surprise in fast food. This time, the fries tasted like old grease. The burger was just OK. I hope the next time we stop in, it will be the Checkers we had grown to love.

This Checkers is located inside a Fuel Max Convenient Store. They also have a drive-thru window. The staff is always friendly when we stop in as we travel through Devers, Texas. They have the best fish sandwiches and my husband loves the double fish sandwich. Their fries have the best flavor. Checks burgers taste grilled and are cooked generally when we order them. They are good about having specials that are reasonably priced. My granddaughter love cheeseburgers and says theirs is one of the best for fast food.

The people are awesome at the Dayton location. Food is always hot and fresh. Love this place

We love the bacon-zilla. My husband and I treat ourselves once a week and split the triple. Outstanding!!!

Good burgers and service. Was backed up but still got my food fast and was good not sloppy.

This place has the most horrible service. Can’t get a word in while ordering, and the people are rude as hell. Won’t be back. Also and update, ordered the CheeseChamp meal, no lettuce extra cheese (paid for extra cheese). My burger was extra lettuce and no cheese at all.

Waited nearly 15 minutes for my food before getting up to ask what's the problem. After some confusion between coworkers, manager drops two bags of fries and tells me he wanted to give me fresh fries. Yeah, cold burgers but fresh fries. Doesn't make any sense. This isn't fast food anymore. First negative experience with any Checker's though. Also, second time at this location. First one was not as bad but far from good. I just asked for a refund and the manager apologized and gave me my money back.

My favorite stop to grab a quick bite for my trip home. Gotta love those french fries and now a new favorite of mine Mozzarella Cheese sicks. My finger foods of choice being that I drive solo. I have not been disappointed yet! Only one con that I wont let affect the food score(stars)..... The drive-thru is situated funny that you really have to stretch to get your food. The window was placed to close to the curve!!!

Awesome! My favorite fast food restaurant. Need more of them. There is none in my area.

Super quick service for being in a gas station. Probably the most commercial/pretty burger I've ever received. And the seating area was super clean.

Hamburger was throwed together poorly and cold the wifes chicken bites were freezer burnt and cooked in some old nasty grease fries tasted like they were frim the day before will note be back
