I am surprised about some of the Spring Green Reserve reviews I've read. I've tried other locations but they don't compare so I make the longer drive to order from this one. I always order the lasagna and I've always been satisfied. But I ordered tonight and it was beyond magnificent! I can even say it's the best I've ever had. There are no words for what I've just experienced. Lol. It was simply perfect. That is all. :) *By the way, it was a pick up order. I didn't eat in so I can't really comment on the inside service.

It has been a while since my wife and I have been here and the food makes me wonder why. The wings are great and the giant slice pizza is good and REALLY big. My wife got a shrimp pasta dish that was really good also. The service is exceptional and everyone greets you on the way in and says by on your way out. Check them out, you will not regret it.

Love Russo's. Pizza is great. Highly recommend the eggplant rolatini app. It's ridiculous...as in ridiculously delicious 🤤

Not sure if it was the manager or owner that was there but we were the only people in the bar and enjoying a nice bottle of wine. We go there because of the wine and the bartenders. Becca and McKenzie are the best. The manager then proceeds to hush us because he’s in the phone. Really? You are going to tell paying customers to stop talking because you are one the phone ? Blew my mind. I’m so hope those girls leave there soon. That’s the last time I go there. I own my own business and that floored me. The only reason I didn’t say anything was out of respect of the two bartenders. They asked me not to say anything saying they would get in trouble. Stay away from this place.

I called and placed an order. I ordered a large veggie pizza with Halal chicken and 3 extra toppings which included black olives, mushrooms, and bell pepper. It came out to be $40. I really couldn't offord to pay that much. Less then 15 min later i called to cancel due to price. The guy was super rude , argued for a minute or 2 about who will cover his cost because the order was already made and then hanged up on me. My credit card was charged but never did they refund me my money. Now im disputing the charge with cc company. I will never order from them nor would i recommend them because of how rude the guy was.

It was my first time there. I was standing at the front area looking at the hanging menu. The waitress just came up and said here is the lunch menu and just pointed up... I tried to explain I was new and didn't know what is going on... A white couple came in behind me... The waitress lit up .. asked them to take a seat anywhere.. and she will be over with menu and drinks. I then asked why I didn't get the same service, she said she didn't know what I wanted, because I was standing there. It felt racially biased... I just started working in the area, and had the worst experience. I ended up ordering a slice of pepperoni and ceaser salad. I would have LOVED to try a calzone or pasta... But it was only the pizza and salad "hanging menu" that she pointed to. The pizza was burnt and had no cheese, the salad had 2 croutons. Will not try this place again.

Always fast and friendly service. Repeat customer for years and there is no difference or skimping of ingredients between coupon orders or cash orders.

Being new to the area, we seek out NY style pizza. This is not NY style pizza. The crust was too thick to be NY style. The pizza was meh. Very garlicky. There wasn’t a lot of sauce on the pizza either. My search continues for good pizza.

Best place for pizza lovers. Great customer service, quality and communication. Every weekend me and my husband go at this restaurant. They don't compromise on quality. Highly recommended!

This location just cannot get the dough right. The Dough is THICK and well… doughy. They don’t roll out the dough thin enough, it is FAR from New York Style. I literally just got back from New York three days ago. It appears they don’t have experienced people in the back rolling the dough, it’s just whoever is available. The Russo’s on Katy Freeway is better, not 100% like New York at all, but way better than this. I don’t know what this is.

Laid back atmosphere, came in on a Saturday around 3:30PM and was promptly greeted by our wonderful host, Jenny. The owner personally came over to make sure everything was up to our standards. A perfect place to stop by for dinner after some day errands!

I went there and had decent food, but my experience was terrible. The owner, I presume, suddenly started screaming and using a very offensive language towards a sweet young waiter. It was incredibly disrespectful and showed a lack of management skills. Definitely not a family-friendly place. Stay away if you have kids!

Update: we returned again. We tried it one more time. The bread and spices were good. The calzone was good. The service was good. We tried this location for the first time. We ordered the Napoletana cheese pizza, Mozzarella Frutti, and a lasagna. The order came with free bread. The pizza, mozzarella sticks, and lasagna were okay. The free bread was horrible. The service on the phone to order was great. The service at pick up was great. We will probably not return to any Russo's.

Very disappointed in our third and most recent visit to our new Go-To pizza restaurant. We met our grandkids for our arrival dinner in Katy and only half the food came out on time. They completely forgot to make the family pizza so our grandkids had to wait 20 extra minutes for their food while we were eating our meal. No offer to adjust the bill for this complete oversight was made nor was a sincere apology offered. We will now have to find a new GoTo pizza restaurant as we move into our new home in Katy from Upstate NY.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad for pickup, there was literally 1 table in the entire place when I arrived. 21 minutes after I placed my order they didn’t even realize they hadn’t made my order. The “chef” was FaceTiming his friend with a phone in one hand, making the pizza with his other hand. Zero sense of urgency, no apology for having forgotten my order, couldn’t bother to put his phone down until another 5 minutes later. It’s been over 40 minutes now and still no pizza. Absolutely ridiculous.

ordered online, estimated delivery was 30-45 min. after about an hour from time of order i called and spoke with an unfriendly person who told me they didn't have a delivery driver for another 3 hours and that i was just going to have to wait for him to come to work before i could get my food. the person also informed me he did not know how to do a refund so i had to call later to have that taken care of. i can understand the staffing issues, it just would have been nice to maybe receive a call telling me about the situation instead of me calling to find out it was going to be 4 hours after my order before i would get to eat lunch.

I have been going to Russo’s New York Pizzeria for years and the food and service is superb. Some of my favorite dishes are Cauliflower Parmesan, Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken, Buffalo Chicken Cauliflower Pizza, and the Nutella Calzone is to die for. It is truly amazing dessert. I have also order the Giant Party Pizza which the kids love.

I received the wrong order today for the first time as a 5 year customer. I called and informed the owner who just so happened to answer, advised my order had a mistake, having bell pepper instead of onion, I'm allergic to bell peppers. I asked him if they could bring me a replacement. After listening for 3 minutes explaining how much his cost was for every little item basically explaining that it would be too expensive for him to send me the correct order. I gave up. He was very rude and belittling and refused to do anything about the wrong order of course a mistake. As a 5 year customer I am very disappointed.

The food had sat waiting for a driver for so long that the Pizza had clearly cooled and been reheated and the garlic cheese bread was cold and soggy. Food was delivered 38 minutes after the 40 min estimated delivery. Called for an update and they ensured the food would be fresh. This is not the first time we've had issues with this place but likely the last time we order from them.

They have one of the best tasting Greek Salads! My go to items when I visit are the side Greek Salad and 5 Buffalo Hot Wings. Perfect meal along with the bread pieces and spices in oil sauce that is brought out prior to your meal. My tummy gets full every time! Always satisfying. My 13 year old son absolutely loves the Lemon Pepper wings as well. Definitely would recommend. I’ve tried two different locations, and both served the plates exactly the same in tasting and presentation 👏🏼❣️

I almost walked out, because the place smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke or tobacco, but I was hungry. I'm so glad I didn't leave because the food was really good and the waiter was very attentive

Great pizzas and pizza selections. But I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the timing of service wasn’t pleasant. However, once you take the first bite of the pizza the frustration begins to melt away.

Wow! Beyond impressed with the Monday 6pm shift! Everyone was so accommodating. All the servers worked as a team and were so pleasant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. My sister from out of town enjoyed the delicious aroma of the food as you entered the restaurant up until she ate the food. Overall, I’m impressed and definitely will return! Thank you guys for a great experience! :)

Food is good. Sometimes the service is a little sloppy mostly due to lack of training in my opinion. Wine is a bit warm especially this time of year , not sure where they store it but it’s more than room temperature.

This pizza place is AMAZING! The crust was the best. My new favorite when I visit Texas. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Everyone must stop here. You won’t be disappointed.

The flavor was bland and oily I’ve actually tasted better from Olives for a fraction of the cost. But let me be clear I’m not rating the restaurant just this particular dish I am very disappointed with and will not order it again or recommend anyone else order this dish. You’re much better off going to an Olives

Amazing service and integrity! We have been coming to Russos for a couple of years now and see never disappointed. Everything we have had is always delicious. Spaghetti and meatballs, pizza lasagna, Alfredo, pesto... I could go on. Recently we had a pesto dish and it appeared to have some sort of hair. We brought it to the attention of management, they took it to the chef and confirmed it was only part of the artichoke. However, for the misunderstanding, Daniel offered a dessert of which we were happy to enjoy! Tiramisu is amazing! Get it next time you're in.
