So I normally come for the or crawfish, man was I missing out. Their fried catfish, flounder, and creole alligator wings are so good. The entire staff was super amazing and tentative. Will be going back more often, even outside of crawfish season.

Great food and service! Everything was delish and oh my they have the best seafood. Huge and flavorful. Ordered a bit of everything! Totally worth it to get messy. Try to arrive early because they do sell out fast! It’s that good and busy all the time!

I will keep this review simple; Jenivi's Seafood Shoppe (or as we call it - the "krusty krab") has the best crawfish in the greater Houston area. Their service was great. Price will vary based on the Market, but you won't be disappointed with the crawfish. Don't take my word; go check them out. Expectations will be met and satisfied.

Well seasoned, flavorful food, big crawfish and crab legs. I normally don't trust the dipping sauce but this dipping sauce was delicious. The restaurant is not very big but, not super small either. You are greeted as soon as you walk in and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I believe it was the owner who greeted me and took my order. They work the counter and serve the customers, very nice people. I got 4 pounds of crawfish, crab leg platter, creole fried wings and seasoned fries. There is no sauce choice, they only have one choice but you choose your level of spice and I got medium. The medium was spicy but not over powering. The crawfish was not just seasoned on the outside but the meat was seasoned as well. There was not one mush or overcooked crawfish in the pile as well as the crab legs. The fries were good and they also had a seasoning on top that was good. The fried chicken was delicious...'I love it!! Overall the food is really good and the service is great! I will return to this spot for crawfish when I feel like driving all the way down Westheimer.

This is my favorite crawfish/seafood boil restaurant in Houston going on 20+ years. The spice level of their garlic butter sauce is adjustable, to die for and cannot be found anywhere else. The service is always top notch, the stuff is friendly and gives great recommendations. They provide plastic bibs, gloves and rolls of paper towels. The establishment and their restroom are always clean. Despite being a relatively small place, I cannot remember a time ever when i had to wait extensively for a table or had trouble finding parking. Jenivi’s is a must try in Houston, on or off crawfish season.

Watch out for the spiciness of the crawfish. I prefer a certain level of spicy but I didn't saw it coming after I started diving into the crawfish. Located in a small plaza, the crawfish was a pretty good size during their peak season. We got garlic butter and the moment it came out, it was drenched in red spices. There were sausages and corns to accompany the crawfish along with their own custom sauces. Cooked just right, the crawfish were seasoned well and the meat was a good texture. The sizes were mixed with some big, some small. Services were quick and friendly. The inside isn't too spacious but it was crowded during the peak season. Definitely a good spot to check out during crawfish season.

After seeing their high reviews, I was thoroughly disappointed. It’s difficult to mess up salmon, but they did: over cooked and dried out. I’m not even sure it was salmon. The cut and texture looked more like tilapia. The fried oysters were not fresh breaded.

This is a good restaraunt. The breaded fried foods are very well seasoned. I recommend the red fish for its texture as well as the flavor. The fried corn was unexpectedly flavorful and I urge you to try it if you are skeptical. It's small inside so expect a wait if you are going during lunch time or popular eating times. I give 4 stars because the food it great but not wow and the facilities could be better.

I've been in several different cajun places around town, but nothing compares to Jenivi's Seafood Shoppe. They have the best crawfish in town! ♥️

Got the hungry man's plate, 5 pounds of crawfish and 2 pounds of blue shell crab, absolutely delicious foods, the flavor is off the charts! Got medium spicy flavor and it was very spicy.

First of all, their customer service is AMAZING! Super nice, friendly! We ordered their spicy large and medium crawfish, alligator wings, fried calamari... Crawfish was good and juicy. The reason why I'm giving a 4 star and not a 5 star review is because some of their foods were overly seasoned which I don't prefer. Overall, a great atmosphere and one of the friendliest staff ever!

Hands down the best crawfish I have tried. The rest of the menu is amazing as well. Fried corn, fries, crab legs and the pasta! On top of all that.. the service is phenomenal.. very friendly and very attentive.

Seriously the best crawfish in Houston! Extremely friendly service. Gator wings were great, crawfish, shrimp and crab was amazing and the creole spice hit the spot for that heat!!! 6☆'s, cant wait to come back😊

I wanted to like this place so bad but after today. It’s straight “TRASH”I got fish and shrimps. They give you 1 fish fillet and 5 baby shrimps and a handful of fries. 1 horribly seasoned fried corn. Even the garlic bread was terrible. How do you mess up garlic bread🤷🏾‍♀️ I bought this for me and daughter and we both had to force it down with alot of ketchup and hot sauce. 40 bucks wasted

I came here on my lunch break just for the gumbo. Oh yeah the menu prices you see on here is a little out dated, but it was worth a try. I was quite impressed with their gumbo. Had a good amount of shrimp and crab with a nice flavor. Also the customer service was good too!
