I
planned
a
Sweet
16
birthday
party
for
my
daughter.
Aquarium
does
not
offer
birthday
packages
for
older
teens,
the
first
time
I
emailed
and
inquired
I
was
told
that
I
would
just
have
to
reserve
a
table
and
buy
tickets
for
the
girls
to
experience
the
exhibit
and
amusement
park.
That
response
felt
kind
of
cold
and
I
felt
brushed
off.
I
really
wanted
to
have
her
party
there
so
I
decided
to
call.
I
ended
up
talking
to
Nayeli
Garcia,
a
sales
coordinator
and
she
was
able
to
answer
all
my
questions
and
help
me
coordinate
something
special
for
my
daughter.
Her
party
including
herself
was
for
7
girls
and
I
asked
for
a
separate
adult
table
for
4.
Nayeli
understood
exactly
what
I
wanted.
She
told
me
she
would
reserve
one
of
the
best
tables
in
front
of
the
Fish
aquarium
for
my
daughter
and
her
friends
and
put
me
and
my
husband’s
table
of
four
near
by.
I
asked
about
a
pre
set
menu
for
the
girls.
She
showed
me
their
pre
set
menus,
I
made
a
choice
and
she
offered
to
make
specialized
menus
with
Jasmine’s
sweet
sixteen
birthday
menu
on
it.
I
was
very
happy
about
that.
I
also
let
her
know
that
I
wanted
to
do
the
all
inclusive
wristbands
for
the
amusement
park
and
exhibit
for
all
kids
and
adults.
She
said
since
it
was
over
10
people
she
could
offer
me
a
group
rate.
She
sent
me
over
a
contract
for
everything
which
I
agreed
to.
My
party
reservation
was
confirmed.
I
called
a
day
in
advance
just
to
confirm.
The
girls
were
driven
to
Aquarium
restaurant
via
stretch
limo.
Everything
seems
fine
until
we
tried
to
check
in.
We
were
told
to
go
upstairs
to
the
hostess
stand
where
the
hostesses
seemed
confused
about
us
have
a
reserved
tables.
We
were
led
to
a
table
of
11
chairs
to
the
side
front
of
the
fish
aquarium.
I
told
the
waitress,
I
think
her
name
was
Sandra
that
we
were
working
with
Nayeli
and
requested
a
table
for
7
in
front
of
the
fish
tank
and
a
separate
table
for
adults
for
4
nearby.
She
apologized
and
said
Nayeli
wasn’t
there
and
she
had
no
knowledge.
I
asked
could
the
seven
girls
take
the
table
they
had
set
up
for
11
and
I
was
told
no.
I
was
not
happy
because
not
only
what
I
was
promised
by
Nayeli
was
not
being
honored
but
to
be
told
no
when
she
offered
me
the
table
for
7.
Anyway,
I
had
to
back
off
and
the
waitress
sat
the
girls
in
a
back
booth
away
from
the
aquarium.
We
were
sat
at
a
random
table.
No
one
knew
where
the
Personalized
menus
that
Nayeli
sent
me
a
copy
of.
They
started
passing
out
full
menus
which
I
took
up
immediately.
It
took
several
minutes
someone
found
the
Personalized
menus.
This
whole
process
so
far
stressful.
The
restaurant
manager
should
have
been
in
charge
of
taking
care
of
all
the
details
for
our
party
in
Nayeli’s
absence.
Once
we
were
finished
eating
and
went
to
get
the
tickets
for
the
amusement
park
and
exhibits,
once
again
I
had
to
wait
for
the
ticket
booth
guy
to
get
a
manager.
I
had
it
in
writing
that
we
would
get
the
group
rate
of
$18.99
per
person
because
we
bought
over
10
tickets.
I
had
to
show
the
email
with
the
contract
stating
the
price
and
group
rate
agreement
to
the
ticket
guy
and
again
to
the
manager
and
finally
they
honored
the
price.
It
was
almost
like
no
one
knew
we
were
coming.
Our
reservation
was
for
1:30p
in
the
afternoon.
It
was
not
even
busy
so
I
was
confused.
After
we
got
our
tickets
and
went
to
the
exhibit,
everything
seemed
fine.
I
was
a
little
confused
that
there
were
no
what
tigers
anymore
.
White
tigers
are
advertised
but
not
there
just
one
regular
brown
tiger.
The
amusement
park
is
not
worth
the
$18.99
discounted
group
rate.
The
girls
were
only
able
to
ride
the
lighthouse
ride
and
the
train.
There
is
literally
nothing
else
to
do
for
teenagers
other
than
spend
more
$
on
games.
Would
I
recommend
after
all
the
confusion?
No.
I’m
not
upset
anymore
just
disappointed.
We
spent
a
lot
of
$
and
no
one
even
called
after
to
see
how
our
party
was.You
would
think
if
you
worked
with
a
sales
coordinator,
even
if
she
was
not
there
the
day
of
the
party,
that
she
would
follow
up
to
make
sure
everything
was
ok.
