Super fun and extremely well thought out games. The rooms are set up with such love for detail, which makes it a great experience. The games themselves are very clever and not too easy, but also not impossible to solve. Susanna was a wonderful game master! We’ve done the Prison Break, Special Ops, and Heist escape rooms so far, and we loved all of them! Highly recommend this place and the staff is very friendly.

Alejandro our attendant is a master escapist. He was astoundingly attentive and encouraging. He said we completed parts of our escape in record times. This escape room is better than any experience I have embarked on. It’s like going to Disney without the long lines and crying kids. I highly recommend this experience. I would pay a college tuition and vet bill to come back. Alejandro needs a promotion.

This place is amazing! I am a major fan of escape games and this place has to top the cake in terms of story telling, accessibility, and service. Scheduling and payment is so easy and fool proof, the staff is incredibly helpful, and you are sure to have a great time. The staff will provide you with just enough information to guide you in the right direction without making it obvious, unless you want to as they give you as many hints as you need. I highly recommend this place for any puzzle enthusiast’s birthday, date night, or family outing.

SO CHALLENGING, SO FUN! My 11 year old daughter has been begging to go to an escape room for so long. With today being her birthday, it was the perfect day to do it! I researched every place in the Houston area. I selected this location due to location (knowing it was classy) and the room options are impressive and also not something that is scary. We went with the playground room. Do not think for a second that this means it’s not for adults. It was so hard we couldn’t even finish the escape! My daughter LOVED it, and we were set up with another group with two daughters the same age. My 4 year old also joined, and although she was not able to participate effectively, she sure had fun thinking she was helping with finding clues ;) Very thankful for the kindness and professionalism from Willem. He really knew how to introduce our groups together to make us comfortable and also went out of his way to make a minor glitch right. We had a great experience and look forward to coming back and trying another room! ———————— Update: came back on 7/30 and tried the “gold rush” room and my hubby came. He loved it! Plus he’s super competitive so this is right up his alley for things he likes to do. Can’t wait to come back to try the hardest room as a date night

Intriguing. Informative. Mind-bending. Superb. Magnificent. Monumental. Marvelous. Thrilling. Exciting. Our Game Guide - ALEJANDRO, was the most helpful and strategic guide I’ve ever met. I’ve been to a few Escape Rooms and this location is hands down one of the BEST, if not THE BEST, room I’ve ever been to. I will 1000% come back. 10/10 would recommend!!!

What an awesome experience. From beginning to end, my family and I were on our toes trying to figure out every clue that came at us. We chose The Heist adventure, and it was an 8 out 10 difficulty. Boy, was it hard. My advice would be to elicit assistance with the clue button as soon as you know you're stuck because the game goes by so fast. One hour is not enough time. My favorite parts of our escape game experience would be figuring out clues and uncovering something cool from them. We really enjoyed all the clever ways the clues were hidden in. We felt like Nicholas Cage in National Treasure finding all these secret openings and things. Lol. We even planned on returning to try out their Gold Rush or Special Ops escape games. We will definitely be back! It was so fun! PS - if you plan on coming to this Escape Game location, please allow 15 minutes or so to find parking and walking to the Escape Game. There's free parking in the garage behind Brio restaurant.

GOLD RUSH IS SO MUCH FUN! If its your first time with escape rooms, you will love it at this location. Jessica is friendly and her smile is contagious. I will never forget her going out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. We loved every minute of it. These rooms have the best layout and ambience. The layout and the props are by far the best. The crew that works here are so great with the customers I wish there was a way to leave a tip with my bank card. Owner. Jessica and Josue. Super fun! I highly recommend. We did the Special Ops Mysterious market! This was my first time and it was so cool to feel like you traveled to another country to be on a mission to help save the world. The technology of this location was cool and had many hands on tools to use. Ken was an awesome guide, very chill, and informative. We solved it with 7.41 mins to spare and only used 3 clues! Loved this first time experience ✨🥰✨

Susana was super helpful and the while experience was hectic at times it made the perfect corporate team building event. If you go focus on team work and you’ll do fine. And no shame in using clues have fun and I hope you escape.

We did the Timeliner game and it was so much fun! Just when we thought we were going to escape, nope! There was another door or another item we needed lol. It was probably one of the more fun one’s I’ve been to. Definitely recommend! And our host, Lexi, was great! She was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. She made our experience even more fun. Can’t wait to go back!

I have done nearly every game The Escape Game offers between this location and the Galleria branch. They are by far my favorite execution of the concept, with a great mix of different puzzle types and lateral thinking required. We also enjoy the physical aspects, such as being locked in jail cells during the beginning of the Prison Break room. Highly recommend this place! Difficulty can be high on some of the rooms, but the ability to ask for hints as needed ensures everyone can still have fun!

We had a team event here for work last night and we all had a blast! The games were perfectly challenging and we escaped with only 36 seconds left. Larisa was our host, and she was awesome, super friendly and had us all pumped up for the adventure. We had 10 people and were in the School Playground room, which was SO CUTE and like I mentioned, an absolute blast. Highly recommend this room for larger groups! I hope we come back here to see another room soon!

Elias was a great game master, made the whole experience 10 times better. We will definitely be coming back soon and if possible will ask for him again. The room atmosphere was great and the tech was also very nifty! Not to spoil anything but the hidden door mechanics were flawless and difficult to notice unless known prior. I would definitely recommend 4 people though i totally see fun being had with groups as little as 2

“In The Depths” is super cool! It had three rooms to unlock, which were all unique and fun. The technology was also impressive, and the atmosphere was amazing! It was a great experience overall. My only complaint is that they gave us hints before we asked for them (even though we asked them to please wait until we asked). Other than that, the experience was super immersive and entertaining!

Arrived for a game and the place reeked of fumes from way too many plug ins. Noxious. Could not even stay. Update: The rest of our party thought the game - The Depths - was well designed and great! The management gave our whole party a refund and gift cards. Really took care of us. Very gracious! Hope they decide to remove the plug ins; I would love to be able to go back!

10/10 experience. Shout out to employees Kai and Juan for their kindness and humor before and after our games. The escape rooms themselves were scary and fun! Everything was amazing, the staff, the rooms.... it was definitely worth the price. FYI: My friends and I did Prison Break and The Heist :)

We did the Special Ops room. It was a 3 parter and very fun with just two people. Ryan checked us in and recommended us the room. Emily was our game guide and was very helpful when we seemed stuck or needed a hint. We finished with 10 minutes to spare. Will definitely be back here again to try the other rooms.

My husband and I are from Louisiana, we were here in Houston celebrating our 4 year anniversary. We LOVE escape rooms, so we decided to give this place a try very last minute. I’m so glad we did, this was by far the BEST escape room experience we’ve been to. The rooms have so much detail and they actually make sense with the theme, unlike a few we’ve been to. We actually did 2 rooms and they both were amazing. Chris checked us in and was super friendly! Lexi was our game guide for our first game: The Heist, she was phenomenal! We also did The Depths. 10/10 experience all around. We will be back!

We came here for my husbands birthday with friends and had SUCH A GREAT TIME! We were a bit intimidated by the difficulty of 9/10 but we made it through "prison break" with the help of the BEST guide, Kai! Kai helped make the experience a great one and a brig day to remember. We definitely plan to be back.

My fiancé and I came for our 5 year anniversary! Everyone was so nice and greeted us right away , once we were out of the room they received us with a hand made bouquet of flowers with a card signed by every employee there ! We loved it ! We’ve done all of the rooms at this location and it’s by far the most high quality escape rooms I’ve ever done. As a family of people who love escape rooms, we can vouch they are wonderful. We did Prison break after not escaping in a different location, and our Game Master Aaron was wonderful. Wish there was more rooms so we are so thankful.

So fun!! Lexi is the BEST, we were able to escape the Spice Market with just a tiny bit of help, it was a fun challenge! Will definitely be coming back! Update- Raelynn was awesome! We did THREE rooms in one night and had as much fun in each! This place is awesome!!

Great way to have fun with friends outside of the typical bar/restaurant scene. It was only two of this time so we joined in on another group. Everyone was a good sport and the game required a lot of teamwork and communication. Unfortunately we didn’t escape but got really close. Only con is that it is a bit expensive. But, I will be back nonetheless.

Really nice, clean place. One of the best escape rooms we have been to. Very fun and challenging. Our host, Eli, was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely need to return and do another room here.

My friends and I booked a room last minute on a whim and loved it so much, we ended up booking all the rooms. Everyone was so nice and they made sure we had the best experience! We recommend trying Special Ops or Prison Break. After completing all rooms in this location they recommended us Depths at the Galleria and were quick to make the appointment for us. Overall a very good experience!

Had so much fun doing the Special Ops room! The puzzles were fun and the vibe of the room was super cool! Our host Phillip was really fun and made our experience even better! Nathan also took a picture of us with Phillip at the end which was 🤙🏼🤙🏼

Went with my best friend. We love doing escape rooms and this place is by far the best one we've done. We went in for the heist and we loved it so much we signed up for the playground later during the same day. We had a blast, they put a lot of thought into these rooms and it shows. Our room attendants were awesome as well. Shout out to Mario and Susanna, you guys made the experience even better. Great atmosphere, highly recommend it.

Escape games city centre broke me and my husband’s escape rooms winning streak with their prison break room! It was so much fun and we love the difficulty it definitely had our minds going! We booked the Gold Rush room immediately after, and it was also so much fun!! It was a little easier but definitely a thinking game! Willem and Alejandro were our guides and they were so helpful and fun. They definitely made the experience worth it !! Thank you so much to everyone for a fun night for me and my husband! Definitely coming back to do all the rooms! Hope to see more in the future!!

We went for two escapes and did three. Playground is a fun and huge room, gold rush is ominous and lots of wild west fun and heist is a bit harder but so satisfying when you get it!!! Megan, Jada, Yosseline we're the most amazing game masters! Kayla is super sweet and helpful!! Finished playground with literally one second left, gold rush with 21 minutes, and heist with 11 minutes :) can't wait to come back!!!

This place lived up to the hype! The room we did was impressive! The detail and quality of every bit of it was amazing! Don’t want to give out any spoilers, but you definitely want to check this place out and go try to gold rush themed room! Lots of fun! Grab your fiends and stop by! Staff was helpful, encouraging, and all around great!
