It is a shame I have to write this, but it leaves me no choice and I think it is fair for people to know when they chose to stay for business or vacation in this hotel. Sadly within this Four Seasons , items of a certain luxury brand tend to go ‘missing’ , which for the management’s disappointment, the client knows all the items they send off to dry cleaning and all the items the own. Due to the fact that it was easier to cover the ‘disappearance’ of the item they chose to refund a hefty sum to cover up the sentimental value of the missing item. Sadly this is not the way it goes and not how the world spins. It is not fair or normal for a client to start feeling unsafe to have their clothes or belongings laundered with the thought that they won’t get it back and whoever takes it learns nothing, meanwhile the management covers it up with refunds or whatever they think its fit. Also, another sad aspect in regards to the pool area, it does not compare with the cleanliness that you find in the other FS around the world. The price does not match the quality and the services provided.

We had a wonderful experience at the ToruToru breakfast. It was nice and quiet and we celebrated our anniversary there. The service was amazing and the staff was attentive. It took a while for our order to come but we were in no hurry. The presentation and ambience was on point. They even congratulated us and served a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Will be back soon! 😁

I absolutely love this hotel!! The staff is so kind and accommodating! I love the cabana rooms! The rooms are so much more cozy than your average upscale hotel! The room service is prompt and the food is excellent even at late hours of the night! I highly recommend the all fruit orange/mango smoothie! It is so fresh and energizing! Thank you Four Seasons for going above and beyond to cater to the needs of your guests!

I popped in for a breakfast meeting and it was so lovely and relaxing we lost track of time and stayed 3 hrs. The service is absolutely outstanding. Staff are happy and clearly well treated, enjoying their jobs. Food was great too. Nothing to improve on in the slightest. Can't wait to go back.

So so disappointed. There were many people to greet you as you entered the hotel. Lots of "door people" . Not nearly enough people in hospitality including both room service and the restaurant to get adequate service. We stayed in a "residence" room. The decor was basic hotel and the TV's had only basic cable and could not stream. There was a nice grocery store across the street. That was the highlight. Because we were in a residence unit, it was crazy expensive and most certainly was NOT worth it.

5 star hotel? More like 3-4. The staff, namely concierge and valet/doormen gets about 1-2 stars. However, Housekeeping is excellent along with the amenities and quality of rooms, but the staff up front, the first impression, sucks. They really need additional training.

I was debating between the Four Seasons and another luxury hotel. I’m glad I chose the Four Seasons. The room was updated, classic, and very comfortable. We were in a suite. It was nice to have a bedroom separate from the kids. The bedroom was nice and dark at night. The service was great! We interacted with the front desk, room service, and house keeping. Everything was great and we can’t wait to go back!

I see now what the rave is about. I came here with my work group. It was an amazing experience. They have top golf here, out of this world drinks too. Try the tamarind margarita! The bar master made me a spiked coffee that woke me up joyful lol. If you haven't been here you are missing out!

Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies. Room amenities are top notch and had everything for a business traveler. They handled volume reasonably well and check in counters are very efficient and courteous. Would love to come back and stay again. It would be nice to see better food options and an inclusive breakfast deal that's value and not excessive.

Absolutely 5 stars all around. We visited for a staycation for my fiancé's birthday and had fantastic interactions with every staff member from the moment our car doors were opened. Super pleasant and welcoming team. The staff was wonderful about helping me set up a birthday surprise in the room, and also were kind enough to upgrade us. We really like the look of the renovated rooms, and the bed and pillow were top tier comfort. Very cool mid century design style. Thank you for making this a wonderful stay!

Wedding VENUE ALERT! If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel wedding venue, then you need to ask for Lisa and Shelby. These ladies made us feel so important and special. They took their time to ask us questions and listened to our requests. The tour of the Four Seasons is regal and the restaurants are full of character and flavor. The packages for the wedding are extremely affordable with so many add ons to make your day perfect. Lisa and Shelby are all about making sure you and your forever person share moments in the midst of your friend and family time for each other. I highly recommend these two ladies when picking Four Seasons for your special day.

Lovely room and lobby. Super clean and helpful. The pool is small though, and not very deep, and the poolside service was slow. Other than that, we’ve had a nice stay! They do late checkout for free which is very considerate.

The hotel was great! All the staff were so kind, and I especially want to mention Larreta at the front desk who went out of her way to make her stay so amazing! We are in business, and we wish we could find people to work with us like her. She is truly a gem and The Four Seasons is lucky to have her.

Simply amazing! Room was great! Got stuffies for the kids at check . Amazing fella at the pool made sure our girl got a great floatie pool side. Room service was top notch. Made lasting memories for our family. Great service in every aspect.

Overall nice hotel. The days I was there I was there for work and, unfortunately, they were having some serious internet issues. That happens, it's just a problem when it does. The staff however tried to help me as best they could and were really welcoming and hospitable. Overall I'll stay there again, just hopeful we'll be internet issues free next time.

Excellent bedding. Good menu at two restaurant choices and excellent gym. Pool could use a little verve, maybe some softening landscaping? Overall, an excellent place to stay.

We stayed recently for three days and had a great experience. The staff were all on-point with focus on quality guest experience. The hotel is nicely appointed and the room was very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great location as it is walking distance to some good restaurants and close to major sports venues like Minute Made Park and the Toyota Center. Rooms are clean, and the TV had a good selection of channels from HBO to ESPN etc. My only minor complaint is that the scent in the lobby can be a little too aromatic for some people. I enjoy more woody smells, but if you like perfume aromas, you'll like the scents.

Fancy schmancy spot downtown business district! Wonderful bars activities within the Four Seasons and plenty of activities around it as well! Close to sports centers and plenty of fine dining

Amazing customer service, the best honestly. The burger from the bar is sooo good too. We had a lot of fun at the bar and also the virtual game projector rooms!

One of the best place to stay. The speakeasy it's amazing, great selection of high end spirits and super pretty atmosphere, cocktails are interesting and delicious.

This was so much fun. Everything was just right. Great pool and hot tub. People were very accommodating. Room was great.

Great location and nice hotel. Stayed in an executive suite and the room was spotless and tidy. Concierge was very warm to questions and asks. One thing that caught us off guard was how quiet the HVAC system was in the room. I don't know how that managed it, but a strong breeze of AC without a sound! Sleep tight

Josh was amazing! He was funny and definitely kept my party entertained. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave outstanding recommendations on what we should order. The drinks and food was amazing, we will definitely be back this weekend.

Wife and me had a couples massage this morning at the spa. Drinks at the bar after we’re nice as well. Great experience, will return for sure.. Everyone was very professional.

Went to the new bar bandista it was everything Darlings. Service was phenomenal and the drinks were made to perfection. Not to mention the bathroom was nice and a great place to take photos.

We had a great stay at the FS. The room was so spacious and well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. It was also super quiet, which is rare in a downtown hotel. I would definitely come back if we visit houston in the future.

We stayed here for a mock trial competition. It took them 30 minutes to check us into our rooms and, finally after they asked us to write down our names and room numbers on the back of an envelope, they gave us our room keys. They were completely unhelpful when we tried to get assistance during the check in process. No one offered to help with bags. They charged our credit card twice. During checkout, they told us we did not stay in the rooms they actually gave us. They charged our rooms for diet cokes (which no one drinks in our group) and a "medical kit." While we tried to check out, the night manager accused us of lying about the rooms we were staying in and ran our credit cards again. Even after we proved they messed up the booking and reservation, the night manager simply said, "it's not in my system." This is not what you would expect from any hotel, much less the Four Seasons. We will let the organizers of the competition know so, hopefully they will use a different hotel in the future.

This was the best experience by far of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Customer service was immaculate! Eric and Mohamed were so amazing and made sure my stay was nothing less than perfect! Very kid friendly and accommodating! The food was Amazing and the have 24 hour in room dining! I am a new customer and I am already looking forward to visiting them again!

What is not to love about the Fours Seasons. I was upgraded to a corner room with an amazing view. My room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the nightly turn down service. The staff was amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants and a downtown park, not to mention having Phoenicia Specialty Foods across the street was a plus. Love this brand of hotels, everything you could want is here, a spa, nail bar, excellent workout area and amazing pool with an outdoor bar.

Awesome resort! I usually go to these 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and 5 Diamond Resorts 💎💎💎💎💎 for work .. I am a high end Audio Engineer and work for lots of conferences.. over the 30+ years I've seen many beautiful places .. this is definitely a very nice hotel and conference area. I can usually tell a ton from the back hallways behind the conference rooms .. this is a well run and well managed hotel.

Absolutely stunning stay at the Four Seasons the night before the Houston Half Marathon. The staff was very friendly and met all of our needs. They had special meals and snacks available all geared towards keeping the runner fed and hydrated. They even gave us gift bags the morning of the race! Will be staying here for any Houston trip! Exceptional service! The hotel has been recently updated to impeccable taste and standards. And the lobby bar is sophisticated and has an impressive bourbon list. For those traveling to Houston and for locals looking for a weekend away, I highly recommend the Four Seasons.

She went above and beyond to help me create a memorable experience for my Father’s 60th birthday celebration. I’d also like to highlight and recognize her kindness and professionalism. I appreciated her attention to detail! Surely we’ll come back to visit again. The entire stay, service, food, and staff were a delight.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. Room service was fast and easy, coffee bar was delicious albeit expensive and really struggled with the rush hour. I appreciated the complimentary chips and salsa when arriving! Delicious. The bar downstairs was a great spot to watch the Astros game.

We came for a concert at the Toyota center during a world series game and I was impressed with how the staff handled the volume and was able to give the full Four Seasons treatment. The restraunts were packed so we opted for room service for dinner and breakfast that was amazing. I am Thankful for the experience.

We had the chance to spend a weekend at the Four Seasons and it was fun. The valet greeted us cheerfully and helped us get through the check in process. The rooms were spacious and light with comfortable beds and nice showers. The hotel hallways were a little cold but each room has a thermostat for personal comfort. I was there for meetings and can vouch that the team supporting us was super responsive. We never went hungry or thirsty and the temperature was maintained perfectly for us. We had a party in the Grand Ballroom and it was well supported. Food was delicious and drinks were served with a smile. The pool is warm, so even on a brisk night, we had a pleasant experience playing with the provided pool toys and enjoying the blue lighted environment. With the pool and the close proximity to Discovery Green, our family was well entertained.

By far, the best hotel experience ever in my life. This was the first 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at and it blew my mind away. From valet, check-in, room service, food, and check-out, all of my expectations were well exceeded. The staff was very polite, helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The amenities were top notch as well. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Hoping to be back one day!

We had an amazing stay. The room was big, good coffee machine, nice bar + coffee shop, everyone was attentive and kind. Christmas decorations were on point. Location is iffy but easy to Uber anywhere.
