We
stayed
here
for
a
mock
trial
competition.
It
took
them
30
minutes
to
check
us
into
our
rooms
and,
finally
after
they
asked
us
to
write
down
our
names
and
room
numbers
on
the
back
of
an
envelope,
they
gave
us
our
room
keys.
They
were
completely
unhelpful
when
we
tried
to
get
assistance
during
the
check
in
process.
No
one
offered
to
help
with
bags.
They
charged
our
credit
card
twice.
During
checkout,
they
told
us
we
did
not
stay
in
the
rooms
they
actually
gave
us.
They
charged
our
rooms
for
diet
cokes
(which
no
one
drinks
in
our
group)
and
a
"medical
kit."
While
we
tried
to
check
out,
the
night
manager
accused
us
of
lying
about
the
rooms
we
were
staying
in
and
ran
our
credit
cards
again.
Even
after
we
proved
they
messed
up
the
booking
and
reservation,
the
night
manager
simply
said,
"it's
not
in
my
system."
This
is
not
what
you
would
expect
from
any
hotel,
much
less
the
Four
Seasons.
We
will
let
the
organizers
of
the
competition
know
so,
hopefully
they
will
use
a
different
hotel
in
the
future.
