Do NOT stay here if you are driving. Catalytic converter was stolen from the parking lot and they couldn’t care less. No “I’m sorry that happened to you” no compassion at all!! She only made sure I knew that I signed a paper that said that there was no cameras and they were not responsible. I will never stay here again!!!! Not that they were to blame but so heartless. I asked for the number to the local police department so I could file a report and she handed me a printed paper with the wrong number!!! I even had to figure that out on my own. Crime is obviously and issue so if you can about your vehicle…go elsewhere!!! They will not tell you in advance. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED by someone who went through it.

Our flight arrived early and so I called the hotel hoping the shuttle could pick us up. Not even 10mins, and the shuttle was there for us. Breakfast was limited but filling. Clean room. Great location. The Internet is stable too. Cant say much about the pool since we were too exhausted to check it out.

Great place... Clean... Convenient... Breakfast was good... Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful... Only issue was the room... All the lights were controlled by one light switch... Very strange... Pretty sure an electrician can fix it

One of the best hotel stays I have had in a really long time. The room was so clean and smelled freah. Sheets, cover and pillows were prestine. Bathroom and shower room were clean and yes they are seperate. No more waiting to take a shower because someone is using the bathroom. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice and hospitable. I was so glad to have had this experience. I have been very skeptical and a bit phobic about travelling and having to stay in hotels with everything going on. So to be able to stay here and feel comfortable was everything. Oh and the couch lets out to a bed.

I have stayed here for many years probably over twenty stays period. The hotel is still very nice and close to the airport,. However the quality of service and friendliness of the staff has changed. I would still stay there and recommend it but we'll leave it at that.

The front desk clerk was a little rude and very loud when she spoke to us. Instead of her actually listening to our needs, she kind of an " I know everything" attitude. Our mattress had dried-up blood on it, underneath the fitted sheet. The breakfast was mediocre. The cleaning staff was extremely nice. Right next to the airport, so be prepared to hear planes taking off and landing all day and night.

Great location to airport. Free shuttle so don't pay 400 per night at airport!! I paid 100 here. Nice clean room. Good food/bar in sister hotel 50 yards away.

A group of 16 Canadians came for the first time to Texas and stayed here. The rooms were excellent and service was great. But the real mvp was Tara helming the bar in the lobby. She made it fun for all of us and kept our drinks delicious and full. She even went as far as catering an authentic Cajun meal for the entire 16 of us right there at the hotel. An amazing stay and an amazing women looking after us Canadians. Can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here for two nights. Hotel shuttle was a crispy clean inside and out Mercedes Sprinter not a mini van. As we arrive to the hotel, Christina greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and got us our room keys in 5 seconds. She was really helpful answering questions we had both days we saw her. Cool woman. The lobby was super clean and every day it smelled fresh. The room we had was a really nice setup. The toilet and sink was separate from the shower and sink. I was quite surprised how clean it was considering the other reviews. Nothing was broke, torn or not functioning. The breakfast is your typical free hotel breakfast. Its free, don't complain. I would stay here again without thinking twice.

This hotel is simple but nice, the staff were very accommodating and helpful and the rooms were clean and well maintained. It offers amenities like a pool and exercise room as well as a complementary breakfast that runs from 6 am to 9:30 am. It is also located within 10 minutes of the airport, making it a convenient place to stay if you're having a quick layover in Houston. It also has 2 shuttles, which run to and from the airport every 30 minutes, which is quite helpful as well. Overall, it's a great stay; there just aren't a tremendous amount of things to do within walking distance, but there is a small selection of restraunts that are less than 10 minutes away.

Ended up here after my plane arrived late and I missed my connecting flight. Great hotel, comfortable room for a decent price and not too far from Houston international airport. I would definitely recommend for travellers and visitors alike.

Left me without a room and no way to get back to the airport. (They gave it away?!) Not very nice after having a confirmed room. #homelessbymarriot- update, they gave my room away, said that I canceled which I did not, I’ve left two messages for the manager. I was left stranded, have not received a refund, and still waiting for a phone call back from the manager. Showing up at 2 o’clock in the morning tired from a delayed flight and being told they gave my room away that’s not what I was expecting. Somebody please refund my money, reach out to me and communicate what happened. Thank you.

Springhill Suites is always our go-to US hotels, and especially so with the Kalispell, Montana hotel, where the hotel staff are AMAZING, and even more amazing, is Kyle (General Manager) as he treats us like family. So, I thought we'd be treated well at the IAH Springhill Suites too, but alas, they could care less about customers/guests. We stayed there overnight before our flight back to Canada at 7:45am the next morning. The evening before, I went to reception asking what time the airport shuttles were, and was told they start at 5am every half hour. I told the person on duty we had to be at the airport BEFORE 6am as our flight was leaving at 7:45am, and told him we'd want to use the 5:30am shuttle, he said to be downstairs in the lobby by 5:25am. We arrived in the lobby at 5:21am and was told, sorry, shuttle is full and to come back for the 6am shuttle. I told them that would make us LATE, and we were never told it was "1st come 1st served" - we were just told to be in the lobby 5mins before departure. I was told they could call a taxi for us, but for OUR cost. I asked if the shuttle on the way back, could take us to the terminal, and was told in no uncertain way, the shuttle would NOT leave before 6am. It cost us $30 for a taxi to the airport, as we were 5 people with 5 large suitcases. I emailed Marriott Customer Service about it, and got a prompt reply telling me they had contacted the Springhill Suites hotel, and that the hotel would respond to me in 1-3 days. It's been 2 weeks now, and NOTHING!!! Not a peep. I have since emailed Marriott Customer Service twice again, with NO reply from them ever again. Springhill Suites IAH will never ever see us again. And we've decided to never again use ANY Marriott hotel, except for the Kalispell Springhill Suites, which we'd book directly with the hotel. We have stayed in Marriott hotels for literally hundreds of nights in the past 30 years - but we're DONE!!! You could care less about your customers it seems.

Gave my room away without calling me first. Showed up after being delayed on my flight. Electricity was out, not their fault. But the fact that they gave my room away and didn’t accommodate my trip there or back or even bothered to reach out, says everything about them last time I stay there.RESPONSE- I was not relocated. I was left on my own. Nothing.

So this is the 2nd time at a Marriott location within 3 days that I encountered major wifi issues! Got to the room. Wifi error messages on all of my 3 devices. Called the operator. They connected me with tech support. Didn’t realize it wasn’t in-house. The started asking me to clear my browser history!!! Reboot. Asking me for the IP addresses!!! No explanation. Ok. The person was very competent! But again, zero explanation! In the end she was able to help. Just another frustrating (45min) experience for a gold member on a tight biz trip!!!

I enjoyed my stay here. After a long flight the massaging shower and comfy bed just made my stay restful. Conveniently located near the airport but away from the noise of air traffic.

This is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at with this level of service! The manager was the kindest manager I've ever met, and blew me away with his people skills!

I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Houston. Super friendly front desk and shuttle driver. BTW, PLEASE TIP THE SHUTTLE DRIVER AND ROOM SERVICE! I am in the service industry so it was a bit annoying that the other 4 people who rode the shuttle didn't even tip the driver so i went ahead and tipped on those strangers' behalf. People feed their families with tips guys!!!! But anyway, rooms are super spacious and the shower I could have fell asleep in- I had hot water raining on me and shooting at me from the front at the same time. A hotel with a nice shower is always a win in my book. There's a refrigerator and microwave- microwave had a set of paper plates and utensils provided which I've never seen before and that was just what I needed after ordering doordash. I just wished there was a food place/bar open downstairs (I arrived at 7:00) but just walked nextdoor to Courtyard and ordered from their Bistro (only 1 min walk). Pillows were super soft and the blow dryer was powerful (us females need this lol) only thing was that there weren't any hangers in the closet and no iron but I probably could have easily asked for it. But no complaints at all, will be staying here again!

Beds were Marriott quality. Clean facilities. Plenty of free parking. Close to the airport with free shuttle. Breakfast quality and variety was not great. They close down breakfast exactly on time even when there are a few people still dining. The key had to be updated daily which was an inconvenience.

Very clean hotel. There is a complimentary breakfast that was just perfect for our stay. If you want to spend money on a more extensive menu, go about a half a mile South. But overall no complaints. The staff from housekeeping to the front desk was exceptional. This might be the nicest, most friendly staff I have encountered at any hotel and I have stayed at dozens and dozens of different hotels around the country. In terms of location, you do need a car to get around. However, for being a big city it is easy to navigate. Staying near the airport is convenient for cutting down on travel timel to catch a flight and dropping off a rental car. There is also a nice little salt water pool that is not crowded if you are staying during the week. I would be happy to stay here again

No shuttle no comp after 11pm. With the way airplane travel is lately with delays and cancellations it would be a nice gesture to offer, considering your guests will come in grumpy and tired. This would be a little bit of sunshine on their bad travel experience.

Place was great and wasn’t bad! Cristina at the front desk was very nice. The room had some minor things needing attention. I wouldn’t mind staying here again. The breakfast was good as well.

Lovely hotel! It is very clean, has spacious rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, it’s 10 minutes from the airport , an airport shuttle is included in the price you pay, and they have hot and cold breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston near IAH.
