First
of
all
I
would
like
to
say
that
the
hotel
itself
is
beautiful.
I
slept
like
a
baby.
The
bartender
(I
can’t
recall
his
name)
was
AMAZING.
Also,
even
though
the
galleria
was
extremely
busy
over
the
weekend,
I
felt
very
safe
and
secure.
However,
dealing
with
Kimberly
Tzoc,
the
assistant
“manager”
really
brought
this
trip
down
for
me.
I’ve
never
dealt
with
someone
as
rude
and
arrogant
as
Kimberly.
After
booking
using
my
siblings
employee
discount
friends
&
family
rate,
the
rate
was
different
at
check
in.
Apparently
I
brought
the
wrong
form
which
couldn’t
be
changed.
Ok,
no
problem.
The
issue
was
Kimberly’s
tone.
After
I
questioned
her
about
the
price
increase,
she
became
extremely
rude.
Even
going
as
far
as
telling
me
that
if
I
didn’t
like
the
price,
I
could
“go
somewhere
else”.
I’m
a
grown
&
degreed
woman.
I
don’t
need
ANYONE
telling
me
where
I
can
and
cannot
go.
The
issue
was
not
the
price
at
this
point,
it
was
her
nasty
attitude.
I
was
on
the
phone
with
my
sibling
at
the
time
trying
to
get
an
understanding
of
the
situation
and
even
they
questioned
Kimberly’s
attitude.
When
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager,
she
said
that
she
was
the
manager.
As
if
she
had
no
superior.
Then
asked
if
I
wanted
her
business
card
because
she
had
“no
reason
to
lie”
about
being
the
manager
when
no
one
questioned
whether
she
was
or
wasn’t,
I
even
told
her
I
wasn’t
frustrated
with
her,
just
the
situation.
Thinking
that
would
ease
the
obvious
tension.
Nope,
the
arrogance
continued.
At
the
end
of
this
dreadful
interaction
she
asked
if
I
had
been
given
keys
to
the
room
already,
which
I
had.
She
stated
that
she
needed
them
back.
I
told
her
they
were
upstairs
in
the
room
with
my
guest.
She
proceeds
to
tell
me
she’s
disabling
them
anyway.
For
what
reason,
I
have
no
clue.
I’m
not
sure
if
she
was
just
having
a
bad
day
but
the
attitude
was
extremely
unnecessary.
I
frequently
visit
Marriott
properties
but
this
stay
has
left
a
bad
taste
in
my
mouth.
All
other
staff
that
I
encountered
were
extremely
kind
and
went
above
and
beyond
to
meet
any
of
my
request.
