Amazing
hotel!
Fully
restored,
with
old-world
charm,
classic
decor,
fine
furnishings,
luxurious
detail.
Centrally
located
for
TUTS
Theatre
-
Hobby
Center
For
The
Performing
Arts
(7
min
drive;
14
min
Light
Rail;
17
min
walk);
Hotel
is
directly
in
front
of
Metro
Light-Rail;
great
restaurants
within
walking
distance,
and
perfect
for
afternoon
strolls
of
downtown
area.
I
had
an
opportunity
to
stay
in
one
of
the
Penthouse
Suites
and
I
was
thrilled!
The
ceilings
must
be
fifteen
feet
high!
Claw-footed
tub;
huge
shower;
stunning
view
of
the
city,
spacious
and
exquisite.
The
breakfast
buffet
was
perfect
with
eggs,
meats,
fruits,
juices,
pastries,
cereals,
yogurt,
and
of
course
plenty
of
coffee—and
it
kept
me
filled
for
the
whole
day.
The
gym
was
clean
and
spacious
enough
for
me
to
do
some
aerobics.
The
only
drawback
was
parking,
as
it
is
in
the
middle
of
the
city.
But
I
found
a
secure,
covered
parking
garage
two
short
blocks
away,
for
only
$7
per
every
12
hours
(805
Franklin
St.)
It
was
easy
to
pay
-
I
just
signed
up
on
my
phone
and
I
was
automatically
charged
when
I
departed
at
the
end
of
my
stay
(see
my
review
for
that
too!).
(Hotel
valet
parking
also
available
but
quite
expensive
at
$45.)
