My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. The location was misleadingly described, as it turned out to be in a shady. The cleanliness of the room I booked was disgusting, with dirty bathrooms and an unpleasant odor. The worst is that the staff was unresponsive, failing to provide any assistance or address my concerns. Ratings say otherwise while they lack of professionalism, I strongly advise against booking this place.

When we checked in here, room 325, on the night of 11/22, the front desk keep saying we made two reservations and refused to take a look at our order confirmation email. He didn’t give us any explanation or solution, instead, when we told him again we only order one room for one night, he gave us attitude, and threatened us to leave. Even when my husband was talking to me in Chinese, he asked us to talk in English. That was so rude! The security guy was there in the lobby all the time and didn’t kick us out. I believe it was because we didn’t do anything wrong. The front desk guy really need to take some anger management class. This was not the first time we stayed with Marriott, but it definitely was the worst experience ever. If you don’t want to get charged twice without any reasons, stay away from this hotel.

Outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Hotel is conservation considerate, not cleaning the rooms unless asked. Things that would have made our family vacation easier would have been a microwave in the room and a continental breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience with security. My car was parked in their so said ‘free parking’ lot, just to wake up to find my car parts were stolen. The hotel staff showed little concern and offered no assistance or compensation. They were very mean, just talked and laughed amongst themselves. Never will I visit there again!

Stayed here for my Ampp class, told me upon check in they had 3 catalytic converters stolen out of parking lot that day. The very next day my truck was stolen all on camera…. The mngr did comp my room but I would rather have my truck back. The inside is nice but the location is not safe at all stay here at your own risk.

Decently quiet rooms, great location, fantastic staff. My only complaint was that nearly all the light fixtures in the room had daylight temperature white lights. I wish some of them were dimmable, and had a warm yellow glow.

Need to make an edit... changing from 4 starts to 1 star... Security had the entire parking lot blocked with their bus and refused to let me park in the back or side lot... I told him I was staying there and he did not care, he said that he will not move the bus to let me park... so if you stay there, be sure you're parked in the lot before security blocks it off... he said his order to not let guests in to park came from Art... I did not finish my stay there and went to another hotel... I travel often to this area and I'll pass this along to my coworkers to not stay here either... it was so ridiculous I had to just laugh, park on the street, gather my things from my room and go down the street to another hotel... yes I had to double pay and I have never felt more unwelcome in a hotel before...

The front desk guy on 22nd November 2022 at 11:51 is such a disgrace to the organization. I do not understand how a huge organization will hire This guy. This elderly man interrupted my conversation with my wife when we were speaking Chinese and rudely told us to speak English. Then I explained to him that I was talking my wife and I can use whatever language I want to communicate with my wife, then he stated “ this is America, speak English!” Such a disgrace and people like this should be relived from position immediately. He even asked me if I am an American. Yes I am, I am a Honorably discharged vet, I am an American. This incident will be followed up. Such a disgrace And shame To our country.

Several of the staff, including JP Garza and Terry Sledge, also the night crew, took great care of us. My brother a major heart problem in the middle of the night and staff did everything they could possibly do to not only help him out but to make him and his daughter as comfortable as they possibly could. Thank you to the crew of the Marriott for all they do!

Blown away and extremely impressed with Miah's professionalism and customer service at the front desk. She has been nothing short of impressive and personable from the very first moment we have set foot in this establishment. It is difficult to find quality people who are so personable and dedicated. I want to take a quick moment and provide appreciative feedback on her outstanding service. I spend a lot of time in hotels and I will tell you that people managing the hotels and their attitude makes all the difference. Miah is definitely one of those people with full of positive energy and eager to help whenever you call on her!

We have stayed here before while traveling to Houston and this time it was not pleasant. Rooms are cleans and cool. But when I went to lay down, I kept smelling a funky smell. I lightly sniffed the blankets a few times and then I sniffed the pillows. All the pillows smelled like mildew. I called the front to let them know and they offered to transfer us to an upgraded room or to send new pillows. So they gave us a suite. We moved to the suite and the pillows all still smelled like mildew. I called the front again to let them know. The security went to go find us some “foam pillows” which were different from the ones in the room. They didn’t smell so we took them. The sofa was old and dirty. As you sat down, you sunk right in and felt like you were sitting on the rods in the sofa. The bed was so uncomfortable, both of our backs were sore the next morning. Won’t be coming back. Also, they charged me an extra $50, so I automatically assumed it was for a deposit or some sort, but if I should have known this or not, during check in, the host should tell you that they will be doing so. The guy that checked me in didn’t say anything about it. So it was kind of unexpected for me.

Stayed here for 3 nights with a larger group. Service was very rude. Rooms were not cleaned prior to our stay (the double room I stayed in, 307, had hair under the sheets when I pulled them out to go to sleep at night on the first night also the fridge had old food in it from before). Room had a very musty and foul smell throughout the 2 days we stayed. Bathroom had very limited towels and when I asked for a towel, service said it would be an hour to get one. When we put group went down to hangout and have a meal in the lobby the service person said we could not sit in the lobby as they needed to clean the area. Other guest were already in the lobby hanging out though when our group came to sit we were told we weren’t allowed. Really upset with the service and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at in the future.

We've hosted many events at the Marriott Energy Corridor through the years. The staff always goes above and beyond to assure our events are a success. Our most recent training class was no exception, thanks to the staff's attention to detail and helpfulness.

Noisy room next to highway. No resturants or anywhere close to eat. Limited food options at the hotel but good !!! Front desk staff limited at certain times. I waited 10 minutes to check in.

The hotel was nice, clean and in a convenient location. However, the air conditioning was not working during my 2 night, 2.5 day visit this week. It was 90 degrees outside, and 75-78 degrees in my room. Guest services was helpful, and maintenance checked out the unit twice. I was moved to another floor on the second day. However, I had the same issue in the second room, except it was even warmer than 78 degrees. I was told that the air conditioning was not working on several floors. I stay at Bonvoy properties all over the country 3 weeks a month and cannot understand how Bonvoy could not have resolved this issue in over a 2.5 day period. It’s unacceptable.

The place looks pretty nice. I only stopped to use the restroom. I don't like going outside of home, but they had a decent throne and a clean restroom. Would recommend.

Clean rooms, flexible check in, and Maia is wonderful!!! No issues whatsoever and there’s a nice designated smoking area with a waterfall if you need one. TVs connect to the internet so you can stream. No issues with the noisy traffic even though it’s close to the highway. Wonderful place to stay!

Best check-in service, we have a large company group...the hotel had everything ready. PLUS, when I got to my room, my TV was broken, maintenance was knocking on my door, which was less than 5 minutes . AWESOME service, beautiful CLEAN ROOMS!

Stayed here this past week Very clean rooms. All of the staff including the housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. Derrick Bar was a great experience the two bartenders Walter & George are Great! The ribeye steak meal was very very good. If we are ever in the area again would definitely stay here again.

The customer service at this hotel is amazing! Especially our concierge/attendant (not sure what his title is) at the front Sean. Everything we needed he was on top, froM needing a cart brought to our room for luggage or someone showing us how to use the remote. They really made us feel at home, even when we thought we had ridiculous requests. Sean you deserve a raise. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I stayed here for a few weeks while working on a project and I grew so attached LOL. The hotel is not super close to anything, but that also makes it kind of a peaceful escape from the city shuffle. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and decorated nicely. Great views in all directions. There’s a Starbucks cafe in the lobby, and my personal favorite feature is the outdoor pool and hot tub, which were mostly empty while I was there. There’s also a small but well equipped gym facility. Would definitely recommend booking here.

Poor servicing within and outside the promises! I don’t know what the staff there are doing if we customers are treated like we don’t matter. These staff seemed uninterested and each time it felt as if I was forcin them to serve me. They served a wrong order at the restaurant, the lady who took my order talked bad as if I was some ill-minded idiot. Where did even this 4-star come from?
