This is not a 4 star hotel. Rooms definitely need some tender loving care and the bathrooms need a serious deep cleaning. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. Breakfast options are minimal and overpriced for the slim availability. They really should have mini fridges in all rooms. They have excellent staff here but really need to renovate and improve dining service if they want to keep that 4 star rating. First and last time coming to this location.

Not a perfect hotel but pretty darn nice. Staff was great and fast at check in. Very easy access to get to our room. Pretty nice view and the room was clean. Bed is very comfortable. The pillows are very soft but down, I am allergic but they do have other pillows, you just have to ask. Only huge downside, which I don’t blame the hotel for, our car was broken into. Make sure to take everything out of your car. We forgot one bag and of course it happened to have our safe with money and important documents in it. The security did find it pretty fast and called right away so we could file a report. Because the window was completely busted out they did let us park the car right in front of the lobby so we didn’t have to risk someone trying to do anything else with the car. We are just sick over the break in :( The hotel staff has been great, but a pretty horrible experience for sure.

The staff are nice and helpful. The lobby and hallway to elevators has a very bad smell. Our ac did not work in the room the first night. Got the room changed and the hot water did not get hot. Ac worked. They do not have coffee services in the lobby. The elevators all make sounds, rattle and shake when going up and down. This place needs a major update.

the room was okay, breakfast $15. $119 for this room and the hotel is not crazy! I think it's overrated They charge $50 for deposit for every day!! That’s is okay but they return your money after 5 days 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 so are they working with our $? The great thing about this location is the employers at the front desk, so nice! (But NO the young girl more skinny - no remember the name-.). Food was okay, no special but it’s fresh and they have some options (employers there are great too).

Arrived on Sunday, checked into my room and found a condom near the trash. Staff were accommodating in upgrading and changing my room but when I checked my room it had a nipple cover on the shower rod and a stain on the bed. I cancelled my reservation, did not feel comfortable staying in this hotel. Seems like house keepers are short staffed which is really unfortunate. I hope this review helps anyone thinking about booking this hotel.

For the room 5/5 stars The room was clean and quiet. The hot water was hot enough and large enough. There’s no microwave in the room only refrigerator and safety. The breakfast cost $15 so I didn’t eat it. Although the hairdryer wasn’t worked and the shower curtain holder almost fell off. The staff gave me a new one after I called the front desk.

If you are a Hilton honors member use your points somewhere else. This is an older hotel with 2-3 star amenities. On our stat the first night the whole hotel smelled like weed. The air conditioning units were loud and the staff was hit or miss. The room service food was 60 for a burger and some wings and fries. The wing were old meat that made me sick and were drenched in Tabasco sauce. The attached restaurant was good for breakfast though. Bring your own pillows if you need something firm. Not bad if you are on a budget but def not 1st pick if you can afford to stay somewhere else.

Thanks for your staycation in the city. My friends and I come to the city to stay at hotels when we go out. This location is perfect. Many places to eat and close to downtown and 610 loop for where our parties were located. My friend was hot due to a/c unit issue and they placed her in another room until the next day to make her comfortable. The room was nice but I always bring my own cleaning supplies and clean to my liking. Other than that, nice and comfortable room.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. The room was very clean and very nice. I was impressed. However the walls are paper thin and we had to listen to the elevator going up and down ALL night. Don't book near the elevators. The restaurant was delicious and the service was great. Breakfast was tasty too. Now to the bad part..... It is in a horrible scary location. I was worried about the car all night. There are some sketchy looking people just wandering around there. At about 1am there were several gunshots that went off and no police ever even showed up. This place just needs a little love and a better location. However because of the gunfire and my own safety I will no longer be returning.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days/2 nights, and this was the "less clean" hotel I stayed at. The only thing we appreciated is how fast they accommodated our requests: need for a crib, and extra towels. 1. The carpet was old and dirty and there are folds (hazard) which my toddlers tripped km several times. 2. Room service is not provided if you are only there for 1-2 days. (Granted, I understand for one night). You need to request it, which I wasn't aware of until we came back at the hotel end of day 2. By then, we were told the cleaning lady was gone, when we saw one at the first floor, and another one on ours. Clearly, the receptionist was not willing to assist. 3. The carpet was not finished /not well cut. You can see threads everywhere. 4. The lamps were dirty and had stains all over it. We only used the pool once only because the kids wanted to, but chose not to eat because we starred to doubt the qualify of their food and cleanliness of their kitchen. Overall, you can tell these were old rooms, that needed makeovers. I would not recommend it to anyone to stay there, let alone with their family. Considering it being a Hilton, we were expecting more. This is the last time we stay on our of their hotel.

This is a great place to stay, usually my go to place whenever I visit Houston. The area it’s located in is very quiet and also family friendly. The restaurant on site serves fresh delicious meals, their breakfast is off the chain. You have a couple of restaurants (0.3miles)a Kroger with gas station on site (0.8miles) around the area not far from the hotel which gives you the variety and convenience one needs when traveling.

This hotel has all the amenities and is in a great location. The room needs updates (like maybe new floors) but it was clean. Also, the bathroom is very small so I wouldn't do more the 2 people to a room. The floor to ceiling windows is nice and definitely make the room feel spacious. The bed was comfortable and seemed true to size. Overall this is good if you are on a budget and not picky.

The hotel was nice and in a great location. When you walk in you can smell the cleanliness of the hotel, it was so fresh. The Penthouse room was a nice size, was fresh and had a great view. Had one issue with the A/C not working but they sent someone up immediately and it was fixed. Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back.

No customer service from the front receptionist to the bar/restaurant. I called earlier & asked for early check in a couple hours early. One receptionist wouldn't budge but the other did fortunately when I asked. I had house house keeping walk in on me, she did two knocks and just walks in the room. 4 star hotel with no mini fridge and receptionist with poor attitudes. I went to the restaurant and the waitress stated no service at the bar & must go to restaurant area, some other guests walked in and she served them at the bar no problem. The wings were terrible, taste was straight from a freezer bag and nerve to charge $15

What an incredible stay! I am in a wheelchair and sometimes worry about hotel accessibility being that not all hotels are created equal. Parking was easy with many handicapped spaces available. The room was clean and provided enough space for me to get my chair around with ease. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice roll in shower with a bench. My biggest enjoyment was the staff! Mrs. T at the front desk went above and beyond. Every time I entered the building she was there to help me with the door. I asked her where the pool was and she personally escorted me there and helped me get through the gate. I had my 5 month old strapped to me and they both had smiles each time we encountered one other. This kind of service is what sets this hotel above others in my book. I highly recommend this place to all looking for an enjoyable stay. Thank you again Mrs. T!!!!

AC was functioning, but loud. Parking seemed to be limited at night. The room was spacious, but bathroom seemed tight. It was overall clean, but there were some wallpaper joints and caulking in the bathroom that could have been done to make it more appealing. There seemed to be a lot of street racers, and lots of patrol cars (sirens) going back and forth on the street at night... Staff seemed nice when checking in though.

We enjoyed staying here. We recused prince charming(a small froggie) from being stuck between the doors.. The room was nice, clean and really cold, just how we liked it. We didn't make it to the pool this time around but it looked nice to just chill and swim.. We will definitely be back to thus location..

Based on what you get for what you pay it’s a solid four stars. Maybe higher. I’d stay here again for this price. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a small closet store for bare essentials. Bar area has a cool 90s atrium.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton Hotel. We came to Houston to visit our son for Christmas. Our truck was broken into and all our Christmas gifts were stolen. The Manger Gino, made no effort to not reach out to me or my family , we were completely ignored by the manager and treated like trash. I don't like to use the race card. But I feel thar because of my color I was ignored. I m looking to file a security negligence law suit, maybe this will get his attention. Our truck was parked at the front of the hotel right under the security cameras, yet no one seen or heard anything. We found out much too late that this is not a good area. Stay at your own risk!!!

Everything was nice.... We had our 2023 family Reunion we checked in July 6-10. I didn't want to leave so soon wish we had booked more day. Ohh, breakfast was the Best ever. All the staff and servers were Super Polite

The hotel itself is dated, but clean. Biggest area of frustration was the WiFi signal (rather, lack thereof). I had only 1 bar of wifi in my room and for a 4 star hotel, this is unacceptable given that I had to rely on my cell hotspot to connect to a zoom call, because I kept getting booted from the hotel’s WiFi. I had expected better given the star rating (room 805 fyi…)

We were here for the convention happening and we ended up switching rooms 3 times once we arrived. The first room door was unlocked before we opened the door and as we went to check the room out we noticed tobacco in the bathroom in the sink and around it. Immediately we got another room. The following room we were not sure how clean it was and it had a sticky stain on the bed. We ended up just sticking with the room and didn’t want to make a fuss out of it. Later as we came back at night from our convention we came into the room only for it to smell like weed all throughout the room. We could not sleep there at all. We requested one last room and finally we ended up sleeping there. Location is great and service for getting us other rooms was quick. But the cleanliness we were not fond of and would have expected better from Hilton.

Worst experience ever - was upgraded to the PH floor but had bedbugs. Had to change my room at midnight since I was getting bit & squishing bugs where blood smeared on the blanket. Bathroom was moldy & the room smelled musty. They took zero accountability- no calls back - called Hilton customer service multiple times & they put me on hold just to disconnect after waiting for 30 mins while they tried to get the hotel. Still had to pay for the room - I was itching & disgusted. Had to keep my luggage & baggage in bags. The closed the case, had to-reopen it & still zero apology - nothing

I'm getting increasingly disappointed with Hilton. It's been a while since I've been satisfied with a Hilton experience. Rooms are small and need updating. No bath robes, the remote doesn't work, there's a loud motor probably from the A/C unit that keeps running intermittently. Bathroom vanity needs repainting or at the very least a touch up. Tub drainage was stopped. There was something lodged in the drain that I had to pull out while I wearily took a shower after getting to my room late at night. This is not a place to stay for a nice rest before meetings. It's okay if you are barely in your room Tip of iron is broken. Impossible to iron clothes without ripping it. For a Hilton and this hotel's location in the business district of West Chase, this could be a million times better. Now for the positive: Great service at the reception desk. Bed is very comfortable.

The staff has been wonderful but these beds are horrible! I changed rooms to see if a different bed would be more comfortable, but it was the exact same. I literally went to Walmart and spent $30 on an air mattress just to sleep somewhat comfortably! AC fan also makes a terrible noise every time it shuts off.

Hotel location was fine, staff interactions pleasant, and room was clean and inviting. However, the room needs some significant sound dampening modifications (or perhaps elevator maintenance). I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite/room next to the elevators (Room 600). Every time an elevator was used, it sounded like I was on a World War II submarine with creaks, metal grinding, and squealing. Combine this with hearing a full conversation from the room above me via the ductwork; I would have slept better with my original room or a downgrade.

The Good: - Great location in Westchase - Comfy bed and pillows - Friendly staff The Bad: - No laundry service offered - Old property (despite renovations, can be noted, primarily in the shower) - No in-property breakfast (have to walk to restaurant next door)

I will say when you enter the hotel there’s a strong perfume odor. It wasn’t bad, but it is pretty strong. They are pet friendly and they booked me a spacious room. The pool was relaxing and very nice. I’d book this hotel again!

My wife and I scheduled a wedding block at this location. We were supposed to get a free night and a free upgrade based on the contract and we got neither. And no contact afterwards. The day we checked in, we were told that our room was covered by the desk clerk and we were going to have to put a card on hold for the room. That was also a lie. 3 months later I contacted the sales manager since no one contacted me, and after combing through my email I was told I'd be awarded with a certificate stating a got a free not. No mention of the upgrade. 6 months since my wedding. I contacted them again and still no solution. Please be very cautious

This place makes me doubt staying at Hilton again . The rooms are from 2000's .and worst part was the callousness of the staff when informed about cockroach in the bathroom. The front desk provided me with email of the manager to inform him about pest control. But manager didn't respond. The housekeeping staff was prompt with extra blanket requests . So that was only positive experience there . The amenities and rooms are all just glorified motel vibe . So basically not worth the rating or price

The only positive about this hotel is the location. You can literally walk to multiple restaurants and a grocery store if need be. If I had to choose again, I would not stay at this particular hotel and rated it 2 stars based on my experience (or lack there of). The walls are PAPER THIN and every time a toilet was flushed, either in my room or close by, there was an obnoxiously loud rattling noise than lasted about 5 minutes each time. The rooms were very dated and the wallpaper was literally coming off at the seams in the bathroom. Hilton should seriously consider upgrading this property if they want to continue charging $100+ a night to stay there.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel which was chosen for family and friends to stay at for our daughters wedding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bar and the bartender was awesome, the breakfast was served until 11am which was excellent! It was better than I HOP! I highly recommend them for your next stay in Htown!

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2 or 3 on its best day. Really look at the reviews. I ignored the flags. If you are debating between this hotel and any of the other options nearby, take my advice and choose another if you want a smooth, pleasant stay. There is a Marriott right across the street that was 10x better. I was in town for work over this past weekend and stayed at this Hilton while attending an event at the Marriott. This Hilton is understaffed and the rooms are outdated. If it’s noisy outside you will hear it, even on the top floor. Thin walls! The amenities inside were BARE BONES. It was embarrassing. Eric, at the front desk, was polite but not very helpful (check-in was rough) and incompetent. When requests were made he just didn’t follow up and was misleading in providing solutions. Housekeeping never came when requested so be prepared to handle that yourself even with multi night stays. I didn’t book for the pool but FYI it is green and small and does not look like anything you want to get in so don’t plan on that. The hotel is very empty and now I understand why. All in all I wish I had gone with another hotel. I’ll write this off as a weird blip for Hilton and make sure to never stay at this location again.

Amazing staff and clean rooms. I felt safe and secure i believe they have 24 hour armed security. Nothing bad to say about this location at all other than on weekends they charge a $10 parking fee or you'll be towed. Trust me when I say this the tow trucks are on standby near property so make sure that you get a parking permit to put on your dashboard.

The hotel was fantastic. Naturally, when I arrived to the rooms, I inspected the entire room with no issues. The faucets were polished. The windows were shiny. The bedding was crisp and clean. I loved the giant windows. It makes a nice morning routine. I even pulled out the wooden shelf that is used for towels in the bathroom and inspected it for dust with no problems. Your housekeeping staff and inspectors are incredible! I hope you let them know that I was impressed. The front desk supervisor even put me down for service at check-in which was thoughtful on her part to remember the housekeeping policies. When I walked into your revolving doors, I was very happy with the contactless entry. I felt confident that this hotel was sanitary and clean. The check in was with Mrs. Thai. She was warm and welcoming. She was kind to all the guests who were passing by and she appeared so professional and fresh. I was very happy with the speed of my check-in and that my two rooms were close together and close to an elevator. Even when I woke up early at 4 am and went down for a snack. I found your night auditor in a suit and tie just as friendly and present as the evening shift. The first impression that your front desk staff brings to the hotel is both warm and welcoming. It is a perfect fit for the face of the hotel. After dinner, I walked down to the restaurant. It had some southern charm! i really enjoyed it. I was at home and relaxed at your hotel during such a serious visit for my personal health. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you again.

Your experience here may vary. Seems like a good place for business. You have two steak places (one is outback) and a subway walking distance away need I say more? My experience included a room phone that had static some guests having a good time and motorcycles/cars racing around a bit on weekend. Honestly I am glad it's a Hilton. You could do so much worse than this hotel. I got the room below $110 a night and am quite satisfied. For remote work it is adequate with typical Hilton flare. My room features a adequate lighting configuration and lounger chair with large windows. No microwave in my king room make sure to keep that in mind if you need that. And I just found a fridge hidden in the TV stand bummer....
