First time staying at this location, my overall experience was ok. Nice location, friendly staff. The rooms were descent. The only issue I had was that they only have one washer & dryer for all 13 floors, and to top it all off, the washer was out of order. That makes doing laundry kind of difficult, especially when your staying there for a totally of 2 weeks. I would think that as an upscale place like this, they would have better arrangements for laundry. The other thing is that each floor has a community microwave to use, instead of having one in each room.

I was traveling from Honduras and the airline booked me at this place. It was great. I was traveling with a baby, two suitcases, a backpack, and a stroller (I know). Staff was super helpful and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my daughter. The facility is super clean and very modern too. It’s easy to get to from the airport (15-20 minute ride from IAH). The room was spacious and it had all the amenities you would expect. The walls are thin and I know I may have caused a fellow traveler a bit of a rough hour but everything was good. We woke up happy and ready to continue our journey to Chicago (see photo).

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. I had a standard room on the 3rd floor. It appears United Airlines has made this "training central" for the airline attendants coming up through the ranks. Even though there were many of them staying in the hotel, it never felt busy. However, with two guest in front of me, checkin was taking an extraordinary long amount of time. After 10 minutes, I opened the Hilton app and got my room key through the automated check-in process. The hotel desperately needs a nice restaurant that serves good food. I saw an area that might have been a restaurant, but it looked more like a seating area. I had to travel out of the hotel to get food. This place is too big and nice to have so much wasted space on the first floor. This is my second trip to this hotel and I will be coming back for sure.

    1) The pool was under construction 😢. 2) I usually bring my water bottle to fill up (water fountain close to elevators was rusty and appeared unclean, water dispenser in the gym was unplugged and had no water.) Starbucks does not stay open throughout the day. Despite these few things they had great customer service and staff was awesome and accommodating.

Natalie checked me in here at the Hilton. I’ve stayed here before. She exemplifies excellent customer service. Natalie goes out of her way to make sure you have the best experience! She is a stellar employee. She is always pleasant, and remains calm when the lines get long and is so sweet. The rooms here at the Hilton are very nice. The gym is amazing they have one of the best breakfast’s! I highly recommend this place to stay 😍

Group event - the catering and reservation mangers were EXCELLENT to work with in planning our convention! The meals and wait staff were better than anticipated....they were great! The hotel renovations are beautiful. The staff at the Hilton did EVERYTHING they could have to ensure our group convention was a success! Would highly recommend them!!!!

A Disappointing Experience at Hilton North Houston, Texas I recently stayed at the Hilton North in Houston, Texas, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. While I must acknowledge the quality of the food, the overall stay left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I had reserved a double queen, one-bedroom suite, only to be informed that such accommodations weren't available. Instead, my daughter, granddaughter, and I were placed in a king suite with a broken pull-out bed, flickering lights, and a malfunctioning showerhead. The lack of room upkeep was disappointing, to say the least. Complaints to the front desk were met with delays and dismissive responses. Despite my initial reservation for the double queen suite, the staff claimed to be "upgrading" us to that same room. The subsequent room offered was indeed spacious, yet marred by flickering hallway lights, a faulty shower, and a broken door lock, suggesting inadequate maintenance and upkeep. Having been a loyal patron of Hilton for its consistent excellence, this experience fell significantly short of my expectations. The lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel, including filthy elevators and dysfunctional public restroom fixtures, was a stark departure from the brand's usual standards. This stay has left a lasting impression of disappointment, and I sincerely hope that the Hilton North Houston takes necessary steps to improve its service and maintenance to match the reputation of the Hilton brand.

Had our conference here. During the week, only one or two elevators were working the entire time, many of us found and used the service elevator. The dinner, specifically the beef dish, we had catered causes food illnesses in several people and from the smell and texture, should not have been served at all. The conference rooms themselves were nice and large with several restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were decent.

Came right after freeze and they were drying the foyer from busted pipes and no heat. It was cold. That can be overlooked due to it being caused by the weather. The receptionist, although she answered our questions she was not friendly. Navigating the parking garage to the hotel was not clear at ALL! Once we made it to our room it was all GREAT! Everything was nice and clean. Comfortable beds with nice linen. The shower was a few steps above most hotels. The removable shower head is great. Sometimes it's the little things.

It’s in the worst area. I came down before my flight at 5am to see if I can get a snack prior to leaving for the airport and was greeted by Shani a night employee to making smart remarks and heckles of why I showed so late in the night to grab a snack. She continued to joke with her fellow employee as to why people come at these hours to get food and snacks when it’s so late inconsiderate to the fact that flights leave at different hours. I asked what was the problem with me trying to get food and she responded with attitude and disrespect saying that the store was closed try again later and continued to laugh at the matter. It’s unfortunate that Hilton employees this this type of customer service.

Stayed for one night. It is 10 minutes away from the airport and has free open parking. Spacious, clean rooms with renovated bathrooms that have a walk-in shower. Large lobby which can host events and numerous conference rooms. A few restaurants are walking distance while most are a short drive away.

Clean rooms. Great customer service. Loved the spacious lobby. There’s a bar and a restaurant in the lobby area. At some point the elevators were slow or not working and my friend was stuck in one for 10 minutes. When we took the stairs, we got locked in the stairwell and our key cards did not work to get us out - had to call a friend to get us out. The refrigerator did not get cold enough. Wish there was a microwave in the room however there was one by the elevators. Our toilet was not flushing properly but was fixed quickly and timely. The hotel parking structure (and elevators) are not connected to the hotel and when you drive out, it is an adventure getting back to the front of the hotel (use GPS). I would stay again.

Me and some friends stayed the weekend for a conference and the service was by far the best from the front desk with Natalie, housekeeping was great. The hotel has a lobby bar with great food options, our bartender Jesse was great and attentive. We will definitely be back here. Thanks Hilton team.

Room was not ready at the time of check in and we had to keep waiting because no one had put that the room had been cleaned. After about three attempts and around hour later the lady at the desk went to check on the room and it was ready. We had go several times to get the room key redone. Elevator key card doesn’t always want to work. Hotel was nice and clean.

The staff there are really lovely and very helpful. Susie at the front desk is the absolute best . The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and I did appreciate that. My only complaint with my stay at this hotel was that two of the elevators were not working and I was on the 15th floor and my room stunk. I mean really had a bad odor to it.

Come on Hilton, you need to put some money into this old relic, it could be great. Fix the elevator, upgrade the restrooms. It was loaded with people so it has so much potential.

I have stayed here many times and it’s always been wonderful. But this last time, I went to the bar and the bartender Jesse was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. He was rude since me and my group of friends sat down at the bar. He poured mediocre drinks and his attitude continued to feel like he didn’t want us there at all. Throughout the night, Jesse was rude, dismissive, unappreciative, and he made side comments the entire night that left us all not wanting to come back. Jesse had a nasty attitude that hindered the entire stay. Will never be back as long as Jesse is a bartender there.

Brad from front desk was helpful. This hotel could be so much better, but there is an extreme lack of attention to detail in housekeeping and maintenance overall. I've stayed here twice. The rooms are fairly clean, but the duvets are OLD! They are lumpy and very uncomfortable (see pictures). They feel and look disgusting. I had to take mine off of my bed even though I was cold and needed it. The toilets do not flush properly so there's always left over tissue. The QR code for room Service doesn't work and they don't answer the phone. The elevators work occasionally. With such a big hotel with a lot of guests, it is very inconvenient. They're also unclean The digital key doesn't work. I had to walk all the way back to front desk to get a physical key. Dining (breakfast and dinner) is good.

I usually stay at another hotel when I travel, but I was truly impressed with the room. The staff was amazing, and it was quite on our floor, with no sounds of people running around when we were in need of anything. The staff responded quickly 10 out of 10 and definitely will stay again

I grabbed a room here for the weekend for a business conference in Houston. I stayed Friday-Sunday. The room was a nice size but it was old and the carpet in the room was very dirty and smelling. The room cleaners are not vacuuming or sweeping the floors. Still had trash behind on the floor and behind the fridge. My room was 1637. The convector for the heat and A.C was on the verge of going out it was so loud it was shaking the wall on high. I’ve never seen a Hilton this bad in my life. I even had a bulge in the ceiling from a leaky roof. Hilton should’ve paid me to stay there. No vegan options other than fruit and toast for the free breakfast. Please do better Hilton. Horrible experience.

This is an extremely wonderfully built hotel. The architecture, style, decorations, and feel of this place are awesome. The lobby is so big you could soccer in it and still have room for a party. The best and restaurant were very nice and the food and drink prices were well below what I expected. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was very large. My only issue was the room was a little dark. The lobby has a train station from the 1920’s feel to it and has gigantic artwork on the walls. The staff was overly nice and extremely help full with what I needed. Next I come to this city I will be staying here again.

Had a great time at this hotel! I was there for a conference and the catering service was excellent. The hotel is clean, my room was as well. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I love the lobby area of this hotel, plenty of room to stretch out and a variety of different places to work. The staff was very accommodating, polite and professional. I would definitely stay at this location again the next time I’m in town. The hotel is located very close to a shopping plaza with restaurants. This makes it convenient if you’re looking for lunch after the restaurant closes. There’s a Starbucks located inside the hotel. Shuttle service is available and runs to/from the airport every 30 minutes.

The hotel has spacious well maintained rooms. Very quiet. From 3rd floor and up, you need a key to rid the elevator. Ate the breakfast buffet which was $24 but covered by meal voucher from United Airlines. Overall good experience.

Excellent hotel. Not the Ritz but it does the job well. Close to airport and freeways and beltway. Rooms are very clean and front desk is great. One or two bumps but Quenton at front desk was very professional and cordial. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Had a very restful night sleep. Refreshed in the morning with a walk in shower The restaurant area is spacious and the staff are very good. Only one complaint is that the bar lounge area closed down around 0900pm and we just came in after a storm and long trip. Only to be turned away while people were still sitting and drinking at the bar. It was a very convenient location and the hotel is attached to a commercial conference office where we rented space for a day long business event. This location made it much better for simply walking next door after breakfast.

We used this hotel as part of the Park, Stay N’ Fly program, what a great deal! The pool was glistening, the bar was hopping. From the nice lady (so sorry I didn’t catch your name! but) who greeted me by name when she answered my phone call before coming in, to Jessie at the bar, and over to Bradley at the front desk, as well as Natalie and Cheryl, all the staff is great and have very nice personalities. Even the security guard in the parking lot was cool as heck. The Hotel is big, has a parking garage and is in decent, quiet location. Our stay seemed busy with a training group and others visitors, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves hanging out down in the lobby area. It is a huge space with plenty of room to sit and relax. The rooms were nice, beds are comfy and our room was ready at the time specified. They have my favorite lemon verbena lotion!! I the breakfast is spot on, omelets, charcuterie, waffles, fruit and pastries, cereals hot and cold, yes. Definitely worth it. Anthony was a great helper too. I will say this place seems busy since housekeeping was out in the halls at 5 pm. Overall, we had a really great stay. Thanks Hilton for representing your partnerships well.

The customer service provided by all front desk staff during my stay was outstanding. The room was very neat & clean. OMG, the mattress was so very comfortable. Also I was concerned about safety, but I felt very safe in the parking lot and in the hotel. Only thing is I did not see a bell hop. Although I'm pretty sure if I had asked for that help it would have been provided.

When we checked in the shower was so loud sound like a freight train. Took them 2 days to fix. Called to the front desk 2 times and stopped by 1 to request room service it’s been over 24 hours and still have not received room service. The hotel is nice but be sure to check what conferences or conventions are going on because if they are busy obviously you will receive poor service. For the money I’m paying for this junior suite I could have went to the Marriott down the road for cheaper and better service.

It’s a nice place but they don’t keep the place up. 2 of the 4 elevators were not working, making for long waits. The pool was closed for some reason. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. The two lights by our beds we’re missing the shades, just exposed bulbs, and the lock on our bathroom door wasn’t working. They could certainly do better.

My organization held our annual conference there this past week and I was very disappointed. The lobby and meeting areas were very impressive; however the rooms and customer service lacked greatly. Only one microwave per floor. Only one elevator worked most of the time. Items attached to the walls were not secure. The shower head had a huge uncovered hole in the wall. Breakfast should be included in the stay. Front desk staff had a very unbothered attitude when requesting assistance. Requested an ironing board on Monday evening and never received it before I checked out on Thursday. I put in the request twice.

This hotel is by far one of the nicest places I have stayed at. The lobby itself is very impressive with the bar at the front, the big lounge area, and even a Starbucks inside. We didn't have a reservation but it was no problem. We were able to get a room. The room itself was very beautiful, clean, and we had a view of the whole city. The beds were soft and comfortable. The parking was easy and I felt safe knowing the security was outside constantly patrolling. I will say that there was a few small things that kind of threw it off, like a flimsy elevator panel where the buttons are or the TV connection being staticky.

I stayed in this hotel for hardly 12 hours as my Turkish Airlines flight got rescheduled. However my experience of staying here was mind-blowing. I've never seen such a humongous lobby in any of the hotels I've visited earlier. Also the rooms are quite big with all necessary amenities. A big thumbs up for their Buffet Breakfast.

I had my 30th birthday dinner here. And it was so beautiful. The food was super delicious. Ask for Ms. Diane she is a blessing in the sky. Mr. Carlos was a sweetheart the entire time. The staff made my event a dream come true. If you have any questions or doubts please stop by and take a tour. Ms. Diane and Mr.Carlos can make your dream come true. Also, I hand picked my dinner and it was tasteful. Very beautiful spaces and very beautiful staff. I give this hotel 5 stars because the entire staff go above and behind.

Very well kept and clean. The night auditor at the front desk was engaging and funny (whomever was there after 11 PM on Thursday, Feb 10, she was so welcoming and charming!) The room was remarkably comfortable, once it cooled down after a couple of hours. The parking lot is a labyrinth. Other than that, I was very pleased.
