I
am
not
sure
what
has
changed
within
the
hospitality
aspect
of
the
front
desk
team.
Two
of
the
three
differents
males
at
the
front
desk
should
not
be
the
first
face
a
guest
is
greeted
with.
The
first
interaction
was
12/16
in
the
pm,
me
and
my
3
children
were
looking
at
the
market
area,
there
were
salads
which
you
can
clearly
tell
what
is
in
them,
however
not
labeled,
sandwiches'
not
labeled
so
you
didn't
know
what
was
in
them.
There
was
heavier
set
Latino
man
that
was
leaning
against
the
back
counter
watching
us
struggle
to
find
labels
on
the
food,
I
asked
him
if
he
knew
what
was
in
them
he
simply
looked
at
me
and
shook
his
no.
After
deciding
on
two
salads
we
looked
for
forks
with
no
luck,
even
went
to
the
bar
that
was
open
to
ask
for
forks
no
luck
there
either.
I
had
to
interrupt
the
same
Latino
man
who
was
on
his
personal
cell
phone
to
ask
if
there
any
forks,
he
pointed
to
the
market
area
we
already
searched
and
said
there.
I
had
to
ask
him
to
show
me
because
we
didn't
see
them.
To
no
surprise
they
were
out,
thankfully
he
found
some
and
restocked
them.
The
second
bad
encounter
with
the
younger
longer
haired
gentleman
with
the
accent
happed
upon
my
checkout
on
12/18
at
11pm.
I
left
my
room
at
1030
to
make
sure
we
didn't
miss
the
11
pm
shuttle.
At
1101
I
asked
the
long
haired
man
with
the
accent
if
the
shuttle
was
running
behind
because
we
saw
no
shuttle
within
the
30
minutes
leading
up
to
that
time.
He
said
it
should
be
here.
At
1115,
still
no
shuttle,
I
walk
back
to
the
same
front
desk
guy
and
asked
if
there
was
an
eta
for
the
shuttle,
his
response
was
"your
rude"
I
tired
to
ignore
his
ignorance
and
asked
what
time,
5
minutes,
20
minutes,
he
started
pointing
at
me
giving
me
the
impression
to
get
out
while
he
was
shouting
who
knows
what
at
me.
I
was
more
sad
then
upset
about
the
unhospitable
interactions
i
had
with
the
front
desk
males.
Mind
you
I
have
been
staying
at
this
hotel
twice
a
year
for
the
past
few
years
and
never
ever
had
any
issues.
My
anger
came
in
when
I
saw
my
itemized
bill
there
is
a
$70.62
for
Sam's
diner,
which
is
shocking
to
me
being
that
I
did
not
eat
there.
So
how
would
this
charge
be
posted
to
my
room!?
Unfortunately
it
doesn't
end
here.
My
room
was
637,
I'm
pretty
sure
it
may
have
been
a
room
not
used
in
awhile
since
the
inside
of
the
toilet
bowl
was
stained,
not
from
being
dirty
and
unflushed,
that's
not
the
look
it
had,
but
it
looked
water
has
stained
from
the
lack
of
use.
Also
the
first
shower
we
took
we
had
to
let
the
run
until
it
wasnt
brown.
Again,
NOTHING
along
these
lines
has
ever
happened
in
ANY
of
my
past
stays.
I
do
also
want
to
recognize
the
positive
experiences.
Huge
huge
shout
out
to
the
shorter
African
American
woman
who
worked
the
morning
of
12/17.
We
went
down
for
a
yogurt,
I
asked
her
if
she
knew
what
was
in
the
sandwiches',
she
didn't
know.
Hoverer
she
went
above
and
beyond
by
saying
let
me
find
out.
She
was
able
to
find
someone
towards
the
back
of
the
restaurant
who
told
her.
The
reason
why
we
could
not
just
grab
any
sandwich
to
eat
is
due
to
allergies
and
diet
restrictions.
So
thank
you
so
much
miss
for
going
above
and
beyond
to
help
us!
Our
housekeeper
lady
was
so
nice.
Vey
sweet,
very
personable.
She
came
everyday
and
replaced
our
trash
and
towels!
I
don't
know
what
her
name
is
but
she
had
my
room,
637,
every
day
of
my
stay.
I
hope
someone
can
read
this
and
issue
me
at
minimum
a
refund
for
to
the
$70.62
of
food
we
did
not
eat
the
restaurant
we
did
not
visit.
A
very
sad
and
disappointed
guest.
