The staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was actually hot, which is a plus. The pool was also nice. Location is good and there’s security working at night so we felt safe. The hotel isn’t too far from the nightlife areas. Overall, I would recommend and will definitely stay here again when visiting Houston

Very nice staff and really good complimentary breakfast. Only one complaint: not enough electrical outlets in the room and NO Mirror except in the bathroom. Otherwise, very clean and good ... Which is why gave it a five star rating. We will stay here again. Good value for the price!

Pleasantly surprised. Clean rooms plenty of towels good shower and bed was fine. Excellent in and out location from Hobby Airport (car rental return before flight, after check out) The only thing weird was Google maps sent me to some obnoxious no tell motel about 3 miles away instead the correct location. Called the front desk and got correct address easy peasy. Staff was super chill and polite.

Definitely recommend!! Close and convenient to Houston Hobby Airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Standard size pillows would be nice but not a deal breaker. Was definitely a great deal for the cost and comfort. Well lit and safe location as well. Front staff was courteous and check in was quick and easy.

The friendliest and most welcoming staff! Great location when you have an early morning flight out of Hobby. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the modern decorations.

Great staff and clean hotel. Very calm and not a lot of loud noises. Be careful with parking though. Someone in our group got their truck broken into and their window smashed

I was stuck at the airport for the night until someone recommended this place. I needed a room for a long layover and the staff including the shuttle driver was awesome. Got me to and from the airport. Room was comfortable and clean and no issues. Thank you

This is our go to hotel when flying out of Hobby Airport. The staff is always smiling. When there is an issue the staff is happy to help. The hotel is always clean. They also have a service to allow you to leave your automobile at the hotel when flying out for a small fee.

We had a great stay here before our cruise out of Galveston. Breakfast was convenient, not fantastic food, but quick and easy. The pool was a nice relief from the heat. And the exercise room had all the equipment types I needed. I also left my jacket behind during my stay and the staff was able to locate it for me. The receptionists were always courteous. The only critique would be the rooms. The shower door fell off the rails occasionally, and the floors are noisy above. Other than that, I would still stay here again the next time we're in Houston!

I only stayed for one night, but had a great experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The front desk people were nice and professional. I wish I could have stayed longer! I’ll definitely stay here whenever I have another early flight out of Hobby. This hotel is close to the airport and has complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. I will definitely visit this hotel location again.

Stayed here one night before our cruise in Galveston. Elevators weren’t working but we were told that upon check-in in case that was an issue (it wasn’t). Quick, easy & free shuttle from Hobby. Kiddo enjoyed the pool and there were good options for the free breakfast. Would definitely stay here again - great value!

Front desk associates were nice and helpful. Rooms and breakfast were pretty basic. The biggest perk is the complimentary airport shuttle; if arriving, just call hotel for details regarding shuttle, when departing they will provide info; shuttle runs every 30 min. If I was coming through Hobby Airport I would stay here again.

This hotel is not in the best area, but close to the airport and provides a shuttle back and forth. Price was good. We stayed here before getting on a cruise out of Galveston. There is a convenience store nearby. The hotel itself was comfortable.

The rooms are clean and is conveniently close to Hobby airport. My only complaint is that their is some shady people that sometimes hang around the lobby friends of one of the male receptionist. Last night my truck was stolen from the parking lot even though they have cameras and a security guy. No one could give a straight answer. Inside job (my opinion) I will never return to this hotel.

BEWARE !! Me and my family had a terrible stay here last week , my sheets and spread had brown and red stuff on them , advised them to change my bedding , marked my bedding to make sure they change them, we were gone from 7:30 till 3:30, sheets and room had not been cleaned or changed, talked to manager and told here why hasn't my room or sheets been changed , well it depends on how housekeeping works ,advised or u kidding me , spoke to JASMINE and told her they still haven't changed my sheets and bedding. Housekeeping sup came to room and showed her my bedding hasn't been changed ,NASTY !! Finally bedding changed . Warning continental breakfast a joke, little cubes of ham with watery eggs ,yuck! Called customer service takes 3-5 days or week before they call you back regarding complaints .Please do your research before staying here !!! This is not a place where you want your family to stay , marijuana smoke down the hall and not in a good neighborhood.

First of all, the rooms are clean and the hotel is in a great location. There were 2 issues with our stay. I booked a whirlpool suite and received a room with a small walk in shower. That issue was never resolved. For disabled people, it is not very disability friendly. At least they didn't have roaches.

No water pressure in shower, beds aren't comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all I've been in better, I've been in worse,. However, when it booked I asked about shuttle to IAH and was told yes. I told the desk in was turning in my rental early and how did I contact for shuttle. Did all the steps, even had airport employees talk to the desk and nobody could figure out where I would get the shuttle. Finally clerk asked if I was at hobby or iah and when I told her the reply was, " oh, we don't go there." When I explained I was told yes, she asked who is talked to... Couldn't tell her since it don't make a habit of checking credentials whenever I ask a question So now I'm stranded at an airport. I had to rent another car to get back to the hotel then turn around and drive back to the airport next morning. I wasn't pleased

Excellent service. Shuttle free and quick. Seemed clean and quiet especially for being so close to airport. good value

Great location being near the airport. Rooms are clean enough. Service need to step up. Breakfast offerings are average.

Clean hotel. Breakfast is typical, I suggest the waffles, bagels, and cold cereal. The room and bed are nice, but as with another chain, the pillows are awful. They fold them in half in the pillow case but that makes them small and hard. You can unfold them and try to fluff them out, but then they are lumpy. Good for one night.

Your headings do not put topics like, experience at the hotel to comment on the corridors smelling of marijuana so much so that one cannot breathe properly. That was very bad otherwise the room, service from the reception and kitchen was good. The cold boiled eggs in a coolant for breakfast was not easy snd the fried eggs were rubbery and difficult to swallow.

It was ok. The breakfast was ok. Nothing fantastic. Rooms were clean. The night staff was not overly friendly. Near the airport so kinda noisy. Charged my card an additional $90 deposit that she said they charge everyone and would credit back after check out. It's been 3 weeks and still not credited back. No issues with the rooms. I took photos when we left. All pillows, towels, coffee maker and Bible accounted for.

Awful customer service, arrived early and the front desk person (Patricia) was in a very mad/frustrated/tired mood, did not greet us, looked down at her computer the whole time, I assumed she was busy, she then looked at me and said in a rude tone “my system is down, I cannot check you in”, I asked if I could leave my luggage and go spend time somewhere else then come back later to give her time to get her system up and running, she said “I need to check you in before I can get your luggage” in a very very very rude manner. I asked if she had any idea when her system would be ready, she said “I don’t know, please have a seat and wait”. I decided to just reserve a car rental and go somewhere away from her, I requested the shuttle to the airport to get a car rental, she called the shuttle driver, and he was very nice, took me around the corner to get our vehicle. She did the exact same thing to two more guests that arrived to get checked in, and other two guests that needed their receipts. I guess she is working in the wrong field, I feel sorry for her. Later in the evening I returned and a young man helped me out, he was very nice and was able to help me out, was having issues with the system too, but he had the customer service skills that are needed to work the front desk of a hotel. Mind you, I could not go to another hotel because I could not cancel my reservation without losing my money. The hotel itself is ok. Good location.

So I would have coincided with the 3 star rating but the experience I just had made me rate it a 1. So last night after check in I asked to desk clerk for a complimentary water she said sure come get a couple. We were exhausted from traveling so I decided to wait until this am. I asked the new clerk he said we don’t have complimentary water only water for purchase. I told him the desk clerk last night said they do. Only then did he ask for my room number then proceeded to say that water is for our diamond members. Wow. I walked away and he yelled we have a water fountain around the corner. Sir who the freak drinks from water fountains these days? And why did you assume I wasn’t a diamond member the first time? You couldn’t just let me have 4 ounce water bottle to swallow my vitamins and medication. My daughter booked this room I’m Just here for Beyoncé. I usually do Hilton or Wyndham groups and I see why.

The daytime front desk associate-Ashley (a real sweet heart) was extremely personable. The room was very clean. The night time associate was a different story along with the security. My cadalic converter was stolen from my truck in their parking lot. No fault to them but the night associate could have been alittle more attentive. among with the night time security guard. All in all would stay here again but just not in my Tundra

  • 1/5 TexasCardShark 1 year ago on Google
Give it one star because the security guard threatened my life because I work night shift and arrived back in the parking lot at 4:30am. When I told him I had a room and was just doing my daily reports before going in, he told me to shut up and answer him yes or no. This is the way security treats guest. I want no part of this place.

No the 5 places I've stayed recently which include a Howard Johnson's a Hilton a days and and something express this is the very best place I have state Best Western is fantastic and the prices are quite reasonable

The whole staff was very helpful, Crystal, Maria, and Hinesh! After a terrible experience with Southwest Airlines, Crystal with Best Western gave us A+ service. We were having the worst day possible and she saved the day. I am grateful for her and her amazing detail to customer service!

Nothing but love here. Great price and the room was more than satisfactory. Staff was nice, room clean and it is super close to Hobby. Everything I needed.

The service was exceptional, despicably Christina at the front desk. Shout out to her for all the help she provided. The hotel itself was in a great location for Hobby Airport. Breakfast was good, definitely above average for similar hotels. As for the room , the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept great. Is it a 5 star hotel....no...but it is a great choice at its price point. PS. Don't order Domino's from there. It is only 2 miles away but took over 1 3/4 hours to arrive...on a Tuesday afternoon. We talked with other guests who had the some issue. You've been warned.

Nice, clean hotel. Stayed here before a recent cruise out of Galveston. Front desk staff were very friendly. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. Breakfast offerings were the only negative. Not many choices and funny egg pancakes. If you don’t care about eating the breakfast; this is a good place to stay.
