Room was just ok. Charged me $2.50 for a bottle of water. Forgot my toothbrush and called the front desk to see if they had any for sale. They told me to go to a gas station to get one. Rather odd advice. Decided one night was enough and stayed elsewhere.

They take $100/day for incidentals! There was a sign that said dinner was until 10pm only for the front desk person to tell me it stopped at 9pm then the next morning the manager said dinner IS until 10pm. I had to DoorDash food unnecessarily.

Not near what I expect out of a Hilton hotel! A/C broke..one unit running the entire hotel! Spoke with Hilton Honors Gold status customer support….no help! Front desk was very unprofessional and unwilling to help! Rooms are dated! Tile in room was slimy and slippery! Breakfast was a joke! Probably my last Hilton stay!

Very beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was delicious. The pillows on the bed were extremely soft and airy, too soft for my taste. A cleaning lady barged into our room thinking that were had checked out. Thank God we were still decent. Thats unacceptable. I was told at check in that I had a voucher for 2 adults at breakfast. She gave me a small card and wrote the number 2 on the bottom then circled it. Apparently that wasnt the case . After we had breakfast Brittany told me that It was for only one adult and that I didnt read the fine print. Whatever that meant. Its not a big deal but I dont like being told one thing by one staff member then later told something else by another. Nevertheless Brittany and the food staff did great and were very hospitable.

Our a/c went out and needed a place to stay that allowed dogs. Hilton Gardens gladly accepts pets. They were very helpful. The only negative experience I had was their beds. They are very hard so I didn't get good sleep 😴

Homeless people walk in during the AM to steal breakfast (they are very bold) and pillows from the lobby furniture. I asked about security, and was told it's only provided at night for the "night auditor", after 10PM....I suppose guest safety is less important than the one balancing the books. Front Desk service was good, or thier service would have been a 1-star. Service in restaurant was poor in evening at bar (I have issues with eye contact, sittin on the job, mumbling, not speking in complete sentences, etc..). Breakfast staff were on point...the young lade was hustling to make it right and keep everyone happy. Rear door had sign which stated "key wasn't working due to maintenance", well get maintenance to fix it...it doenst make sense. Ice machine isn't working on 6th floor either, call the ice machine company and have them fix it. These are basic principles of a quality hotel...it's not a Days Inn after all, but a damn Hilton!! Rooms need Luggage Stands. There were two of us traveling for 4-days with three bags and nowhere to place them, other than the floor...not please with this example of Hilton, and I'm in them 4-7 nights a week...

We stayed on the second floor where the hallway smelled like an ashtray. Our room was missing the ironing board. The carpet was not vacuumed and some of the furniture was out of place. There was a lively crowd in the lobby each night for drinks. The hotel had a security person in the parking lot with a car flashing yellow lights, presumably to warn away any car prowlers at night. The staff were friendly and professional at the front desk.

I chose this Hilton hotel because of the location(great). Arrived to the hotel and the air was out in the lobby. The pool was closed during my stay. The 2nd floor elevator button was broken and taped with duct tape. The room was okay. However, I have stayed at better Hiltons. The tub/shower was slow to drain. The breakfast looked awful, not many choices. Lastly, we were told that check out is at 11:00 am and the latest we could check out was 11:30am. Overall, my stay was okay. It’s not what I expected from my previous experiences staying at Hilton.

We stay here when we come to Houston, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Older, pretty building, rooms are nice and clean, comfy beds. Downloading the Hilton app and becoming an honors member makes for ease in reserving, checking in/out, room control, etc. on site bar, breakfast.

The stuff I noticed are easy to resolve, but given how housekeeping is done. I understand how or why things get to the way they are. - Very noticeable lime scale which makes anything that involves water seems instantly dirty. - Water damaged bathroom door. - Drywall caulk kinda out of place. The good things about this hotel is the location, service, room size, the numerous amount of outlets and the bed.

The hotel wasn’t bad but the location isn’t good. My truck was stolen from the parking lot between 10pm and 11pm on February 7th. The hotel had no cameras to help me with footage. Houston police said this problem is so overwhelming that they can’t keep up. It’s been over a week and case isn’t even assigned yet. Beware folks!

This is the second and last time I stay here. I’ve been a gold member for that last 6 years and travel to Houston every week and stay at different properties. I had over 30 stays in 23 and already have 6 in 24. They charged me for my upgrade and said it was a management decision moving forward to charge for gold member upgrades. You just lost a customer.

For several years, this has been a favorite for family. The location is terrific. For our Thanksgiving 2023 visit, the elevator is misbehaving, the breakfast buffet is abysmal, and notification of restaurant hours lacking. I am fond of restaurants closed on holidays, but not advertising for those needing a meal was absent. Oh yeah, toilet paper out.

The hotel is very convenient for us. It is very clean and neat. It has it's age, but shows it very well. We have stayed at this location many times. The main problem is the counter space in the bathroom of the ADA rooms. There is no counter space to place anything.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the bar. They are very accommodating for pets. We have a larger breed dog and the hotel staff was gracious and accommodating. I will be going back to this location!

I recently made a reservation at the Hilton Garden Inn for a particular day. I must’ve made a mistake upon entering the reservation and made it for the wrong day. So when I arrived after my 2 1/2 hour trip I was needless to say extremely upset when they said I wasn’t going to be able to get a room. There was a young lady working the front desk her name is Heather and Heather heard my request saw that I was getting angry and rather than responding with the anger she capital level tone and instructed me on what to do. She immediately disarmed me and took the fight out of me it was incredible customer service most people would just rather argue with you rather than instruct you and calm down to find a simple solution. Then I called customer service and I spoke with a gentleman name Richard and Richard informed me that there was nothing that he could do about my purchase from the previous night but did everything he could to make the mistake right because that’s what a good customer service minded people do. I am a member of Hilton and after last night I will continue to be a member of Hilton but this hotel in particular if you have the pleasure of working with Heather she is wonderful. I stay in Houston quite a bit and can’t wait for my next experience at this hotel Happy Hilton customer

Friendly staff at check-in. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Huge Suite with separate bedroom and living room areas. Very very comfortable. Plenty of ports for charging my devices on either side of the bed. Will be returning again.

From the second you walk through the lobby door everyone is so friendly and helpful. The chef there is a French cuisine chef and if you call ahead will make you the most mouthwatering omelette you’ve ever had but you have to ask ahead of time. The pool is sparkling clear it’s never rowdy or loud and if you forgot anything at home there is a little store kiosk by the lobby that has everything you could possibly need. The Buffay in the morning includes things like pancakes English muffins fresh squeezed juice sausages cereal pastries just anything you can think of. I live in the neighborhood and go over there all the time just for breakfast. This is the place that I recommend anyone visiting me from out of town stays at if you look online for coupons you can get rooms around 70 bucks a quick way to save money is to just do a Google search on this property and then look through the different prices that they pull up via travel websites and booking agencies. Make sure you sign up for the Hilton Garden club because you get a discount when you do that as well plus you get to use your points towards other Hilton properties. Honestly I cannot recommend this place enough it is just a great, well-maintained, fantastic staff, home away from home.

They were out of many food items on Saturday November 12th. Shower had a hair on the floor from a previous occupation. Breakfast was fine

From the minute we walked in Wendy made out overall experience a good one. Working in customer service I appreciate good service and recognize it when I see it. I would recommend anyone to stay at the property because of its cleanliness but also because Wendy is in the mix to make it a memorable experience for you and your family. She really goes the extra mile, very happy with our stay

I really hate to give 3 stars. I am a Diamond Member and usually love most Hilton properties. My room, security, and parking were all 5 stars but the service was sub-par. I checked in at 1am on Sunday August 14 after a long day of flying. I noticed my room had ants everywhere under the office desk that Wednesday. They allowed me to change rooms but no upgrades. They wanted an extra $30/per night for a better room (even tho) I am a Diamond Member. I travel via CLC (which always pays for) my incidentals, but for some reason, this location wanted a personal credit card for all incidentals. Trust me, this is NOT the norm. The young lady behind the desk was new (it was apparent) because she had to keep walking over to her manager to get the answers to my questions. If you follow me, and if you read any of my reviews, I am the least "Karen" you'll ever meet. But to me, this hotel could have done a better job accommodating my easy request: a better room, with zero ants at no extra cost...as a Diamond Member.

We stayed at this location for my son’s sport event. When we checked in, I was worried. The guy at the counter was so disconnected and disengaged, maybe I caught him in a bad moment. Throughout moving around and seeing other representatives, they were nice and welcoming. We were able to grill our kids food, no interruptions, they even were sweet enough to leave a trash bag for us! Then when it came to us checking out, Heather was the most AMAZING Hilton representative that I’ve come into contact with. She was so accommodating and patient that I will never forget her name, in addition to her very cool way of having patrons remember her name. I’d recommend this hotel to friends, family, and even strangers. They were clean and in a decent location!

Had a 3 night reservation. On 2nd day a soccer team from Mexico and their families bombarded the hotel and wreaked havoc. Went down to cancel 3rd day and go somewhere else and was told that I’d still be charged(dumb) but the manager did upgrade our room, so that was nice. No free breakfast and what we did pay for left much to be desired as did the server guy working it.
