Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. To start, you could tell that the room had been broken into (or an attempted break-in) due to the door. The “Executive Suite” included a couch with a single pull out bed, a mattress that had multiple brown stains all over it, and ripped and stained couch cushions. I couldn’t bring myself to look at the mattress of the queen size bed, as we had a 6 am flight and I was exhausted. Otherwise we likely would have moved hotels. The bath water was rust color, I cleaned a booger off of the side table that had definitely been there for a while, and the air conditioner would run for about 5 minutes and then turn off. Once the room got unbearably hot (despite being set at 71), the unit turned on again. I am a Marriott loyalist- over the next two weeks I will spend 11 days in Marriott hotels- but I will never stay at this hotel again.

This has been the worst stay I've ever had in a Marriott in the US. I called in at 1am to let the hotel know that I am going to get a room as my flight was canceled at the last minute. Twenty minutes later, I'm at the hotel lobby and no one was at the front desk. I waited for 45 minutes, ringing the phone multiple times while simultaneously calling out to the back room. At past 2am, the front desk staff finally comes out with blood shot red eyes, clearly having been asleep. I was checked in without so much as the most basic of apologies for having kept me waiting. I was checked in without being given the room rates first or asking me what room type I wanted to take. This is unacceptable behaviour. I lost valuable rest after an already exhausting day and a connecting flight ahead of me. Ridiculous.

If you need a place to stay and be near the airport, this is your place. This hotel is on the other side of the freeway, so you have to take the shuttle to get to and from the airport. If you have issues with sleep, I recommend you wear headphones to cancel out the airplanes that fly over. Lots of fast food places nearby by and a convenient store nearby. This location offers free breakfast as well. Overall, the rooms were nice and the overall hotel was so what quiet. I think they have construction going on because I could hear banging and some noise from the other room.

Hotel shuttle takes about 30 to arrive, so plan accordingly. All reviews about thin floors are true, every sound could be heard above my room. TV turned in but does not work. Some good points, clean room, coffee maker in room, breakfast was good and staff are all very friendly and helpful.

A very clean hotel has a great pool has a grill. The staff is wonderful. Our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel

Sure, it's an airport inn. To that end, the shuttle service seems to run regularly. The room is as expected, clean and fresh. In a nice wooded area, quiet for an airport hotel.

I tried getting a room but unable to do so. However, I wished I had a room here. The hotel is in a private area, so safety is not a concern. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The female agent tried to help us without letup. So for her, I'm giving this hotel 5 stars. Thank you!

The location is perfect and it’s close to the airport. The airport shuttle drivers are very professional and helpful. The front desk staff are also professional and knowledgeable when helping the guest. I really enjoy the staff they are so helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff always does an awesome job in keeping the rooms very clean and sanitize for the guest comfort. They really take pride in there work. My absolute favorite is the breakfast in the mornings during the week since I stay during the week, the breakfast station is always so cleans and neatly stocked. I believe the young lady’s name is Veronica, she does an awesome job. The eggs are my favorite, they are awesome, and so is everything else she makes. Overall the entire staff at this location take pride in there job. I enjoy staying here.

Nice clean room near the airport. Quite place and staffs were friendly. Check and check out process were painless and fast. Breakfast on the weekend last until 10 A.M. 10/10 would stay again 😀

The room and accommodations were adequate for our overnight needs however, this location needs to be updated with more USB ports ( as our other Marriott owned and operated venues we have he stayed in). There were plenty of plugs in lamp bases however they required a cube to use as a USB port.

I used to love staying here. Unfortunately it has not been kept up. I was very disappointed in the room and breakfast.The room was very moldy and breakfast was pretty scarce.

Due to flight delays I booked a hotel room at 1AM. Joshua was friendly and accommodating, even at 1:30AM. He got me all checked in was the saving grace in a very tough travel day. Thank you Joshua for your excellent customer service!

Adequate, comfortable room and bed. Ice machine is broken on our floor...had to go downstairs to get it. No body lotion in bathroom. Coffee available in room but only one packet of regular coffee provided. My husband and I had to mix regular with decaf to get two cups. Ugh !

The room was clean and came with a mini fridge and a microwave. There’s an option for internet TV of you want to connect to your own YouTube, Netflix, etc. Bathroom was clean, but the towels were thin and old being obviously frayed. You can hear upstairs noises. Breakfast was basic but abundant. The free airport shuttle was the best!

Everything is good except front desk lady (long grey hair with mask on, and no name tag). She not only refused to respond to app chat question for so many hours (never responded in the end), she basically wasn’t at the front desk the whole breakfast time for hours. When checking out, I had to wait long and shout to have someone out, and when she came out, appeared frustrated and didn’t even bother to look and say anything (extremely disrespectful). On other days, other front desk persons were absolutely amazing (bearded guy and an African American older lady who speaks with an accent), they deserved to be in front desk service, but the other long haired lady unfortunately.

Wish the "executive suite" was a little bit bigger but other than that, great experience. Pool is smaller but still nice, 5ft deep is it's max with a waterfall deal. 8/10 would recommend if flying in at airport.

It was not the best experience. In the room there were two useless lamps, we had to request new bulbs from the front desk but we had to change them ourselves. In the morning I wanted to ask for toothpaste and they didn't answer the phones. We asked if we could have some breakfast to grab from the desk at 5 am since my flight was leaving very early the next day. They said yes but the next day nothing was even remotely prepared, the included breakfast is a scam if your flight leaves early the next day as you can't get anything before 6.

Stayed here for a week. Cassandra at the front desk was awesome. Breakfast was OK. Oatmeal always watery, and no waffles. Cleaning staff was cool. They came super early but when I asked about that they made a second round which I appreciated. Computer access was good. The rooms were so dated buy they were clean. The TV was small and no vent in the bathroom. Also very noisy. Like there is zero soundproofing between the rooms. Would I stay here again? Maybe. If its a short stay i will upgrade but for a long business trip it will suffice for the coins I save

Very accommodating. Had some issues with flights in the morning and the lady at the front desk was supper sweet 10/10 best service I have reserved at a Marriott. Breakfast was okay not the best however the service I feel makes up for that. Pool was nice beds were comfortable. Overall would stay here again.

I had the worst stay ever at any Marriott property last night. The property was in very poor condition.  The lobby of the hotel smelled like natural gas and we were told it was because the "fireplace was leaking" and yet the fireplace remained turned on.  I Went to showering in the morning, and the shower was disgusting! Covered in black mold . Very disappointing. The one shiny light was the front desk employee, Cassandra. She was fantastic! She apologized for the inconvenience and made sure to immediately request maintenance . She gets 5 stars!

I really loved the rooms, they were huge! I wish they had the usb outlet in the lamps like some other places. There were 2 tvs and a little couch area. The hair dryer didn't work but they brought a new one. I love that there is a hearing impaired doorbell too! The shampoo conditioner body wash set on the wall was a classy touch. Very nice overall and breakfast was included.

Good but not great experience. Noisy at times (could hear footsteps from room above). Shuttle didn't pick up at terminal C which made required a trip in the train to B. Shuttle was booked in the morning when we needed to get to airport. Breakfast at seven on weekend was too late given i had a morning flight. In the plus side it did seem me and we'll kept, clean. Reception was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was well maintained for its age. The room was clean and the AC was cold. The continental breakfast was pretty fresh and good. Would stay again.

Had an extended 18 nights at this hotel and it’s a really decent hotel. In a quiet area, the downfall…there is nothing to do or eat around it. Staff was really nice, everything worked in the room and I got nearly daily housekeeping. New towels, cleaning of the actual shower (it wasn’t looking great at day 18) and actual vacuuming of the room kept it from being a 5 star.
