Good location and walking distance to NRG Stadium. Not sure who makes the decision on how many and what type of pillows go on the beds? EPIC failure...4 small, square pillows to cover across a king size bed? Who ever thinks this is comfortable should have to sleep in the condition for a couple days. Not only are they small, they sre also flat. Step up your game Quality Inn and get rid of these pillows.

This place is trash. The place smells like garbage. Their breakfast sucks. Very small and compacted rooms. And very dirty like very very dirty. Out of 10 this is clearly 0. Not even close to a one.

Booked this room for work and read reviews after the fact. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my room was very clean and had no issues. The pool looked greener than I care for so I didn't get in. Still, pleased enough for a decent room and a decent price.

Don't GO HERE. Lobby smells of cigarettes. Couldn't even enter our room because there was no one at the front desk to give us our key card. We tried calling the numbers on the card and the number associated with them on Google maps. Nobody picked up. Just terrible. We just finished a 10 hour drive and was completely exhausted. And now has to book a more expensive room in a different hotel. We had too sleep in our car because the room wouldn't be available for another 4 hours.

Rooms looked nothing like advertised on the website. We were told that they were remodeling after we arrived but the motel is extremely outdated. No elevators. Rooms were in separate buildings than the office and were horrible. Couch and chairs were filthy. Televisions are no bigger than computer monitors and had bad reception, even no reception for almost 5 hours. Halls and stairs were disgusting. For $170 per night, you would not expect anything this bad. I lost all trust in Choice. I would not stay at this place again if given the rooms for free. I did not feel safe at all. If we could have found a different place, we would have left.

This entire hotel needs to be renovated. I was visiting from Dallas and I decided to stay one night because I was tired but never again. The hotel was horrible. Doors slamming all night and people walking and watching everything. My room was dirty and had blood stains on the floor. Sorry but I will not come back.**NO ELEVATORS** & Broken vending machines. I didn’t feel safe at ALL.

Coffee was old didn’t replenish for the next morning it was the same coffee when we arrived in the front lobby. No one was ever at front desk for help Didn’t have our room number posted looking everywhere until tried the room without the room number but as seen all other rooms had numbers.ok to stay if traveling to hospital as we did. No one to assist with breakfast which was wack. No hot water for oatmeal. You never see anyone at front desk if so not very helpful or friendly.

If you don't have high expectations you won't be disappointed. The room we used for 5 people was spacious but the furniture and electronics are old and in certain areas there is a lot of outside noise. If you are only passing through Houston, this hotel may be a good option.

Our first "non-smoking" room , stank of cigarettes badly. We switched rooms. Our TV didn't pick up a single channel clearly. Our toilet was backed up. Our shower had bad water pressure. The free " hot" breakfast consists of cereal, yogurt, and waffles . No eggs or protein. Also the phone in our room didn't work. Neither did the mini fridge. A big disappointment for our $100. They are also under renovations, The only good thing is that it is close to NRG.

Worse hotel I've every stayed in. It should be priced under motel. They said it was being renovated, but my room needed some extermination... due to the amount of roaches. They didnt even offer my momey back, they only offered an additional day for another stay. NEVER STAY HERE!! If your going to a Houston Texans game (like i was), just stay next door at the Wyndham.

One of the worst motels I've stayed at in the last 25 years. Room was not real clean, dead roaches on the floor, air conditioner was terrible and wouldn't cool room. Halls dirty. Would never ever go back.

This hotel is very overpriced. The hotel asks you to put down an extra deposit of $150 on top of your booking fee. The rooms are horrible, carpet looks like it hasn’t been replaced in years. The main lobby has a sign posted that they are under renovations dated a year ago. The walls in bathroom have black and green model. Hotel is infested with roaches. We even removed the mattress cover and saw numerous blood stains all over each mattress. Looks like the mattresses haven’t been replaced in years either. I would advise you not to book here, even if it’s a last resort. Priced at $200 a night you can stay somewhere else much more enjoyable. All these reviews are correct. It’s in horrible shape and in a bad part of Houston.

All of the buildings could use some serious renovating. Don't plan on working out because the majority of their equipment is broken. The hallways were generally not clean and there were numerous mold spots in the rooms. However, they have many signs saying they are renovating and the place is really cheap and in a good location. The AC's worked and the beds were comfortable and though the bathrooms looked old the water pressure was good, so it all just depends on your priorities.

The rooms need to be updated the beds are hard and the furniture os peeling... The fitness room was a joke, there are like 5 machines and none of them work neither did the tv or the water dispenser.... I will never come back to this hotel.

The room was dirty, damaged, and outdated. The stairs and hallway remained unvacuumed for the 2+ days we were there. There is no elevator. The TV'S both had terrible picture and very little channel selection. The lamps, walls, furniture, and doors were damaged significantly. Even the signs on the exterior of the building were damaged too. The only upsides to this hotel are the close proximity to the stadium and the beds were new, clean and comfortable. The service at the front counter was acceptable and so was the breakfast in the morning. This place should be renamed the Low Quality Inn.

This place was unacceptable, the smell was horrible inside the hallways in building C and D. My room was disgusting, the toilet was turned off. Once I turned it on, would not stop running. Ac did not work and felt muggy in room. I got fooled, this was a very disgusting and scary place to stay. Worst stay ever!!!!!

I genuinely did NOT feel safe here at all. If I was staying more than one night, I would have asked for my money back. The hotel was disgusting. There was black mold, stains everywhere (on the floor/walls), and the hotel stunk. As a single female traveler, I never have felt this way in a hotel before. Also, apparently I was staying in building 2 (not the main building) and the door do not lock. Even if you're with family, I do NOT recommend staying here. It's not worth it and it's gross.

The room was horrible. I was told they were renovating, but didn't see any proof of it. Its outdated and run down. Not worth the $100+ we paid for our accessible suite.

Only good thing about this place was the location. No complaints about the service either. Room smelled musty, was in bed of an update for sure and the A/C did not get very cold at all!!! Their Continental breakfast was a joke!! Will not be staying here again.
