Hotel was more run down than photos. Room had sticky floors and bathroom had peeling paint from moisture probably. There was no fan in the bathroom. Paint was missing above headboard. Breakfast was lackluster and scarce at best. And best of all our catalytic converter was stolen right off our car the one night we were there. Beware. The location is close to IAH. Pool is small and hotel is not somewhere I would ever stay again. Definitely not worth the $100 I paid.

After discovering a roach crawling on my pillow as i was about to sleep, i realized i didn’t check for reviews on roaches. damn! the years of complaints about roaches stay true. why doesn’t management order some pest control and in room spraying. On the other plus side, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and sheets that felt thick and clean. there was a good desk to work on and a sofa chair. the bathroom wasn’t dirty at all.

What everyone else said. The hotel is dirty, bugs landing on me in my room, hair in the bathtub, air conditioner not working, and on and on. We booked on Priceline and it shows that it’s a three star hotel but it definitely doesn’t live up to expectations. Only saving grace is the front desk staff tried their best.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We booked a room with 2 queen size beds. Upon arrival they sent us to the "sister" hotel Comfort Suites next door. When we got to our room there were 2 full size beds. I was told this is all they have. So I asked to be compensated on another room since I paid for a room with queen size beds. The manager tried to tell me over and over that the beds were full queen. Would not give me a discount. Actually told me to take it or leave it. I'm like ma'am there is no such thing as a full queen bed. After much argument they finally sent us back to Country Suites. Surprise they have queen size beds. HOWEVER, the room was disgusting. The air didn't work, the carpet was nasty and the mattress showed signs of bed bugs. The only hotel I have ever stayed in that was worse than this was in El Salvador!!! No joke!

This hotel was a disaster. The only way you would consider staying here is if either have no other choice, or you want to spend the least amount of money to have somewhere out of the weather to stay. Probably better than a homeless shelter, but I have not stayed in one to properly compare. We had a group staying here. This was our last resort due to the event we were attending. I will say that the hotel was accommodating with our group. But the rooms were a disaster. One room had mold. Another had cockroaches. Another had a nonfunctioning toilet and dirty clothes left from a previous guest. Another had pizza crust left in the sheets, which means they were obviously not changed. My room was not maintained. The housekeeping didn't seem to be thorough. Caked dirt in the bathroom. Outlets didn't work and the plugs fall out of them. The shower water doesn't turn all the way off. You can hear the people above and next to you. Breakfast was stale food and cheap coffee. Vehicles in the parking lot were broken into. I think you get the idea. P. S. Owner don't bother writing that you strive for excellent accommodations, because that is obviously a lie. You strive to keep from being called on by the health department and nothing more. Response to owner: Looking back at the reviews, people have had the same complaints for at least a year. You didn't do anything then, and you won't now. Unfortunately, due to limited availability we were left with no alternative but your hotel.

This place is an absolute mess! I have traveled a lot and I have never stayed at a hotel this bad in my entire life! Nothing as advertised. It’s very old and the carpet is dirty. There is chipped paint on the door. Also our door wasn’t fully closed at first. Anyone could have walked in. The hallways and the rooms have an odor. My bedsheets had stains on them. I also saw a cockroach on the floor of the bathroom. I immediately checked for bed bugs and I never felt I needed to do that at other hotels. I could not stay and had to leave. I felt very uncomfortable there. Also the pool was out of service. Definitely avoid at all cost. This place needs a lot of work!

Best $59 room I've ever had in my life. Clean, safe, had everything I needed. Real eggs, sausage, hashbrowns for breakfast and you can make waffles if you want to. Yes, the carpet was stained in the hall. No, the pool is not in service. It's being remodeled. Great experience.

I'm very disappointed to say the least. Hotel is a little outdated as in it has sloppy paint job , electricity outlets didn't work properly they were loose. We couldn't sleep as you can hear every single move of your neighbors and people were loud until 2:30 am I could hear them through the walls. Breakfast was disappointing . I've had better continental breakfast at mom and pop Motels! They had no milk for the cereal.dont advertise something you can't fullfill.Good things NO bugs(ok 1 dead bug). Rooms were clean. FRONT desk Staff was nice.

For $68.00, you pay for what you get. When I walked in the smell was unpleasant the lobby looks terrible. Got room key walked around to the elevator the property looked even worse. Pool drained, was not mentioned when I made the reservation. Smell increasingly worse as I got on the elevator that has not been cleaned in months. Went up to 4th floor carpet in hallway needs to be replaced dirty, stained. My room door looked liked someone had broken it down and it was calked back up. Opened the door there was a large 6” hole where the door handle busted the drywall. Carpet was stained, bedding cover was stained. I would ask the owner of this property if they have ever stayed. Very disappointed, Country Inn & Suites and Radison used to have higher standards. Will not come back to this property and will most likely not stay at a Country Inn and Suites property in the future.

No hot water. ACs weren’t working. Stains all over the carpet. Mold in the shower. Water leaves residue on your skin. Lumpy beds and pillows. Not worth a repeat stay.

This place was very disgusting and unprofessional. They had several roaches around the room. I had to take pictures of the roaches for me to be able to Receive a refund. My my mother daughter and I was outside the hotel room at 4 o’clock in the morning due to roaches crawling at night times. They had bugs in the lobby and frogs jumping around the lobby. The refrigerators in the room was dirty the bathroom was dirty the bed was dirty and the phones didn’t work in the room. We had to change to three different rooms and in three different rooms all had the same thing. Do not book a room at this hotel.

First it changed its name to Sonesta. I walked into the lobby, there was a bad smell. They are remodeling so paint on the carpet, hairdryer not hooked, room not cleaned well but staff is very helpful and friendly and courteous. Hotel is very close to the airport.

TERRRIBBBBLEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Yesterday (6.09.23) at 9:45 pm I did reservation for my sister. When she arrived to hotel around 11pm thr receptionist lady did not attend to her. She first said the system is not working. The receptionist didn't even bother to process my reservation! Instead, she just up and left, completely abandoning her responsibilities. To top it off, she didn't even have the decency to hang up the telephone properly. She simply plopped the handset down on the table like it was no big deal. Please check Surveillance cameras. From other side I was calling to hotel to solve the issue around 40 consecutive minutes. This kind of careless and indifferent behavior is absolutely unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with some level of respect and professionalism. But it seems like the receptionist couldn't be bothered to give a damn. Effective communication and attention to detail are basic requirements in the hospitality industry. It's clear that this hotel falls short in these areas. Guests deserve better than this kind of shoddy service. I strongly urge you to share your experience with the hotel management so that they can address this issue and improve their staff's performance. They need to be aware of how their receptionist's negligence can ruin the guest experience. I genuinely hope that your future hotel stays will be far more pleasant and hassle-free than what you had to endure at this disappointing establishment and refund my money back.

Most discussing place I have ever payed to stay in. Regret my decision. Walked in to a Hot room. Turned on the over head light and discovered light with no cover flickering, walked into the bathroom and doors were all scraped up and coming oh apart at the bottom. Patches all over the walls in back of the bed of bare patch work not painted. We pulled the sheets down and the sheets were stained (water or something else marks) asked for someone to come change sheets, I was told no one available you have to come down and change em yourself. Holds in the walls and carpet so stayed up couldn’t walk around barefoot. This place is a $30 dollar hotel not a $130 dollar a night hotel. We are even scared now that our car will be broken into, not to mention the door latch is broke also so it doesn’t have a double lock. Don’t recommend this place even if for one night .

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Looks like nothing was ever updated in the last 25 years. This hotel needs to be gutted or just torn down. Mold, stains, smells, bugs, etc. Some outlets do not even have covers on them, which is a major safety violation. The workers were good, they just did not have much to work with. If I were Radisson, I would be embarrassed, just goes to show corporate never visits their hotels. I would give it negative stars if I could.

This place is a hot mess. The outside looks great, soon as you walk in there is an unexplainable smell in the lobby. Walked to the elevator and the pool can be seen, omg. It was filthy with brown water at the bottom. Seeing the pool should have been the first indication this was a bad idea. Instantly when I open our door, the room smelled like old seafood. The walls were half painted and dirty, couldn’t look out the window because I believe it’s paint on them. The mattresses were dirty. The bathtub was equivalent to a bathroom at a public beach, I felt I would need to take a shower with shoes on to avoid catching something. The one good thing was the room had a microwave and mini fridge, that’s about it. Front desk was of absolutely no help, didn’t want to cancel the rest of our days that we had booked. There was no way we were staying there for 4 nights. 100% do not recommend.

We got in town at 3 in the morning and with no luck anywhere to check in we stumble on this Country Inn suites by Radisson. The front desk clerk Juanita was very welcoming and courteous and was able to find us a room and let us check in on the spot. The rooms were cozy and big and everything worked to my surprise. Will be back whenever we are passing through.

This is the hotel American Airlines put us up in due to flight being diverted. I can't believe this place is even open. It's disgusting. Walls dirty, holes in walls, tv not working, phone not working, stained linens, no room service, no maintenance, gave me a key to a room that wasn't even clean.

This place is nothing like what's indicated on the reservation app they have roaches, dirty walls, filthy carpet, an unkept elevator, the rim of the swimming pool walls are nasty and it's 4 1/2 ft deep an maybe 7ft long. The gym is a two machine in a very small room with a mirror wall. There is no breakfast just some old bagels, refrozen French toast sticks, and some kind of bread, old fruit, no coffee, no orange juice. We wanted to be close to the airport, which is perfect from the location. The staff was very polite and very helpful, they tried to do there best to make our stay better. Even so, I would not recommend.
