My vehicle was broken into, damaged and no one from the hotel has helped! They even made ME clean up the broken glass myself. Management is a joke here. No empathy, no customer service. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone. Pick another embassy location, this one is not one of the good ones. UPDATE 12.16.23 waiting on a customer concession made to me verbally over the phone. If they deliver what they promised me, I’ll update my review in due time. Update 12.20.23- I got 30k Hilton points in customer concession. Still came out losing. But had to complain all the way to the regional vp. It didn’t have to go that way, if you have a leadership team that responds with urgency to customer concerns. 3 star- good property, not so safe, not so customer oriented.

The hotel and rooms by themselves deserve 5 stars all day. The rooms seem to be super clean and just all around great. I would only suggest a smart to cast my phone but no big deal. The reason for my 3 star review is based off 2 things. 1. Staff when I was there wasn’t good. I went for breakfast and wanted to take food back to my room and me and another guest were trying to get a to go tray which we can see that they have in the kitchen. However they refused to give us one claiming they don’t give to go trays on the weekends even though I saw someone with a to go tray. They had no problems with me taking the actual plates to my room though. We asked a front desk supervisor and she said she would check on it. She walked to back of kitchen and out the other side back to the front. I could see if they did not allow food back in the room but they do. I hate to bring up race but me and customer who wanted a to go tray are black and guy who got one was white. Maybe there is a circumstance that I missed but it was still sketchy. 2. Bring your own pillow. The pillows there are awful. It’s like pillows in the army all flat. 4 pillows here are like half a pillow at my house. Had it not been for the breakfast situation and the staff I would have given a 5 star review. Also not saying that they were definitely being racist, not everything is racially motivated but I can only go by what I observed. Breakfast was pretty good though.

This is by far the best hotel stay in Houston. Viviana was attentive to us during our breakfast (which was delicious, not your average continental breakfast) and we had a great check in with Yolanda. They have happy hour between 5pm-7pm with free delicious drinks and appetizers. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Our room was clean and comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. We were here for a high school class reunion & the banquet room and meal was good too. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good location (not great), pool was too cold (although advertised as heated). Hot tub out of order the entire stay. Digital keys not available at this location. Staff were attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Omelette and pancakes made to order. Hotel appears to be newly renovated. Very clean and rooms are nicely appointed. Bathroom vanity was large enough for all of your wife’s skin and hair products. Breakfast only served until 9am on weekdays. (Should be at least 9:30 IMO) Having stayed at both Embassy suites on Katy Freeway, the one in West Katy seems better for families. (And they actually turn the pool heater on).

Rooms were big and clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The staff were amazing and very kind, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was good, with many options. The fitness center was nice, however some people who work in the fitness center are not the friendliest people. Overall, it was a very good stay and I would come here again!

Great experience from the start. Natalie at the front desk was wonderful; friendly, attentive, and professional from check in to check out! My family of four really enjoyed the 2 queen bed suite, which had a modern feel, was clean, and spacious. As for the included breakfast, wow. Eggs made to order, great variety and a beautiful dining area! The hotel is next to I10 and close to beltway 8. There are also plenty of restaurants, stores, a hospital and walking trails close by. I chose this hotel because it seemed safe; office buildings on either side, parking garage under surveillance and the property backs up to what looks like a nice neighborhood. We felt safe and secure the whole time we were here, worry free! You cannot go wrong staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in the Houston energy Corridor.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. This was my second stay here, we had a mini staycation for my daughter’s 10th birthday sleepover and they didn’t want to leave. The rooms are so upscale and spacious, like mini apartments. The breakfast the next morning definitely was the icing on the cake. Pricing was a plus also, very reasonable. We will be back!!!

Embassy Suites Energy Corridor Houston was a great place to stay! The front desk crew are the reason the hotel is getting 5 stars, especially Yolanda!! There was an issue in my room that wasn’t resolved between between the 2 nights I was there, but the front end did all they could to make up for it. The breakfast buffet is great with an omelette/pancake station too. I would stay here again!

This place exceeded my expectations. It had great service, with plenty of features to make it stand out. It was spacious with good amenities (hot water, fridge, microwave), there’s also a laundry machine and business rooms with house keeping service. The rooms were quiet, and the place had plenty of free parking. The breakfast could be better and have more variety, but besides this, it was a great stay. I was helped by TJ at the reception, who was so friendly and supportive! I plan on coming back whenever I’m in Houston.

We originally were only going to stay on a Friday night to Saturday morning. After checking out Saturday morning and leaving, we realized we left an Apple Watch behind. I called the hotel around 10am and informed them to please get it out of our room and hold on to it. I was told I would receive a call back in 5 minutes after they checked the room to let me know if they found it in there. After not hearing back at around 1pm, I called again to ask about the watch. I again was told I would get a call back in 5 minutes. After not getting a second call back, I called back a third time at 7pm only to be told house keeping had left for the day and the front desk manager was not able to see if the watch was found because house keeping has their own log of what they find in the rooms and the front desk manager can’t see what they found. We decided to stay another night just so we could get more information about the watch the following day. Sunday morning my 10 year old son woke up in the morning with a tic on his stomach. When I talked to the front desk, she stated she was sorry and removed a 36$ bar tab from my room bill. I informed her I only ordered two beers the night before and asked to see how much the beers were, she stated she could not see the bill and I would need to contact the finance manager the following day because they were off. It seems to me this hotel has no idea how to keep their customers informed or satisfied. When I have an issue, I want to get it addressed right away, I don’t want to be calling different managers on separate days for my issue to be resolved. The watch was located by the way, I got it back in Sunday morning.

TJ & Yolanda were awesome at check in. Best check in experience we've ever had! The young lady working the bar the evening of 7/9 could use some of that energy! Other than her, all staff we came across were pleasant. The room was clean & updated. Limited parking in front & parking garage in back.

Loud highway noise on one side. The pool was dirty and over chlorinated. The front desk nearly impossible to find. Otherwise the building is nice. The bar was great. Nice breakfast w wonderful cooks. The housekeeps were excellent as well.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! The price is worth every penny. Yolanda was amazing. She was so helpful when I came across a few problems upon checking in to my room, I was easily reassured and moved. When asked for a new fridge the maintenance man was in my room changing it out within 20 minutes who also was a very nice & polite gentleman. Beds are comfortable, rooms are very clean. Parking is in a garage connected to the hotel. The hotel offers a free happy hour which was nice as well as the breakfast in the morning…bomb! That was why I booked here in the first place. LOL! The reviews were right. The breakfast was great along with the chef at the omelette station.

My wife and I have frequent countless numbers of Embassy Suites and when I tell you the energy corridor location in Houston Texas far exceeded our expectations. Let's with the location first. Centrally located for easy access to Katy and the galleria. Closely located to some of the best eating establishments in Houston. The rooms have a modern updated feel with comfy beds and linen. The evening reception/kickback/happy hour was good! The selection of beverages, along with the snacks was a great touch after checking in, plus they provided fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at the front desk...watch out Double Tree!! The best part of waking up at Embassy Suites Energy Corridor was the amazing breakfast!! Made to order omelets, freshly griddled pancakes with the chef special touch. They offer a selection of items to satisfy any and everyone. The morning service were great, but do yourself a favor and visit the omelet station were you'll be greeted by the best chef and customer service extraordinaire to come out of Chicago. Can't wait until God continues blessing you to visit your foodtruck/brick and mortar. We'll be back very soon.

Hotel was very nice. The "free" breakfast was simply amazing. Felt like a restaurant. Remember to tip the super chef if you get an omelette to order and the dining room staff as well. Great customer service.

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't regret it. Ms. Yolanda was so helpful at booking! She had a great energy about her and my reservation was made quickly and easily. My family has stayed here for a visit once before when we lived in town and gave the hotel rave reviews. This is why we look forward to our upcoming stay! I am coming for both business and pleasure and you cannot beat this location in Houston. Pricing is great!

This is a beautiful hotel, inside and out. The guest services are super friendly and made it so easy with the check-in and check-out processes. The room designed had me feeling as if I was in a tiny home. It has this very cozy feel to it. The bed was so comfy. I slept so good that my only regret was that I slept-in past the continental breakfast allotted time. I also totally forgot about the pool and hot tub :(. Other than that, I throughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful home away from home experience.

The staff from the receptionist department to the chef was very friendly and engaging. They all made us feel welcomed. The facility is great. Very clean, inviting and homey, made our staycation experience awesome. The room was larger than expected and very comfortable. Even though it was just my wife and myself, we had plenty of room to entertain other guest if we wanted to. The pool and spa was great. Again, staff were all attentive to our needs. We would stay here again and would stay at any others in other locations. Honestly would try and find one at our next vacation location.

I loved our stay. I’ve stayed in plenty of Hilton hotels just never Embassy Suites. After our stay this past weekend I will def go again. We were greeted by lovely Asian lady (I’m so sorry didn’t catch her name) she was so pleasant and welcoming. She let us know there was complimentary drinks and apps at the bar which was a plus. The room was awesome! It was a suite and so accommodating . The hot breakfast cook to order was great! I well def recommend and stay here again. The cooks were so friendly they went above and beyond despite most people not leaving a tip.

Enjoyed our stay. All the staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! The pool and the hot tub were working and the family enjoyed it. Easy access to the Highway and close proximity to the Galleria Mall. We have previously stayed at this location and will stay here again.

Being that I work at a Hilton property myself, I must say this property is top notch. Beautiful renovated rooms, very spotless, great staff & amazing bar and free breakfast. I had a room on the 14th top floor and I felt like I was in a luxury penthouse. It was amazing. It was a staycation birthday present for myself and this hotel made it possible. If I could give it 100 stars, I would! Thank y’all!! I will be staying again in the future.

We reserved a block of rooms for our son’s wedding. The lobby and common areas (bar and dining area) were excellent places for us to gather between events. The breakfast (included in room rate) was quite outstanding and has something for everyone, including made to order omelets. Yolanda, customer service manager, went above and beyond to make us all feel welcome. Free parking for guests in the attached parking garage was vey convenient.

We only stayed one night at this hotel with my family and I all I can say is that the whole hotel is clean, from rooms to pool area. Breakfast was good and they did have a big variety of food. Stuff was friendly and location was great for us. Not enough parking at front but they do have a parking garage at the back.

Room was definitely clean and staff was friendly, breakfast and parking is complimentary. Good size pool and decent hot tub. Although they do need to clean it up and make it better in and out. The beds were comfortable besides the sheets very thin and the couch bed blankets need to be replaced. I do recommend requesting a room with a good view because our view was well nothing. Great location for the attractions in downtown Houston!

The hotel staff were awesome and accommodating. Free parking, Breakfast was excellent, and rooms were clean. We did have some lights that were not working in our room, but that was not a big deal. The only issue I have is that there was a woman banging on a room door screaming for at least 30 minutes at 3 am in the morning. The guest in the room would not let her in. I did not feel very safe with what was going on. I feel that the hotel may need a little more security. Not sure if I will be returning to this location.

Unfortunately her name escapes me (starts with a ‘V’), but our check-in person is also a manager. She was the start of the great experience we had. She embodies friendly customer service and handled every one of our needs with delight and ease. Our room was as immaculate as the photos that attracted us. The made-to-order breakfast was beyond satisfactory. Parking was plentiful. We will not hesitate to choose Embassy for our next stay. I can only hope the Embassy Suites in other locations are as pleasing as the Energy Corridor location. Thanks to everyone for the EXPERIENCE. We love you!
