Staff is great. Very nice people. Kind and generous. Area is not that good but its a ok spot. But its scary here and if you are not able to deal with drugs loud music or getting robbed you may wanna pass this spot. I stayed here a month and my favorite part was the great employees. All of them are nice kind and generous they have a bullet proof glass for a very good reason. If you get scared easy go elsewhere. But for the price and the location its great.

A very inexpensive stay However this doesn't match the surroundings as the decor is extremely old the towels are the same and nothing I think a regular paint job couldn't help. The television has very poor reception and I'm not able to clean up the contrast at all. I'm in a room with a refrigerator and a working microwave which is definitely a plus. Turn down was very well this morning as I forgot one of my cell phones in the bed and came home to found it still here under a pillow.

This hotel deserves kudos for providing a wonderful stay in an area that's not so great. The greenspoint area is inner city that still has a lot going for it, but there are unsavory characters around. We were warned to stay away, and I can't see why. Other hotels in the area were unacceptable to us from the reception we received when we dropped in to check rates. Knights Inn new management is trying very hard, they bend over backwards to provide for their guests. Seasonal pool has been cared for, rooms are clean, and updated. The staff is very helpful, and are constantly there when you need them. Lots of families stay here, and there is no disturbance factor. Couple with a young baby checked in to the room next to ours, and once their door closed, we never heard the baby. Come on guys, give this hotel your business, it is part of the renovation of this area. Great food in walking distance. We stayed two weeks and will stay again next year. I am a Wyndham Rewards Member and recommend this Knights Inn!

This place has been bought out by Indians no big deal. I rented a Room there tonight $75 for a crappy Room. The cable was so blurry you couldn't see anything on TV. So many little kids running around and it smelt like weed up-and-down the hallway .. Too many people hanging out in the lobby and outside by the cars stay at your own risk

I stay here every once in a while when I need to crash away from home. No the rooms aren't up to date but the service you get here is AMAZING. House/Room keeping is GREAT. Never seen roaches nor bed bugs.

Bed bugs and roaches...don't come here you'll regret it...had to report them to the health dept hopefully they get shut down...Will not let you see the room before you pay, then when you see how disgusting it is they won't give you a refund

A great place. I and my husband stayed weekly and it was a pleasant stay, friendly stay. You have coffee that the hotel offers every morning. The area is convenient to area restaurants, gas station, and very close to the beltway.

Hotel has newly renovated rooms. The staff was very helpful. Amazing customer service. Cheap price and good facility. Got discount because we went first time at that place. If u need cheap and nice place to stay go for it.

If you want drugs you are in the right place. The lady at the desk is not very easy to get along with at first. After I spent too many dollars on late night ramen noodle cups and remained patient and courteous she finally came around. The manager is a pretty cool guy though. He recognizes if you get people to come rent rooms while you're staying there and he'll cut you some slack sometimes. The rooms are slightly Worn but clean. A few roaches but I have stayed there 2 years in a row for the price and location relevant to the carnival spots we played in the mall parking lot

The sink was filled with water, meaning it was slow to drain. Maybe the pipes need to be looked at, the bathroom ceiling had a hole in it, there were cigarette burn stains on the furniture and the air conditioner did not get cold like it normally does in other rooms there. The air conditioner was basically going through the motions with a loud sound aid only cool air but not cold air coming out vent. The restroom was stocked with toiletries and soap with clean white towels. You could hear a dog barking on the side of the building where they kept a dog with a dog house, the reason I kn6is because when you looked out of the window it was literally facing you. Other than that the lobby area was clean and neat in appearance. No trash or debris on the ground. It was a quiet on the inside of the motel but in the morning you could hear the dog barking which is not a big issue for me but maybe other customers.

AC is broken in half the rooms but the heat keeps the bedbugs away.

Bro this place a dump. But for the price your paying, nice! Just the one on 45 north. Don't know about the others. You get what you pay for honestly.

If I could Give this place negative stars I would. This has been by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The first red flag was the reception behind bullet proof glass, but don’t judge a book by its cover, right? The room was nasty. The window was broken and held together with duct tape. The lock on the door was broken and someone easily could have pushed their way in. The toilet seat looked like it used to be a dogs chew toy! Don’t even get me started on the rusting , mold, and the walls falling apart. It’s true that you get what you pay for. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else, so they can use that $60 towards repairs.
