I am dissatisfied I travel continuously to Houston and it is the first time I have stayed in this hotel, I always book and pay with Expedia. and this time I did the same, but it turns out that they charged me 20 Dlls at the reception for acces to the room. I had a commitment and I was running late so I had to agree. No hotel had ever done that to me before. I will not return or recommend this hotel. there are better options

BUYER BEWARE! I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites or any of their affiliates again!! They require a $100 deposit at check in. I gave them cash which in retrospect was bad idea on my part. We were in a hurry when leaving and no one at front desk so husband says just drop the keys in the box, both of us not remembering to get our deposit back until after we returned the 7 hours home. I call the front desk and they refuse to send me my money. They will not send a check. Would not even refund me a nights stay which was not quite 100 dollars but I would have been satisfied with. Said we could pick it up. I explained that was not possible. They said send a friend, which I have none in the area because we were here on business. Plus they said I needed to send them the original receipt and my actual drivers license!! What?! No! I call the 800 number and was told 3 days for decision which turned out to be NO! We finally after a month had to go back on business and I was able to retrieve it. At the time had no plans to return to Houston. They are a bunch of crooks! I am sure we are not the only ones this has happened to! We WILL NEVER STAY THERE OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES AGAIN! We will stick with Hiltons and would have this time but they were all booked that week.

Very friendly staff and professional good breakfast especially love the waffles there huge and good definitely on top of keeping everything spotless and smelling good would recommend to anyone looking to stay at a hotel

Stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a splendid stay! The place is always maintained and cleaned. It’s unfortunate that some guests are irresponsible and leave their garbage in the hallways and also at the pool area. The staff tries their best to clean but I understand you can’t be cleaning 24/7. The staff is super friendly too and will help you right away if you need anything. The breakfast bar is great! You’ve got fresh, dry, cold and warm items to choose from. My favourite is their bacon and their fresh fruit (apples and bananas). Location is also super close to the main highway. I would definitely stay here again!

WARRING THIS HOTEL IS RAN BY THEIFS WHO WILL STEAL YOUR CASH DEPOSIT!! DONT STAY HERE. Their is a designated smoke are that they offer right by rooms 105-110 if you stay in them you can smell smoking in the hallways . They will accuse you of the smell and and refuse to give you your deposit. No manger on duty so it’s employees making the choice and the employees are the ones outside smoking . Total scam ! The lady at the front desk has a real bad attitude of and of course if your a person of color the first response is to call the police if your having an issue with the hotel I will never stay here or any choice hotel again!

Wonderful hotel especially given it's a 2/3 star hotel. It was very quite, everyone was professional and the breakfast was decent. The best part by far was the cleanliness. When I walked in they were disinfecting the elevator which I thought was a great touch. Even a lot of the breakfast items were individually wrapped for hygiene purposes. I saw, what looked like the owner cleaning on a couple of occasions. Really nice place.

Room was cleaned and well maintained. Only issue I had was the WiFi. Tried to connect to the WiFi for my work, it didn’t connect. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh.

Very clean hotel at an affordable price, staff are very nice and friendly. They offer a great selection for breakfast for free! Overall a good place to stay if you're on a budget!

My family was stuck in Houston due to canceled flights and we had to stay in a horrid hotel the night prior. We were sent to this hotel through our voucher and were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The lobby was clean and the staff (Hannah, I believe) was so kind. All the hotels were stuffed due to massive cancelations and she took the time to help me get set up in side by side rooms (I have a large fam). Everything I needed she was quick to help me with and she always has a smile on her face. We woke up late the next morning and thought breakfast was still going...it wasn't, but the staff quickly stepped up to help us grab some breakfast for the kids. They did this without making us feel bad for it and I'm so thankful. The rooms are clean and spacious and I would definitely go to this hotel again of I find myself in Houston.

Other than our room having a slight smell to it, (probably due to the humidity), and the air conditioner being so so, the hotel was good. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The shower had good water pressure. It's right off the freeway, but you can't hear any of the noise from cars flying by, which is nice. I liked that they had several brochures of attractions across Texas. We came from Northern Texas, and I picked up a brochure for visiting Plano. I had no idea all the cool stuff there was available up there. They have a little open marketplace next to the front desk that had a nice selection of items. And, the evening front desk manager was kind and friendly to speak with as we checked in. Lastly, the breakfast was decent. It was a typical hot continental breakfast. They have a Texas-shaped waffle maker, which is fun.

Rooms are spacious and well kept. The cleanliness is obvious right upon entering. Ease of access with plenty of parking. Welcoming lobby with a warm decor. And for the price, it's a fantastic deal.

I booked this hotel because it was the top rated one in the area. Honestly, I expected so much more. I booked the "Deluxe Suite" but there was nothing deluxe about it. It was pretty big in size but that was about it. I've book suites in the past with a full size stove and refrigerator and even a dish washer. There weren't any towels in the room so I had to go down and ask for them. There was no soap, shampoo, or any toiletries in the room either. Good thing I always travel with my own. The pool was so disappointing. It is small and not appealing at all. But I do want to sound like I'm being picky so........ The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, the room was super clean. The breakfast is actually pretty good. The eggs, sausage, and they even have Texas shaped waffles which were super cute. The lady who works in the breakfast area was really nice. She made sure all the food was replenished even while everyone bombarded her right before breakfast was over. Overall I would say that it is worth staying here. I just expected a bit more for the top rated hotel.

After my flight was canceled the airline provided hotel accommodations. I didn't expect much but this hotel is VERY nice! It's very clean! The room was so spacious. I've stayed in several choices hotels over the years. This one is by far the most impressive!!

Visited for business trip. Super nice staff. Easily the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and that includes 4 and 5 star hotels. Colleague said the same thing. Simple and clean. Great access to major tollway and freeways.

This was the most clean hotel I’ve had in a good while. The workers was nice and understanding about all my questions of certain things. The breakfast was also very good. No complaints here. They deserve more customers.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. SO CLEAN, breakfast included was AMAZING! (Texas shaped waffles were super cool). Woman at the check in desk was AMAZING and so hospitable! I can not remember her name however :( it was just phenomenal especially for the price. STAY HERE!!

As a woman here who traveled here by herself so I could pick up my husband from the airport…I feel very safe here. The lady at the front desk is so sweet and everything is so clean and sanitized. Will definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed by how clean the room was. I truly enjoyed my stay. Very clean room, comfy bed, great service and breakfast. Maria was super sweet and friendly and also the owner was very kind. If I ever need to stay in Houston, I would 100% stay here. Thanks for the great experience 😊

I think this place is wonderful. Great price also 9.6 hotel rating. Great staff and great comfortable beds. Room is really nice I stayed in a double Queen and there's a sofa with a sofa bed in it. Thank you comfort inn & suites Sam Houston Parkway for the great hospitality and great stay.

This hotel was conveniently located, just off the highway (Beltway 8) & close to nearby highways. The surrounding area was clean & relatively quiet. I arrived at the Comfort Suites, a little before the standard check-in time, & was allowed to check-in early, which was a BONUS, after having driven for more than 15 hrs. The front desk clerk was VERY friendly & accommodating, by allowing me to see 1 of the rooms, prior to checking in. It was VERY spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable & I couldn't really hear my nearest neighbors, which was another plus. The pictures, online, really didn't do this hotel any justice. Seeing is TRULY believing. Whenever I come back to Houston, I will DEFINITELY stay in this hotel, again.

Nice location, great check-in agent, very talkative. My family and I checked in real late she was able to accommodate us on one floor instead of 2 different ones. Love the disinfectant machine in the lobby. Housekeeper was very nice. My only issue was after we checked in I have a habit of checking the sheets and toilet spraying my own Lysol around the room, we noticed a dead roach. No biggie scooped him w/tissue. Shower floor was not very clean maybe they should try using a magic eraser… some spots in the room needed painting.
