DO NOT BOOK! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We picked this hotel because it’s pet friendly and we made a reservation 2 days before our trip through Hilton Honor and prepaid in advance. We arrived at mid-night and were told our 3 nights reservation was canceled due to fully booked. The front desk said they cannot reach out to us because they don’t have access to 3rd party to get our information, and they waive the cancellation fee. We checked the booking condition it still shows booked at that time when we talked with front desk lady, and she said they just work on their own website and doesn’t have responsibility to let other party know the status. I’m not sure if this hotel understand what is the meaning of RESERVATION, and we don’t hear sorry at all, and the lady emphasized many times that our cancellation fee has been waived. Your hotel overbooked and want us to pay for it and we should appreciate it??? DON’T waste your money and time to book this!

Hours after I checked in and got my room an employee tried opening my room door. Luckily I was getting out of the shower and stopped him from opening the door all the way. Didn’t say why he tried opening it knowing I had already checked in. That made me feel very unsafe. The morning after that the cleaning crew was knocking on my door at 9 a.m. when the checkout time was at 12 p.m. Very disappointed. Will definitely let my friends know not to stay at that hotel specially if they’re women.

I wanted to express my concern over the cleanliness of my room during my stay. Unfortunately, it was only cleaned twice in a 10-day period, leaving dirty dishes and cups on the floor for extended durations. Hair in the shower on your first day is not what you expect to see and enjoy… This caused an unpleasant odor and detracted from the overall experience. I believe improvements in hygiene standards are necessary for future guest comfort.

Room was clean and hotel was very quiet during my business trip. Front desk staff was great. Would stay here again. Highway noise was audible for rooms facing that side but not a big issue for me.

1st: it started with not accepting 2 different credit cards with plenty balances on them, finally the 3rd took. 2nd: to charge $10 for a measly oatmeal, toast and cereal breakfast bar? That is just an insult when the room is already $180/night. 3rd: the wifi for the life of me would not stay connected in my room and only had 1 bar of service and was trying to get work done. Very inconvenient, I also see not the first complaint in reviews of WiFi issues 4th: pictured, upholstery nasty and didn’t even take picture of the grease from someone else’s forehead that was on my window when I checked in 5th: I get the business hustle but $3 to $7 for off brand Sam’s club $1 bottled water that’s just ridiculous. 6th: shower door kept slightly opening and had to put towels down to keep water from running out into the bathroom area. 7th: the gym was below standard, water cooler was out. One treadmill out of service, the other wouldn’t turn on and the third has some jacked up dip to it making it unsafe to run on 8th: multiple complaints from other customers, one being the day I checked in a customer complaint of giving him a room that was dirty and had not been cleaned. Already red flag when I checked in. My stay solidified that hunch. As a Hilton honors member, I can confidently say I will never ever come back to stay at this hotel again. Have had much more enjoyable experiences for less money.

This is my second time staying here and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The rooms are amazingly clean, the staff is awesome, and the location is perfect. Continental free breakfast on weekends 7-11. Which is an amazing breakfast! 🤤 Will definitely be staying here next time we’re in town for work. Keep up the awesome work with the level of cleanliness! 💯 Ps: 📣 special shout out to mr nizam, Ivan, Justin, and Porsche. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during our stay.

Unfortunately, I am unable to fairly rate the rooms given we were never provided one. My boyfriend and I plus another person had reserved two rooms well in advance. Our friend had even spoken with someone the day of check in to confirm reservations. At that time she could even see a room assigned. After an 8 hour flight delay, we didn’t get to the hotel until around 0400. Jay at the front desk seemed nice, but he was unable to provide us rooms, even after given both confirmation numbers. “I can see the reservations, but they must have forgotten to assign you rooms, and the hotel is fully booked.” He attempted to call his manager multiple times but was never able to get through. So even after confirming the day prior, we had to go up the street at 4am to another hotel.

When we checked in, they sent us to a room that was already occupied. We had to apologize for the hotel, No breakfast included. The breakfast was minimal to say the best.

Stayed 6 nights over weekend. PRO: Good location, easy access and parking. Reasonably quiet despite right next to freeway. Down stairs bath room clean; Breakfast buffet for $10. CON: Aged facility; Breakfast not tasty. However, tried it only once. Maintenance (interior, gym equipment) and house keeping of rooms mediocre at best. Gym equipment aged to a point that treadmill and elliptical unsteady. Monitors not working. Main issue: sign at elevator and front desk stated towels & bed make up daily, room cleaning every 3 days. Nothing done first 3 days. Requested and got 1 (!) new towel and emptied trash cans; no soap or toilette paper replacement despite visibly needed. Nothing else done. Requested house keeping next day. Housekeeping done Monday (day 6), except - bed linen not stretched, only cover eas straightened - not carpet vacuumed despite visibly needed. Not up to Hilton standard. Can't say that we are coming back.

This hotel always seems to have issues with the AC in rooms. I have stayed here several times and had to move rooms often due to AC not working. Other than that, the restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner. The place is clean, and security is pretty good. Get the chicken tortilla soup, it's really good.

Had a really great stay and check-in process. Staff was kind and helpful upon arrival. The room was clean and felt fresh when we got there. My only complaint was the air conditioner. Given the temps in Houston during my stay in addition to allergies the air felt stale majority of one day and at night I was not able to adjust the room temperature below a certain point without first trying the app, which I didn’t get a reply back until the next morning. However, once I called the front desk while they told me they would try to fix the temperature, it did feel cooler after about 30-1hr although nothing changed on the thermostat. Location was close to major expressway so it was easy to navigate.

The hotel looks very nice, with a gym, a restaurant, and a bar. A work day can quickly become a relaxing day. I also left my luggage in the room after checking out, and the manager called me to notify me. Lucky for me, I was still in town and was able to come back and get it. All my belongings were there. Great job!

I booked the room for Friday night and Saturday night ($300) I went up and noticed a box fan in the room and didn’t think nothing of it. I turned the ac on around 4pm. I left and grabbed food and shopping and didn’t get back until late. I went down there to let them know the room wasn’t cooling and I was already sweating once I got out the shower. A gentleman said he would turn it down to 62 I later go out and come back just to find out my room was still not cooling.. I made the trip to other times and this time the woman upfront told me the switch for my AC was and she didn’t know why. So I asked for a different room and she gave me a different room. She was very nice but the other room had a box fan in it as well. I turn the AC on and it blew cold, but it wasn’t cooling the room and finally I just gave up. This is my second time at the hotel the first time I had no problems, this time I paid that much just to sweat in a room I feel like they knew something wasn’t working in the room so they put box fans. But why move someone room to room with the same issue. Waste of money and lack of sleep. Who can sleep when they are sweating. Very uncomfortable stay.

Room was very clean and smelled pleasant. TV picture was not great. The shower door leaked a lot. I used all my towels to keep water from running into the hall. The Keurig in the room was a nice touch but the lids didn't fit the coffee cups. Same downstairs in the lobby!

This hotel is not what it says to be. The room was a room and we were charged more than what we were told. On top of all this heat our a/c went out tried to call the front desk but the phones didn’t work. Had to call from my cell and was told maintenance would fix it at 9:30 the next morning. 9:30 came and went no maintenance, but they was fixing the ceiling that fell near my room. Once again we leave the hotel just to come back to the room still not having a/c and was told they were going to try and control it from downstairs, nothing happened except more heat. Two nights sweating in all this heat. Of course tried to talk to the manager he wasn’t there ask for his card with name and number and of course he doesn’t have one. Do not and I am strongly mean do not stay here.

This was a disappointing experiencing. I did my reservation 3 week ago and requested a 2 queen wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower and another room with 2 queen beds. I call the hotel four hours before arriving to confirm my rooms and they told me that the wheelchair accesible room was a one king bed. I told them that I requested a 2 queen, and they denied it even though I had the email proving it. The costumer service representative was kind enjoying help me find an accessible room with a sofa bed. When I got to the hotel they charged me almost double for each room and they said it was a security deposit which no body told me about. I was really tired because I had been driving for 16 hours, so I pay and went to my room. The bathroom was not accessible and there was no was I would be able to use it. I asked the receptionist to cancel my reservation and return my money. He was busy with other people and told me that the money will be back on my account the next day. I return the keys for both rooms and went out to find another hotel. It was 10:00 pm. When I was heading to my car someone that follow and asked me for my name and information saying that he worked in the management, but he looked more like a security. I told him that all my I fo was already with the receptionist. The next day a checked my bank account and I found out that they only returned the money from room. They told me that I only canceled one room, and they returned the money as a "courtesy". He told me that they will charge one night because I canceled. I explained him that I canceled because they did not provide the service they promised when I did the reservation. He said that I had to pay for one night and that there was nothing else to do. So I ended up without hotel and paying $138 for a room I did not use.

One of THE worst if the THE worst hotel experiences I’ve had…it was to the point where I had to go above the GENERAL MANAGER just to be heard ! First off , there was ONE , only ONE, front desk women (Ari) who did not have the power to make changes but yet still made sure to be very courteous toward me and my friends staying there. Towels were NOT thoroughly cleaned and had to use most of them for the floor due to shower leakage anyway. MANAGEMENT staff was horrible and the GENERAL MANAGER basically told us if we didn’t like it we could leave. Flat out! After calling three times about the ventilation system in our rooms they FINALLY was able to switch our room (A DAY BEFORE WE HAD TO LEAVE) and the ice machines on 4 out of their 8 floors were broken. On top of that we spoke to multiple people about the incidental fees before arriving and we were told it would be $140/person and when we arrived we were told their systems updated 3-4 months ago and we had to pay $300/person and that we just had to abide regardless of THEIR errors. Seems they don’t understand how budgeting works in a situation like this. Management did nothing to soothe things over so I had to reach out to corporate who should be reaching out to me soon so I can see what kind of operation is going on here at this specific location. Don’t book here until management is changed to be very honest.

This is what they sell for a handicapped roll in shower wheelchair accessible. We booked our room a month ago and they over sell the rooms. Now we don't have a place to stay. We even called 4 hours before we got there to make sure and they said everything was ready for my wheelchair husband. #ADA

I have to say that reading some previous reviews had me worried that I had made a bad decision reserving here. But I was pleasantly surprised that the immediate area of the hotel felt secure & the room was very clean (if a little dated, but that's everywhere). The shower leaked a little bit as stated in other reviews, but nothing the foot towel didn't take care of. No bed bugs, no stains, no funky smells, no a/c issues. I am a single female traveler with a "nicer" car, so the other reviews stating parking lot security concerns had made me a tad nervous. However the parking lot was almost 'excessively' well-lit and there was a courtesy security vehicle making the rounds. The surrounding area is very industrial but it's all but dead at night so it's not a big deal at all in my personal opinion. Overall a good stay. Would absolutely stay again if I'm in the area.

Great staff here that were so helpful. But room needed some care. I had to mop up water leak from shower each day. Also wish the room had a mix of soft and hard pillows instead of just soft. Other than that, enjoyed the breakfast and the convenience of this location.

Good, clean hotel with nice staff. Had a couple of issues with the AC that the front desk manager helped solve. The room was clean (although the sheets were a bit iffy). The restaurant is good too with very nice staff. Can't get wrong!

This is great. From the moment you walk into the hotel to the moment you check out, you will feel the warmth and receive excellent customer service. The rooms are very accommodating, the breakfast is delicious, and the lounge areas are perfect.

Horrible horrible. Extremely hot rooms with broken temperature controls. Moved to three different rooms between fifth and sixth floors. All three rooms were hot and would not cool down, with broken temperature controls. Long blonde hairs in the beds, food inside the pullout sofa bed, closet mirror door broken, no ironing board available in the room, cockroaches all over the parking lot. Room phones not working. Front desk clerk Andrea was very rude and not accommodating. There was no manager on duty. I do not recommend staying here.

The air conditioner was not working properly. It also did not display the current temperature so I am speculating that is was roughly 80 degrees in the room. No internet. No USB outlets Faulty receptacles on the light fixture. Extremely slippery shower floor. Apathetic front desk staff. Overall bad customer service. I was pretty shocked being that I have stayed in so many hotels and it was in this condition. Sincerely Diamond member……

A nice hotel in a not so nice part of town. Great breakfast options. The rooms themselves seem a bit underwhelming. Beautiful lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Easy access from the interstate. First room was too hot for our liking. AC was centrally located in the ceiling of the room but only blew room air, not cold. Got moved to another room with a little better cooling but certainly not to our liking. This type of AC system isn't conducive to cooling the whole room. Hilton can do better.

This hotel is in need of a serious makeover. The shower pressure is horrendous and just falls on you. The 8th floor hallway carpeting is buckling all the way down the hall and I don’t think I’ve ever been there when there’s not a fan in the hallway. Takes all day to cool a room and if you’re lucky, you’ll get coffee refreshed each day. The rooms are dimly lit too. If there were another Hilton brand nearby that was decent, I’d be staying there. As a lifetime Diamond, I’ve stayed at many properties. This is highly over priced for what you get. If I were paying $100/night, maybe. But not $180/night.

Wonderful stay, better than we have had in a LONG while. It was just my daughter and I and we both felt extremely safe. The parking lot and path to/from car is well lit. The staff went ABOVE and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

We stayed during Christmas Eve and it was cold. We has temperature on 84 and still felt like 50's all night! I had to sleep with layers! Shower was never hot. The most it got too was lukewarm. We asked for extra blankets and got sheets instead! The only good thing was the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Worst Hilton I've been at.

Definitely room for improvement when checking in. The rooms are average nothing outstanding but for the price and to get a fridge and microwave was great that's why it gets 4 stars. There's no free breakfast is why I took away a star. Breakfast should be included since you pay over $100 per night. Unfortunately I can't recommend this restaurant to families with kids because there is no breakfast free for them

Rooms were great and very well appointed. The service from the staff was poor. As a Diamond member, there was no acknowledgment or thank you for being a member. Upon check-in, the front desk person didn't give us any keys to the rooms and walked away. I requested daily room service, but they didn't come the next day, so I requested it and again didn't come, until I asked again. The second day requested, and they came, but they didn't make the beds or empty the trash. Day 3 and 4 were a little better. Although we liked the property and location, probably won't stay again due to the service.

There's nothing to complain about! The room was clean and comfortable. I slept great, which, to me, is the main thing, since I'm a light sleeper! Everything was perfectly clean, and in good working order. My floor was quiet. I don't think there were many staying on my floor. I guess with eight floors, you can spread people out, if it's not too busy a weekend. Irie was at the front desk, she was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions, and made me feel welcome. Jason came up the second day and got the TV going. He was also very friendly, and responded immediately to my request, because I think maintenance leaves early on Saturdays. I will stay there again!

The hotel is slightly aging, but very clean and modern. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The small refrigerator in the room stayed cold and even created ice in my water bottle. Full length mirrors on the closet was nice.

So, we have been Hilton Honors members for eons, and have stayed at any number of Hilton-branded hotels, from the Waldorf Astoria to Hilton Gardens, to Home2Home and various Hampton Inns in cities around the country, and always had a pretty good experience. Not so with this particular hotel, including a complete lack of follow-up. When my wife (who is no pampered princes to be sure) she thought the place looked a bit dingy, but not a big deal. She then went to the room, which smelled of sweat and urine, the TV didn't work, the AC was an issue, and the bed made a "crinkling" sound when she sat on it, as if the mattress was wrapped in plastic. That was it. She checked in mid-afternoon, and checked out before dinner the same day, cancelling the next 2 days we booked there, finding a hotel right across the street that was 100% better. I contacted Hilton customer service, which (as they are trained to do) said all of the right things, apologizing for the hotel not meeting their standards and saying that someone would follow-up with me. That was more than a week ago. Not a peep. I wasn't going to write a negative review, thinking my experience was perhaps a one-off, and wanting to give customer service a chance to follow-up. But they didn't care enough to even do that - thus this longwinded post. My advice? If this is the way they treat folks who have been loyal customers for years, then I would say definitely don't go to this particular hotel, and run, don't walk to a different brand, pronto.
