My wheels were stolen( cost to replace factorywheels and tires $8,000 !! ). No Security, Local sheriff's department responded. No response from hotel manager after multiple calls and messages left with front desk. No response from law enforcement. "BEWARE!!"

Stayed here for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by the rooms and service. The room I had was an extended stay room so it had a mini kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and full sized fridge! There was a separate room for the bedroom and the bathroom was massive! The water pressure was outstanding and the shower head was unbelievably good. Made me really enjoy staying in Houston. They even had a little convenience store next to the front lobby where I was able to get a little ice cream treat in the evening and supply myself with a little frozen dinner! Overall I highly recommend this place, you won't regret it!

DONT EAT THE BREAKFAST they re-use their food for the next day its obviously been sitting there for a long time and it's a terrible selection that I wouldn't feed to my dog! The pool is green and smells like it's never been cleaned, I got sick off their yogurt, the employees aren't nice, helpful or accommodating, I honestly just want my money back!

This hotel is pretty much par for a Residence Inn. Hotel is pretty accessible just off of 290. Rooms are nice and clean. However, the breakfast is quite poor. Either they are short staffed or don't care but when I went they were out of nearly everything... and it wasn't closing tike either... and no one was around to refill. I had to go the manager's office to ask for milk.

I was really excited to stay here at first. It was my 1st time visiting Houston, Texas. I was a braidmaid. It was my first post Covid-19 trip with my family. We stayed here to be close to the wedding Lakehouse Cyress venue and to avoid all the downtown traffic. Going forward, I won't be staying here or any other Marriott. NO Camera on the outside for your protection or your vehicle. MY BROTHER'S SLIVER CHEVY SILVERADO TRUCK WAS STOLEN FROM THIS HOTEL EARLY FRIDAY MORNING!!! In the front of the hotel, not around back but the front next to Jack in the box.

We stayed on a Saturday night. The hotel rooms were clean. It’s located just off of 290 and right across the street from the HCA hospital/clinic offices. The area seemed safe and well lit so I was surprised to read about any car break ins while reading other reviews. The breakfast was excellent and staff was hard at work keeping everything stocked and fresh. The attendants at the front desk when we checked in and out were courteous and helpful. We didn’t stay long but we enjoyed our stay and have no complaints.

7-15-23 Upon arrival I arrived at the hotel at 11:19 pm and I proceeded to check in I had to swipe my credit card three times because for some reason the front desk personnel could not get the system to work and I had three different holds on my credit card for the same reservations. Second I requested a king room and I kept getting a handicap room that I did not want she moved me three times and still I had to downgrade to another room not the room I requested on my reservation, as a platinum elite member I expected more from Marriott this was the worst check-in I have ever had in the history of being a member all these years. I have been put at an inconvenience I've been in the lobby for over 30 minutes trying to get a room at midnight this is unacceptable for a Marriott brand period

Everything was okay for the most part nice staff everything was clean the thing that I didn't like about it was I guess you can call it false advertisement not a hot tub that's one of the reasons I got it and the shower doors did not slide to keep some of the heat in other than that everything was okay. For best you can hear through the rooms really easily I heard a lot what was going on in the middle of the night if you know what I mean pretty sure other people heard us

I was recommended this hotel by my renters insurance as there was an issue with a water leak that flooded by apartment. Firstly, I would like to say the hotel is very nice, staff is friendly and the amenities are very nice, overall the stay was good BUT all this was overshadowed by the fact the first night I stayed here my car was stolen. The security of this place is lacking as there was no cameras to capture any evidence once the police arrived to write up a report. I was very very upset that they had no security cameras on the parking lot which allows just anyone to take cars. two days later as I was leaving driving my rental car to work someone else's truck was on bricks from a wheel theft the previous night. I warn anybody staying here DO NOT BRING YOUR PERSONAL CAR HERE if it is a nice car it will be stolen or vandalizing as thieves have targeted this parking lot.

I stay here a few times a year when I visit family and I love that after a long drive they had a welcome sign up with my name and a card! They also never give me any hassles with my service dog and top notch management, I’ll continue to come back!

We had a last minute reservation, and the personnel helped me out without hesitation. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great customer service and the room was very nice and spacious.

If you wanna have a warm shower, don’t come here. Even having shower in the weather during autumn, you gonna feel so freezing in the shower, that makes me feel β€” are they running out of hot water whole day???

Good place to stay for weekend or long stays. Spacious suites. Well distributed with tasteful furnishings. Kitchen area, stove top, dinnerware, cutlery, full size fridge with ice maker, cupboards and cabinets, dishwasher. Large living space, work desk, TV, WiFi. Enjoy.

Excellent staff... Very clean, spacious rooms, great food. Just an all around comfortable and quiet place. Best bed I've slept in at a hotel. 10 stars from me and my mom...

Loved the spacious room with adequate workspace and kitchen/eating area. I especially loved the personal handwritten greeting to all Bonvoy members upon entering the hotel lobby on a whiteboard, inviting others to join. A simple gesture that was impactful. Check-in was easy, and William, who was manning the front desk at the time, was pleasant, professional, and personable. Loved the location, too, with lots of eateries to choose from.

Be advised that there is no security and no cameras in the parking lot. Our truck was stolen. The hotel staff doesn't care, and the police officer said that cars have been stolen from here multiple times. It seemed like a safe location with plenty of lighting and hospital across the street. Our truck was locked up and we had the key fob with us in our room. They were able to disable OnStar and take off.

Overall a very nice property, the common areas are well kept, no hot tub (as advertised). Breakfast is top notch! I travel for work and am a Hilton Honors Member, I may be looking into changing. Great staff, extremely clean rooms. Great stay, thank you.

Stayed here for a week on a business trip. Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating and professional. The rooms are clean and quite spacious. Each room has a full kitchen complete with clean plates, bowls, flatware, glasses, wine glasses and a wine bottle opener! Plus a coffee maker and free coffee. For business travelers, the desk is very large and the office chair comfortable. The bed was firm and I slept well. Bathroom was very modern and clean. Free breakfast is served everyday between 6 and 9am and they do not skimp! Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, breakfast sandwiches, dry cereal, oat milk (for the lactose intolerant), yogurt with a large selection of toppings, bagels, muffins and a waffle maker! This is one of the best budget hotels I've ever had the pleasure of visiting and will most certainly be back.

Don't stay here. They will steal your car or your wheels and they supposedly have no cameras bur the place has been hit several times in last 3 weeks. As my son was speaking to police another resident came by in his rental cause his charger was stolen.

Decent hotel. Cold water did not work in the shower. Reported it almost right away and wasn't fixed during my 3-day stay. Reported it again at the end; Hopefully they'll get it fixed for the next guy.

Room was nice but the disposal in the sink smelled like rotten garbage. Hotel was good, pool is indoors so you're not out in the sun. The staff were the best I've met in a while, theybwere veey nice. Make sure you have a car though because there is nothing you can walk to besides Jack n the box and a gas station.

I'm shopping around for the perfect place to stay and Gabriel answered the phone and after five other calls trying to find the right place to stay for a great BREAKFAST before I have to drive back home that morning . Gabriel was straight up honest and made me feel good about this place. The other places I've called them people beat around the bush but Gabriel really gave it to me straight. Great job.

The location was perfect for our hospital visit with dining nearby. The room was very clean, spacious and had plenty of room to spread out. It had a full kitchen to cook if needed. The breakfast was included and had a variety of choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it.
