No matter what you put on your reservation request… a single woman will be put in the back corner where you can’t park by your door and where you can’t be seen by the road at all! Very disappointed in this motel to say the least. Not to mention the roach problem they have not addressed! If I could give no stars I would!

First of all there was no refrigerator microwave and I don't know a motel that doesn't have both. We went to the store for a few minutes and came back and they were already cleaning our room and it was only 10:15 a.m. and check it is not until 11:00 a.m.

Confirmed bedbugs. However when first brought to the front desk’s attention, we were met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude by the front desk employee. The manager was not on site and had to wait for a call over a course of two days to discuss the situation. Now waiting for our refund. I would not recommend this establishment.

If you like bed bugs and roaches and rude night clarks this is the place for you!!!! They take your cash and you get no receipt and if you are in the room for 10 mins you stay the night. If you request a refund get ready to be lied to and be laughed at for finding out their dirty roach room. Renter beware!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Don't stay here unless its your only option. Yes there is a bed and bathroom but that is pretty much it. We stayed here one night before heading to Corpus Christi. The bed was super uncomfortable, the a/c only blew hot hair, toilet ran all night. There was no mini fridge which was advertised so we had nowhere to put drinks or our leftovers from dinner. Just pay a little bit more and go somewhere else. The Motel 6 we stayed in when we got to Corpus Christi was amazing compared to this one.

Do not rent a room at this place. Lots of families live there and it’s loud all day and all night. Had to track down room service just to get more toilet paper and towels. They don’t just come by like when you stay at a HOTEL. They charge a lot for old beds and a toilet that was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly. Also I did see a couple dead roaches in the bathroom.

See I'm a bit freaked out a little..... because there is.... !ROACH ALERT! ⚠️ and I have roach phobia.. yeah I'm not going back to sleep** because also there's nasty people that probably live in this motel. Man if we didn't have a dog, we wouldn't stay here. Also the TV is dimming and then it's goes bright again and it has a line. Please fix these issues if you want a higher rating on your motel.

There was this smell that smelled good but too strong of perfume. I call the front desk and the lady gave me another room. Later we assume that they cleaned the room/AC unit with some sort of chemical. It smelled so strong that the first night I wore a mask and I could not stay a second night. The lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. I still recommend this hotel because (one can strongly assume that this hotel is being cleaned) of the quality service I received.

I mean if you love on this side of town you know... But the staff is awesome, waffle house is basically in the parking lot and I've never personally had an issue here, I've stayed here many times while waiting to move in on a new lease.

If you’re considering this property, Ms. Maria will definitely take care of you. Property is clean. Maria is very helpful and made sure my family and I were very comfortable. She has always made sure that we felt safe and anything we needed she took care of. All the staff is awesome, but Maria, Jeanette, and Janel are the best!!!

I have been myself in the industry for 10 years and I have stayed in most of the motels and hotels in Webster in the clear lake area never had a problem until this one we booked the room and paid for it the day before we got here to check in at 3:45 the lady said that we would have to wait another 30 minutes before our room was ready. I walked the property there was no housekeeper anywhere in sight I asked the lady to put me in another room she said she couldn't do it that I had to just wait 30 more minutes until I got on the phone with corporate then mysteriously she was able to get me a room but the first room she put me in was full of trash there was no sheets on the bed no pillow cases no towels absolutely unprofessional and dealing with motel 6 of all companies they should have their s*** together and this property clearly does not. Worst day in Webster clear lake area.

The room had spiders and grass hopper in it, room service never gave us towels. We stayed 3 nights and after the first night the key card was deactivated and we had to wait outside the front office for 15 mins. It was locked and had a “back in 5mins” sign on the door.

No extras, e.g no small coffee pot, microwave , small refrigerator, not even a chair BUT the room was VERY clean and staff were kind. We were there for a memorial. Happy surprise how close we were to the Johnson Space Center and other “space” attractions. Lots of GREAT dining in the area.

This is anorther great place to stop on the way to the coast. Or just to visit the area. It has great access to the freeway and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Too bad other guest don't understand how to have conversations in their room instead of the parking lot right near our room! And thank you Mr Chevy truck driver for blasting a cold start for 10 minutes right in front of my window at 8am!

Location is great on this motel 6, have stayed here in different occasions but this last time, I was disappointed, room not cleaned, sheets burned with cigar, dirty toilet paper and AC smells really bad. Got a room changed by front desk which I appreciated but second room had sheets dirty as well. Gave it 3 stars only because not all motel 6 locations are like this one just needs better management.

located a couple miles from the space center and surrounded by shopping and dining, the location is the only undeniably good thing about this location. The rooms are fairly clean but extremely loud. Parking lot is extremely well lit though

I know motel staff hate third party reservation sites - but that's the only way to go with this motel. If you actually get through to someone over the phone - they say they have no vacancies or only smoking rooms left when that's not completely true. You can reserve just fine online!

Very nice motel, close to the highway. Room was nice and reasonable and the night employee Jeanette was great, she was super sweet and very helpful, very accommodating and attentive. Will be staying here again in the future. Thank you.

It's not the Hilton. However, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The parking lot is lit up like a stadium. Convenient location. Reasonably priced.

Rooms smelled like trying to cover up smoke smell. Tried switching rooms and they smelled worse. Unable to even stay due to the smell, having asthma attack, and wouldn’t refund money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Jeanette at the front desk was GREAT. Super friendly and efficient. I asked for a specific room and she was kind and patient enough to put me in such room. Outside that - the characters around the place were sketchy. A homeless man emerged from behind one of the buildings at one point. As far as cleanliness, I wasn't impressed and without going into detail -we all know the usual - found what seemed to be a room cleaned too quickly. Glad I only stayed there one night.

I will not return here they allow house keeping to steal your things and they don't do anything about it we got back our tri pod but my Dimond heart earings that was inside my bag hidden was taken also and the excuse they gave on why the lady took our things is that she though the tri pod was a gun SMH they wouldn't compensate us no way shape or form due to this all they did was justify the sticky figure house keeper. Secondly if we did have a gun you still have no business touching it let alone it wouldn't be just laying out. If I could I would give this place zero stars

This is a wast of time the price was high if you a planning a romantic night this is not the place but if u planning an over night trip in and out well this is your place but the rooms were cleaned The water was hot bed was comfortable

King room spacious, bathtub surround a little obtrusive, no stopper for bathtub drain, towels threadbare and cheap. Rooms immaculate. Got a smoking room and it wreaked. Wish hotels would clean drapes, walls and a/c in every room but at least every other week in smoking rooms. The tar sticks to walls and drapes and a/c and makes smell intense
