Very affordable, clean, spacious room. We loved the oversized shower and mini-refrigerator that wasn't so mini. Continental breakfast was provided in a very clean, pleasant area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They make you feel so welcomed. None of the more expensive hotels we've stayed at were so pleasant and accommodating. We will be glad to stay here again and again.

Just checked in and was immediately impressed. For starters, customer service was excellent. My room was ready and as you can see it was clean as a whistle. Smells great in here, no odors. The outside exterior was very clean and quiet. I can here to relax and enjoy their jetted tub and I’m getting my money’s worth. This will be my go-to place when I need to relax. Not sure how long this place has been here, but feel fairly new. Oh! Not to mention, there’s tons of places to eat & have drinks surrounding this place.

The antenna on my vehicle was broken off and people discard cigarettes on top of my Ramboxes and left burned marks on them. Unfortunately because of that I will not stay there again!

Owners are super helpful. Workers are super nice. Went here on spring break with my kids and we had a wonderful stay. We always come here when we need a break.

Avoid this place at all cost. The rooms stink. There is no Wi-Fi! No Soap bring your own things and air refreshers. Good luck

I can't see how this hotel is rated so high. There were burn holes on the bed spread, and the sheets were stained. The TV kept malfunctioning. The entire place was worn out. Located on a very busy road with traffic noise all night, it's also in the flight path of IAH. Breakfast was a joke. Coffee was cold (left over from the day before). the waffle batter came out in different shades of grey(it appeared moldy) the orange juice was watered down.

I love this property because its really well-maintained, the amenities are nice, I love the location in that its close to the strip but calm and peaceful. The suites are absolutely beautiful.

The rooms weren't bad at all but room service only came around once like every 3 days and right in front of the main road so it's loud but right across from a 7/11

New facility. No tub but modern glass shower. Great dispensers for shampoo and conditioner. Loved the anti fog mirror touch to your perference.

Spent one night and was the best night excellent service and rooms highly recommended.

I was shocked at how nice the room was. Got it totally on a fluke at 11pm for 3 nights. Contemporary flooring and bedding, an insane amount of light switches, large refrigerator (no freezer) and microwave, **glass shower enclosure**, total overkill on channels, checked the A/C filter and it looked new! I travel full time for my job but come back every 5-6 weeks for mail and storage unit, and of all the locations I’ve stayed at in Humble this one is it, best value for my money.

We are currently staying in the hotel until our house gets finished and have had a great experience. The staff is so welcoming and will get you anything that you may need if it is available. Very clean rooms and an awesome breakfast with many different choices. My kids love it here and do not want to leave. They also have cameras all throughout the parking lot which is nice as well. We will always come back just because of the staff. Highly recommend!!

Very big spacious rooms newly remodeled. Shower needs more water pressure and conditioner for women with long hair but nice glass door shower. Big tv. Quiet property. Manager very nice and helpful.

No breakfast when online it says they do have breakfast. Wifi signal but no internet. The sheets were dirty, stained, with pieces of paper in between. Shampoo containers were empty. Attendant was not disrespectful but was also not professional. Towels had hair in them. Shady area.

Me, my mother, and daughter have been temporarily staying here since October of 2017 until we get our permanent place. The staff is incredible, including Vick. They are always patient and help make accommodations for us when needed. The interior of the rooms are very nice, and the housekeeping staff does such an excellent job on making sure that the rooms are thoroughly clean and comfortable for guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially to those who are looking for one at an affordable price along with superb service. 🖒🖒🖒

After getting off of a 8-hour flight I attempted to check into the room at 7:30 a.m. and was told I would have to pay an extra fee because they're checking time wasn't until 3:00. I've never experienced this at another hotel and would not recommend this place to anybody looking for customer service or quality Care.

Nicely maintained, very clean. Desk clerk was very personable. The wifi in my room wasn't all that great, but eventually gets the job done.

The room next to me was very loud beating on the walls and keeping me awake. The next morning was in my room waiting to check out was not dress nor covered and housekeeping came into my room without knocking was so embarrassed that I left almost two hours before check out me and companion was very embarrassed put the do not disturb sign on the door and she still came in.
