STAY AWAY -100 stars!! If you listen to a review, let it be this one. Absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I could write an essay on how gross this place was. My room smelled vile and was very dirty. We purchased wipes to wipe the main areas down and and wipes turned black with a simple swipe. The smell can best be described as a mixture of pee, cigarettes, and rotting food. There was hair EVERYWHERE, and I mean ALL types of hair. All in the shower, countertops, and bed. I ended up buying sheets from a nearby store because I could not stomach the idea of sleeping on those sheets. It seemed that the room had not been cleaned for years. The fact that the hotel advertises their "10 step cleaning process" is laughable. The security latch also completely broke off the first night that I was there. Staying here was FAR from pleasent, and I will make a point to never stay at one ever again. I see how they respond to other complaints about cleanlieness and it is clear that they never do anything about it. Do NOT stay at an Extended Stay America.

This place is infested with roaches. The furnishing is old and carpets smelled like urine. Website claims they have renovated which is a complete lie. They pretty much reused the old pieces of furniture and made cabinets that were not even of the right size. Refrigerators were so old as if they were made in the 80s. There was rust marks on the kitchen countertop and simply unclean and unhygienic exhaust fan. Kitchenware was old and missing items that were needed for cooking. People working here, also seem to live on property, were not very helpful and lazy. Stay away from this place.

This was the worst hotel that I have stayed in, it should be listed as a motel instead of a hotel. If I could give my stay a negative 100, I would. This description was very misleading, there was no breakfast, they sat out wrapped muffins at 9:10am, the room looked like someone had died in there, and the pool was out of order, it had green slime in it & looked like it was disease infested. I tried to talk to the manager & she just looked at me like she didn't care. They didn't offer a refund or discount for the inconvenience. This place is horrible.

This is not what you expect when booking. The pictures you see are generic for all locations. The 5 of 5 star reviews are false. This location is unacceptable. From the minute you step foot inside of this property, you will see how poorly this property is maintained. The carpets are years past being replaced. They are covered in stains and dirt. You immediately smell odors of food and armpits as you walk the halls. When you open the door to your room, you immediately want to leave. From the ceiling to the floors, you will see how run down the rooms appear. The furniture is old a water logged. The beds are so hard and pillows are flat. Restroom is disgusting. I wouldn't even attempt cooking in the kitchen. This place is disgusting. Find another place. This isn't an $80 room. You will see a generic, cut and paste response from a fake management staff.

Ghetto, dirty, noisy, and needs renovations. The maids don’t clean anything so don’t ask them to do nothing but the bare minimum. (This is a “do it yourself hotel”) smells like mildew. They blame the problems and ragged looking appearance on the refugees that were in Houston. Plumbing sucks since the guest above me let the toilet run over and leak in my bathroom. Ran out of towels, no bed sheets on the foldout couch, no breakfast (only muffins cereal bar & coffee- everything was terrible). This use to be a decent hotel a couple years ago. I had no idea this place would be this bad. This is an embarrassment to sugar land which is a nice city to visit and live in. Don’t be fooled.

I appreciate Ms.Reba Ms.Francis Ms.Mimi and Mr.Ken down to the housekeepers they will make your stay a very pleasant one👍I highly recommend you stay there anytime in need rather it's for business, vacation or just a little breather. They will most definitely make it the best stay for you. I will most definitely be returning. They really deserve 10 stars 🤩

Cheap in price and cheap in quality. They told us our room was unavailable the day we were meant to check in when we booked the room over a week in advance. Our original room was a suite but we had to rebook with a regular room and still got charged the price of a suite. They refused to refund us for the overcharge as well. There was no dish soap or sponges for cleaning dishes. The beds are hard as rocks and we were missing a pillow causing back and neck pain in the morning. Our bed side lamps did not work. The bathroom has a constant loud fan when you turn the lights on which was pretty irritating. The bathroom door could easily be pulled open even when locked. The halls and room have a weird smell. There are bags of trash lining the halls. The breakfast consisted of pre packaged chocolate muffins, peanut butter nature valley bars, coffee, and tea. Despite all the issues with the rooms the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, this hotel should be a last resort. You’d probably be better off spending a little more money on a better hotel.

Stayed here with my family and this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. This is the worst fan hotel I’ve ever seen. The place is roach infested, the air conditioning leaks everywhere, it smells like piss and half the staff are rude. All the other 1 star reviews are true. Do not stay here. It’s a complete dump.

made us wait 2 hours to set up our rooms, even when we booked it beforehand, room wasnt even clean, it stunk of mold. saw 2 roaches right away. toilet clogged. apparently i “ lied “ about my experience, but if u consider making a bed a clean room thats your buisness. it stunk in the room and it had roaches the first 10 minutes we got there, therefore it was dirty.🤷🏻‍♀️

This room was gross! It was stained and had holes in the couch. Hair on the bed. Poorly lit and missing covers on light fixtures. The room we were in didn’t have the fire alarm strobes or the siren. Luckily my wife woke up hearing the siren in the next room over when the alarm was going off. Had to track down the front desk guy. He was outside walking around with a woman and smoking. Went right back outside when he checked me in. Elevator broken. Had a long walk to our room. We were tired and didn’t have the energy to go elsewhere so we stomached for a night. I’ll never stay here again. 🤢

SU02072023. I stayed there for more than a month. It is very cheap. I even got a good discount because I stayed a long time. Perfect for travelers and those, organized clean persons and searching for affordable options instead of luxury. There is a lot of parking lots. Service is ok. They receive cash also. Location is ok. My room has the kitchen on it. Fridge, stove, clothes iron, microwave, etc. Breakfast included is not too much. You have to carry the trash to the right place in your floor. Room service is each 15 days. Bars and restaurants near of the hotel. Walmart also.

It was a nice room with a kitchen, the cleaning lady apparently forgot a dirty rag on the reclining chair. Kind of ironic since she was so eager to clean my room the day I was checking out. She was almost banging on my door telling my she needed to clean the room. She got an attitude when I informed her that I still had 35 minutes left before checkout and that she'd have to come back when I left. She looked pretty angry while she stood in the hallway in front of my door as I collected my things. I guess moving on to the next room until mine was vacant just wasn't an option for her. Other than that it was a nice room.

The hotel had the audacity to call us mere hours before our check-in time to tell us that the suites we reserved 1.5 months prior were not available. They made me cancel the reservation and call to book another one for a room they did have available, which was a downgrade from what we originally booked and was a higher cost even despite a “discount” they claimed to give me. Mind you I checked their website again at that time and it still had the suites I booked originally available to be booked despite the hotel saying they did not have any open for our travel dates. When we arrived, the hotel staff said they would match the price of the original reservation I made but then refused to do so when it came time to check out. It seems like it is Extended Stay’s business model (or should I say SCAM) to “guarantee” suites that don’t exist and then up-charge when they force you to downgrade to what they actually have available knowing you have very few options left due to the very short notice they give you. Now onto the hotel itself. Cheap in price and substantially cheap in quality. The room included amenities such as toiletries, microwave, tv, stove, fridge, etc. They also supply pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. There was no dish soap or sponges for cleaning dishes. The beds are hard as rocks and we were missing a pillow, causing back and neck pain in the morning that lasted for several days even after our stay. Our bed side lamps did not work. The bathroom has a constant loud fan when you turn the lights on which was pretty irritating. The bathroom door could easily be pulled open even when locked. The halls and room have a weird smell. There are bags of trash lining the halls. The breakfast only consisted of pre-packaged chocolate muffins, peanut butter nature valley bars, coffee, and tea. Overall, this hotel should only be a last resort and even then you’d probably be better off just walking in to ensure that sure they only can offer rooms that are truly available for your stay knowing their reservation system is worthless.

After moving to the sugar land area with my fiancé, we had a few months to go before we could move into our place so we picked the Extended Stay America Sugar Land off of Highway 90. For such a good price, our expectations were not that high because in life you get what you pay for. But I am here to tell you that this is one of the few times where the product overly outweighs the price. There are multiple rooms depending on your needs. The management, front desk, staff, as well as the housekeepers are very friendly, and make it a point to ensure your happiness, and I would say, for the most part, the guests have all been really nice as well. We are so happy that we picked this place and want to thank all of its staff.

Good locattion the rooms are nice but they need a few things fix up in the rooms, you have to get bed sheets for the sofa bed from the front desk wend they should be in the room already. Wend you book your stay they say that breakfast is include but is not true, the breakfast is just coffe and muffin and quaker oakmeal. grab and go that what the lady told me wend i ask about freakfast in the reception.

The Five star reviews are totally false, specially about the manager. She is a horror story. Extremely incompetent, unprofessional and rude. She can turn out any resident without any reason if shes having bad day and seems like theres no authority over her. The whole staff is sick of her. During my stay I ignored many issues which were important to me. I was planning to swim every day but the pool is permanently closed. I planned to cook but the kitchen is not equipped, not a single utensil is present. I went to walmart and got everything for my kitchen which I planned to leave here. The elevator does not work but I used the staircase despite my bad knees. Also, the whole hotel reeks of marijuana. I did not even complain about these issues. What I did complain about was the fact that my room was not cleaned for more than a month. As soon as I complained about that she started yelling and screaming and asked me to leave making up a lie that my card did not go through. It is sad that the owners empower such negative people who make other people's life hell. I also called ESA overall but though they agreed with me, were not able to do anything about it. Shameless attitude.

The room was extremely nice. It was super close to where I needed to be the following day. The entire staff were amazing. They made sure the fold out sofa bed had sheets, blankets and pillows. They also brought down extra towels for us. Breakfast was grab and go: hot coffee, hot cocoa, muffins and instant oatmeal. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice as well. This is definitely one of our new places to stay when we come back!! We all slept wonderfully with no super loud noises. Our initial room was upstairs, however when we checked in the lobby and were able to get a downstairs room (I'm in a wheelchair) so it was amazing!

I had a clean room. Slight smoke smell. Opened window, went to dinner was 95% gone. No bugs in room. Was satisfied with room. AC works good not much noise in room.

My family had to travel to the area last minute. We were not looking for fancy, but just needed a place to rest a few hours. This hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Im.not too picky when it comes to hotels and this Extended Stay America was pretty good. The only complaints I had were 1) my card didn't work in the card reader to access the building on my 2nd day there [I had to go back to the front desk and get it re-activated] 2) the microwave turned on but did not heat up. 3) the credit card machine did not work on the washing machine...so u had to go back to the front desk and get change.

I was happy with this hotel. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. The room was clean and well equipped but was a little scruffy, but that doesn't bother me. I'd be happy to stay here again.

The manager and her staff are great! Very nice and always helpful. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate and make sure things are exactly the way they should be. A very well ran hotel. I would give more than 5 stars if I could for the manager and staff. This is one of the best extended stay hotels that I have had the pleasure of staying at... Nice rooms, very clean and quiet. 😁
