Dropped in to get my daughter a sports physical on a Saturday at 11am. We were greeted by a warm and friendly front office staff, Jocelyn and Kita (if memory serves me right). They got us in and out within a 1/2 hour..paperwork and all. Dr. Elevazo, was friendly and explained everything she was checking before each check. Can't complain about anything..the office both waiting area and exam rooms were clean. Most notable, was that the front office staff paused the TV when talking to us...5*

After suffering from extreme weakness and dehydration I found myself in need of immediate hydration and essential nutrients. Upon arriving at Riceland Urgent Care, I was immediately greeted by a compassionate and professional staff. They assessed my condition swiftly and efficiently, ensuring that I received prompt attention. Moreover, the facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology. Everyone was polite and helpful. Dr Syed was very knowledgeable, compassionate and showed sincere concern about my condition.

Loved the facility and care! I’ve been here about 5-6 times and took my daughter any time she’s been sick over the weekend. We’ve always been taken care of immediately and it’s our go-to urgent care for a quick check up. Thank you to everyone working there for taking such good care of us.

Why are you turning people away for a simple blood pressure check? Some excuse “you can’t do a consult if your blood pressure is too high or too low”. The doctor just told the patient to return the next day for a reading. Well, you will be liable if something happens while she’s seeking another place to do your job. This place needs to be investigated. The staff stated they don’t know why the doctor would tell you to come back and he’s not even here. Where is the PA? I’m visiting TX and this happened to my friend. I hope someone in the medical profession take heed to this disservice and investigate.. it is not over!

Stopped by for a check up and the staff was super nice, friendly, and informative. The front desk receptionist, Alejandra, the nurse (who I’m so sorry I forgot her name), and Dr. Syed were very kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my health issues and really reassured me. I’ll be seeing them again soon!

I went in for impacted ear wax possible infection. They overcharged me literally 2x what I should have paid, and when I explained the issue to the doctor AFTER paying his response was verbatim: “so what do you want me to do about it”. You are the doctor I just paid to tell ME what we’re gonna do!!!! The only reason I gave a 2nd star is to the nurse who cleared my ear and told me there was an infection, which the doctor denied and I went to ANOTHER urgent care who confirmed I had a sever ear infection. Terrible.

I saw Dr. Jordan this evening. He was patient, knowledgeable and gentle with me. Even though I was in pain, his kindness made me feel a little better. The nurse was friendly and caring too!

Awesome clinic, the service is second to none. Front desk staff always greet with a smile that makes you feel welcome from the very start. My assigned physician, Dr. Lucky has gone above and beyond, never seemed to be in a rush to see the next waiting patient. Takes time to explain my health conditions and gives advice on what's required to get you back to being well and healthy. After every visit, I would leave feeling more assured that I have a team of professionals working with me on my journey back to a healthy lifestyle. I will forever be grateful to the entire staff for offering the best health care services I have had in Stafford and surrounding areas. Many thanks to you all.
