The hotel itself was fine, clean and comfortable, although there was only one working elevator to service 19 floors while we were there. My issue lies with the terrible treatment and customer service we received after having two traumatic incidents occur within our two night stay. On our first night we were awoken around 4AM to screaming and yelling right outside our room. A man sounded like he was being murdered and was repeatedly yelling for help and to call 911. We immediately called the front desk and were told security was already on the way. It took security 15-20 minutes to respond after that. From what we were able to gather, a couple had gotten into a physical altercation and were drunk/high. Very hard to feel safe while this is going on outside your door! While I understand this incident wasn’t the fault of the hotel, I feel as though they could care less how it affected their guests. My husband went to speak with the front desk about the incident later that morning and was met with a rude, callous man who had no sympathy or concern for his guests’ experience. The second incident happened the next morning at around 7AM. The fire alarm started going off and instructing guests to evacuate. The hotel has no fans in its bathrooms and has warnings that steam can set off the fire alarms. Apparently this was the case. We were back in our rooms shortly after, but once again, hard to feel safe and relaxed after this! When we went to check out we were met with the same rude man. He was short and unfriendly and did not ask how our stay was. He proceeded to give us dirty looks as we made our way out of the hotel. As Hilton Honors members this has been the worst and most stressful hotel experience I’ve ever had. It is unlikely that we will be staying at or recommending a Hilton property again.

Worst hotel stay of my life. They put is in a room that was attached to another room that was under renovation. Paint fumes and industrial adhesive seeping into our room all night. We tried to change rooms multiple times but they said the hotel was full. We asked them to do something to mitigate the fumes, they said they would send someone up and never did. Neither of us slept, both had headaches and sore throats for two days afterward. We asked to at least get our money back for the night from hell. They offered us a voucher for a free night, saying that they couldn't refund us since we'd already paid the tax (?) Then the front desk lady Karla bizarrely claimed our room had a clogged drain and that's where the paint and adhesive smells were coming from. When I rejected the voucher, asking again for a refund, she started sending passive aggressive texts with smiley face emojis. The entire thing was surreal. You would think a 40 billion dollar company with the reputation of Hilton could at least refund their customers after poisoning them.

Decently nice hotel! The lobby is beautiful. Our room was clean but you could tell it was an extremely old building they did clean and nice renovations to so it wasn’t to bad! I would stay here again. The only complaint I have which is not the hotels fault because they do not own, is about the park garage. Definitely never been in a parking garage of that sort. The first 3 stories is a maze between two walls and it super small and sketchy. The parking spaces are very small. But as stated not the hotels fault because they don’t own it. We had an appointment at childrens at 1 and check out is at 11am, however the staff is nice enough to tag your bags and let you keep them behind the counter until after your appointments!

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are large and spacious and the cost is not excessive for the area. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the parking garage is TINY. The in/out ticket validation most often doesn't work. And you either have to double pay or use the call button and wait for someone to respond holding up every person behind you. This hotel is very close and convenient to MD Anderson and the rest of Texas Med Ctr. The hotel does not offer any continental breakfast. You must walk up to the counter stand in line and order food. They will bring it out to you but its quite a wait and if they are out of what you ordered you don't know until later when they come to the table tell you then you have to go back to the counter and pick something else out. They were apologetic and made it right but it was still a wait. The prices are a little expensive. $15 for a turkey club in a Styrofoam to go box. There was no plate service. They only have 2 elevators for 18 or 19 floors and one was not working at the time of our stay. I get it. Things like this happen. Its not a deal breaker. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I picked this hotel because it did have a parking garage and seemed a little more safe for your vehicle than street parking in Houston. We've been broken into before inside gated parking in Houston. The rooftop lounge and pool are was nice. Only issue I had is you couldn't really sit there and visit and have a drink as the music was so loud you couldn't talk or hear. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay

Location, Valet, and lobby are appealing. The price and room size was great but the couch had stains on it. Each bed was missing the duvet cover along with a fitted sheet. So flat sheet, duvet insert, flat sheet, mattress cover. Is this the new Covid standard? Everyone was wearing masks, lobby was clean, roof top patio with “fire pits” are super nice. Again location is good but bedding accommodations majorly lacking which is pretty important to us.

I booked this room over Labor Day Weekend because of price and being an Honors Member. I was weary looking at some of the reviews. However, our stay was great. The front desk service l, the bat area were all 5 star. The pool was in great shape, which we used for several hours. The biggest surprise was the room. The room was clean and in good shape. The bed was comfortable. There are a few dated areas in the hall, but they did not distract. We stayed 2 nights and got housekeeping service and did not ask for it. Honestly, now a days we really don't expect daily service so those was an added bonus. We stayed in room 1911 and had zero issues. I recommend this hotel for trips to the Medical Center area.

The AC is a joke. You set it on 68 which is as low as it will go and it clicks on and off and even says it’s 68 but it’s obviously over 75 and the humidity is out of this world. I get it’s hot outside but why can’t a 4-star hotel hotel have adequate AC? My guess is they are just being cheap. I called the front desk and they sent someone who changed our filter but it did nothing. I woke up multiple times just from the heat and I usually keep my home 73. In the hallways it was even more hot and humid and smells super musty and dank. Floor 9 is where the pool and “bar” is and that floor smelled even worse. My bf and I both got a sore throat and I’m thinking it could be our allergies to mold. The bar was a joke and wasn’t even open during posted hours. It was a cement slab that could fit maybe 4-5 people like you see at a neighborhood pool. The photos on the website are incredibly misleading. The staff was very friendly except for one guy. But the hotel was awful. One of the worst I’ve been to. Fix the air conditioning and humidity!!

The parking garage is an absolute nightmare. The machine never reads your validation ticket and depending on what time of day your trying to get out, you’ll be stuck waiting there for a while. I was trying to leave early in the morning and the call/help button just kept going to a voicemail. I waited for 10 minutes until I just had to reverse out and go to the lobby to get help. I’m pretty sure the parking garage is owned by the hospital nearby but it is such a nuisance. The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. Nice pool and a decent gym. The parking garage alone will keep me from ever staying here again.

I'm a window shopper when it comes to hotels. I'm a dedicated Hilton honors user. I stay in much nicer hotels for half the price as this one. Pay for your room, pay for parking, very limited food in house and in surrounding area. Too late to cancel, too tired. But hey, they give you 2 whole bottles of water for being a dedicated customer. Maybe because I'm only good status...? Don't recommend this location.

It was mostly a pretty good hotel. We booked a suite which had a nice view of Houston from the window, and we absolutely loved the outdoor patio with the fire pit coffee tables. However, there were some parts of the hotel in poor shape. The left elevator had a missing door close button, and one of the silver panels was bulging out likely from a luggage cart that probably got caught on the gap between the panel and the inner door. You could easily see into the shaft if you were close enough to it. The one on the right had an alarm button that was always flickering, and I was always paranoid the alarm would actually go off, but it fortunately didn't. Another thing in bad shape was the door in our suite (1901) separating the living room from the bedroom. It was severely damaged next to the door handle. It looked like it had been pried open and they didn't bother to replace it. But it didn't even make sense why they'd pry it open since it didn't lock from either side. And one more thing was that there was graffiti on the side of the building that would look better if it was cleaned off. Besides that, though, the hotel was pretty good and not that bad.

Never stay here. I know there are also some great reviews. However, that was far from my experience. I arrived early from airport, totally exhausted from traveling all night around noon on 8/5/2023. I asked for an early check in being that I am an Honors member. The Rep said that there was a wait list and she would do her best. I waited and watched as several guests were checked in. It was until shift change when I noticed they were not operating from list. I went up and the gentleman got me in a room immediately. I felt discriminated against. I asked what was the difference in our status and they could not answer. I won't ever be staying here again. The rooms were not cleaned to Hilton standards. I had popcorn in my ice bin. The rooms are not as nice as the are online. The fire alarm started going of at 3am in the morning. I called sown and they said it was a system issues. It went on for a couple hours. The gym has no circulation and smells like mildew. The restaurant floors were dirty and in between seats...tables were smeared. I can go on and on.

Not sure why this hotel has 3.9 stars. It’s tolerable for the price point. A good option for folks needing to travel to the medical center (which is a high number of guests). I stayed here for business. The rooms are old. No room service options. The single rooms are connected to each other by a door and you can hear every conversation in the adjoining room. No privacy as a result. If your used to the Best Western in Houston this is a clean version of the same. If you are looking for a 4 star hotel-go to ZaZa, they are AMAZING.

This hotel is a poor quality Hilton… they eliminated their valet service and the parking garage does not fit large vehicle‘s. They said we could not park our truck on the street in front as we had in prior years when the valet and security would pay attention and walk by and check. The hotel management said that’s not a service they provide any longer, now we had to park in a vacant lot next to the hotel and had our tailgate and tail lights stolen. Our truck is not drivable and have to wait for a tow truck, and not only our vehicle but also another guest with a large truck also had their tailgate stolen last night as well. I realize this is Houston and crime is everywhere, however as a hotel owner they should take more accountability and responsibility in trying to help provide a secure area for all guests to park regardless of how big or small their vehicle. Eliminating valet is terrible and make it extremely inconvenient for guests. The hotel hasn’t reduced their rates, in fact it’s more expensive to stay, but lower quality over all… even the soap was Walmart hand soap in bathroom and mixed match shampoo and lotion, no laundry bag, no face cleaner, only 1 wash cloth. Spend your time and money elsewhere for a better experience. It’s a terrible feeling to wake up and find your vehicle had the tail lights stolen and it’s not drivable. And management doesn’t care. A quality Hotel needs valet and security. A Hilton disappointment for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our suite actually had two bathrooms. It was very roomy and nice looking. It has a pretty nice pool area and a beautiful rooftop lounge area. The rooftop bar is a joke though. The bartender comes and goes as he pleases. You just have to catch him when you can. My gripe with this hotel is the service. The front desk REFUSES to answer the phone. I had to call the main number in order for them to answer. They will not answer if you use the room phone and press "front desk." We made multiple requests for extra towels and no one ever showed up. We had to catch one of the maids in the hall. Also, one of the maids just barged in our room. She did not knock or announce herself. Finally, their elevator system is weird. You have to go to the ground floor from the garage and use the main elevator to get to your room. They didn't tell us this so we had to figure it out. Other than that, it's pretty great.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Houston, and my experience left me feeling mixed. While the hotel has its merits, a few notable drawbacks left me wanting more. Let's start with the positives. The location of the Hilton Houston is convenient, providing easy access to various city attractions and businesses, particularly for the people visiting hospitals and university meetings. The lobby and common areas are well-maintained and exude an elegant charm, showcasing the hotel's history. The staff's friendliness and professionalism are worth mentioning, as they were always ready to assist with a smile. However, my stay took a downturn regarding the dining experience. The on-site restaurant left much to be desired. The food quality and variety exceeded my expectations for a Hilton property. The lackluster menu options and subpar food were disappointing, making me opt to explore nearby dining options instead. The front office experience also had room for improvement. The check-in process, although courteous, was slower than anticipated. I would like a more efficient and seamless experience, considering the brand's reputation. The guest rooms, on the other hand, were a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and adequately sized, they were dated. The air conditioning system, in particular, could have been more efficient. I adjusted the thermostat several times to achieve a comfortable room temperature. Another minor inconvenience was the absence of complimentary water in the rooms. I had to request water from housekeeping, which felt like an unnecessary extra step. In summary, my stay at the Hilton Houston was an average experience. While the hotel's historical charm and friendly staff contributed to the overall positive atmosphere, the shortcomings in the dining options, front office efficiency, room comfort, and the absence of in-room water left me expecting more from a Hilton property. If you prioritize location and service over dining and room amenities, this may still be a suitable choice for your stay in Houston.

    - Moldy chairs in the lobby where people gather to eat. - Rooms that smell like mold. - Restaurant is a joke; be prepared to eat bread (tons of it!) if you order a sandwich - There is no enforcement of pandemic guidelines: use of mask, social distance, or anything. - Several people using the elevators all at the same time. - Maintenance does not solve issues with broken doors, broken lamps, etc. - Front desk does not pick up the phone. I saw people complaining about that at the front desk. - The shuttle to the medical center/several hospitals is never on time. - You make reservations for the shuttle, and you are forgotten at the hospital. They forget to put your name on the list when you request a shuttle to pick you up and your sick loved one. - Don't trust this hotel with an already sick person. It is unbelievable that they cater to sick people.

Awful. The front desk staff are unhelpful and unresponsive, but the absolute worst part is the poorly maintained self parking garage. Tickets do not work. The gate has malfunctioned every time I've been here and they often do not have anyone available to help. Today was the absolute pits. The gate was stuck with a line of people behind me. It took 3 tries to get anyone to answer the call button and no one ever came to fix that gate. The other gate was just let up so we could exit but no one bothered to tell me. I had to just wait for everyone else to back up so I could negotiate a very tricky maneuver to let myself out. There is a sign there warning that they will prosecute people who damage the gates. A very odd warning.... unless they know the gates are trash and simply will not bother fixing it.

I stayed here for two nights while my husband was at Houston Methodist. This hotel is within walking distance and there are several eateries on the way to the hotel. It has a nice pool but it's unheated. The staff is friendly and efficient. My biggest complaint is that the fire alarm went off and woke me up from a dead sleep saying you had to evacuate using the stairs. Not much fun since I was on the 18th floor. When I finally got downstairs I am handicapped the hotel staff offered me a free breakfast which was nice. The breakfast usually cost $18. Which I felt was pretty pricey. Beds are decent.

This Hilton regrettably doesn't live up to the Hilton brand name. First they cancelled my reservation without calling or texting because my cc on filewas expired. They made me make a new reservation on my own when I called in about it (and gave me a lot of attitude about it). Check in felt like pulling teeth when I asked about amenities and benefits. Rooms were very old and dated. The bed was so worn I sunk in and nearly fell off the edge. Woke up every morning with back pain - when asking about this they said all the beds are the same. I also emailed the manager 4 days ago but havent heard back (understandable due to holidays)

The location was great. The hotel was warm and the room even warmer. The AC does not go below 68 and there is no way the temperature was accurate. I was there for medical appointments and woke 3 times due to the temperature. When I let the front desk know she was very rude. We will not be staying here again. Also, the medical rate was no cheaper than their regular rate I found online.

We stay here approximately 2 days every 3 months and the desk clerks remember our tired faces. They're just great and uplifting, it means a lot although the smiles aren't always reciprocated. The level of cleanliness and maintenance is always superb. I've witnessed the utmost respect to patrons in situations when one's own rudeness infringes the personal space of others managed well but with deliberation.

Everything was great from the check in to the check out. The lady at the front desk even upgraded me for free to a suite..I think her name was Vanessa. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I couldn’t believe that they had a women’s favorite soap which is Dove. The only thing I would change is the bar/pool hours. I think 9 is too early.. Especially for holiday weekends. Let the adults have pool time till at least 10:30/11pm 😀

This is a nice hotel right in the center of the Medical district of Houston. It was very convenient to St Jude hospital where we underwent testing. The staff was kind and considerate, prompt to take care of any needs. The shower gel was empty and wasn't noticed and refilled the next day when the room was serviced. Walls were not very insulated and it was easy to hear guests in the other room. We felt safe and comfortable here. My most frustrating part of this room was the bed platform. It protruded from the mattress by about 6 inches. It was dark in color, almost the same as the floor and blended in. It was not very noticeable, especially against the White bedding. Not noticing the platform protruding as I rounded the bed, I banged my shin on that platform almost every time. I went home with bruises.

I’m not sure how this hotel qualifies as a 4 star but honestly this is a 3 star hotel and best. The outside of the building looks modern as well as the lobby but that is as good as it gets. The rooms themselves are outdated. The vibe is old, dark, ugly carpets, ect… the bathroom in my room was almost falling apart. Not sure how they are getting away with this but beware fellow travelers.

Looking for hotel deals used to stress me out. But with ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ, everything became so much easier. This room? Got it at a price I couldn't believe, all thanks to them. I didn’t know what to expect based on these reviews but I found this hotel to be clean with spacious rooms. The front desk staff was nice and we ran into a manager in the hallway a few times who was super kind. The room with the extra half bath was perfect for 3 ladies doing hair and makeup before going out. Location was safe and convenient. I dont recommend the breakfast buffet but the food in the cafe area was good. I would recommend and stay here again.

Okay for the price, but I'm not a big fan of false advertising. We came here only because the "Bar 9" patio in the pictures looks like a nice night out without having to leave the hotel. WRONG. You can go out on the patio but was completely shut down. No bartender, no fire pits (lit), no lights except for one strand of rope lights. When I called the front desk to ask if it was going to open, I was told that it is seasonal and there is nothing they can do about it. Good thing rice village was close by, otherwise there is nothing else to do in this area. If I was traveling for business and had to be in the med center, I'd say for the price it's about a 3 star hotel given the amenities (somewhere decent to sleep). The bed was comfortable but the room didn't even have a microwave. They even have the patio/bar advertised on the TV in the lobby lol. For business travel, okay. For pleasure or entertainment, no way.

This is my comfort hotel when traveling for work. :). Reasonably priced. Super friendly staff. Amazing cleaning service. Checked me in early when I needed. Gym is good enough, nothing spectacular. Food downstairs is very average and expensive but quick and convenient (as you would expect with a hotel). Only con would be that the walls are thin so when your “neighbors” open their door it scares me a lil because I think they’re trying to get in my room. I also wish there were microwaves in the rooms.

I am very disappointed with the overall service of the front desk to management to accounting. I was over charged for room and instead of listening to my concerns the first time I noticed the issue they proceeded to give me attitude and push me off to Hilton guest services. Which wasn’t very helpful aside from placing a complaint. I spoke to someone whose name was Tyler, he explained he was the MOD the night we checked out, however he was the same front desk agent whom told us that I had paid with points and that he couldn’t help me with a receipt for my stay because of that and told me that he couldn’t help me, sorry. After demanding to speak to a manager when I called guest services, he told me that they had set up the reservation wrong so that was why I was over charged but pushed me off to accounting to get it resolved. No Apology just a let me stop you right there before you go on about your grievances, I have gotten multiple calls for this issue and you’re going to have to talk to accounting. Again no apologies just pure I don’t care attitude. Also my partner had gone down to ask for help to pay for parking spoke with this girl who told him oh you didn’t know you were suppose to activate your parking pass? Instead of saying we apologize for not making it clear, here let me take care of that for you but instead chose to opt for being rude and condescending. I called accounting and they were equally as rude when I calmly asked them to wait on the line while she proceeded the refunds and emailed me a receipt. Saying no I’m not going to stay on the line because I have to run the refunds through three systems and I have other calls. What does that say to your guests, you’re issues aren’t as important as others and again making me feel like what was done was not a big deal. When I had already been transferred so many times and finally got to someone whom could help but little did I know that I would meet with the same rudeness and attitude as the rest of the staff. I asked to be transferred to the GM, the phone kept ringing and never once was I able to leave a voicemail. Very bad experience, horrible stay. Disappointing since my partner and I really enjoyed the restaurant and pool. Housekeeping was great and the cafe attendants as well. Will never return here. Don’t stay here for the customer service. If you’re staying and just using the amenities then you’ll be fine but beware on billing. Mine was prepaid and they still got it all wrong

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The AC was REALLY noisy and it was placed next to your pillows to feel like a train was hitting you every 30 seconds. After one night of poor sleep, an engineer was sent (I guess so because there was a screwdriver in my room when I was back after going to the mall). The sound was still there, I tried calling the front desk but the room phone was not working. I went downstairs and the manager told me there was no more rooms available, so that the only thing they could was to refund my money. I did my reservation using Booking, so they told me I had to call them and they will handle the refund. They handed me a phone to call booking, booking called the hotel and they told me everything was ok, that I was going to get 2 of the 3 nights money paid refunded. I went out to have dinner and got an email saying I was only getting 1 night back. I got altered and returned to the hotel, the manager told me that she could not promise me both nights, only one and maybe a discount, since the hotel was full. I was not happy but accepted after replying to booking. It has been more than a month since I went back from the USA, and I have received ANY money back, calling booking they say that the manager agrees via telephone to return the money but never provides an actual email response. I’m still trying to get my money back but I’m losing my hopes here: COMPLETE THIEVES Also, the gym and the hall going to the pools were smelly AF. I did not eat anything in the hotel (breakfast was not included)

NOT a four star property or experience! The front desk staff provided terrible service at check in. The female clerk repeatedly claimed we only had one room on our reservation instead of two, in spite of my showing email evidence to the contrary. She refused to sort out the issue for us because that would mean making other people in line wait. Instead, she told us to call Hilton’s reservation number! I questioned why I had to call anyone when I was standing in the actual hotel. This reservation was booked directly through Hilton, by the way. We asked this clerk to help us multiple times and she continued to insist that we fix the problem ourselves by calling an 800 number from the hotel’s lobby. We had to ask for a manager multiple times because we were told one was not available. We finally were asked to have a seat and had to wait. Instead of a manager, a male clerk found our full reservation rather quickly upon being briefed by the first one, yet not a single apology was given for their mistake and our inconvenience during this whole debacle. Instead, he looked at me and asked “do you have any other problems, Ma’am?” which was clearly meant in a condescending way. I have never had such terrible service at any hotel, of any level, ever! I’m still not sure why we never had access to a manager when requested. In addition, this hotel is absolutely not four star quality! It feels very run down and lacks a lot of typical four star amenities. There is no valet service. The bed was an uncomfortable spring mattress and I could really feel the springs. Even the woman at checkout was very short with us and avoided all eye contact. Clearly the service was far from four star! We come to Houston frequently for medical visits and will not return to this property (or any Hilton, the brand seems to have deteriorated). I recommend reading the other low reviews on this property, I sure wish I had. They are pretty consistent. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If you look close at the beds...the frame almost took me out 4 different times, from the way it sticks out!! My entire front leg is bruised and still with a huge bump...the other leg has 2 others! We had sheets for covers, not the nice comforters. No Microwave. Refrigerator was hard to open, and then it wasn't cooling so great either. The shower is small, anyone bigger than my 5'0 self and kids...will not love it! .....Our favorite of it all, was being out of the room! Swimming pool w/ changing lights, and plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas...even has a bar at the pool...although closed. Seating area outside is relaxing and beautiful, even if our fake fireplace tables weren't on...also, you will pay for parking...didn't know that either. However, this was the closest to everything medical, the zoo, and restaurants can all be walked to, so yay on that.

I would absolutely stay here again. Front desk staff are genuinely nice folks, and the mattresses, pillows, and shower were all great. Appreciate the extra sink and fridge. The TV is decent quality. Rooms are clean and ac works well. Front desk folks went the extra mile to deliver vouchers to my room. Restaurant accommodated our large group. I like the small convenience store and the people working there were also wonderful. Everything about this stay was great! Handy for medical campus, zoo, and Rice.

I had to change rooms twice, they were well lived in with paint peeling in the tubs. Reserve the rooms with shower only or the suite for better decor. Elevators were having issues on Saturday and finally resolved. Friendly staff!

Front staff was great, very professional. Almost everything was great in the room, very clean, very large, only one thing. The previous person clearly tried to stuff food down the sink. I was in a suite and whoever was there before me couldn’t get all the food down the drain. I lifted the drain stop and the whole room smelled after that unfortunately. I ended up brewing a few cups of coffee, plus just “brewing” some hot water to dump down the drain to cover up the smell.

I’m really not one to complain, but this place ruined my trip. I booked my room 2 weeks in advance, but when I arrived they did not have the room I reserved available so they asked if I was willing to stay in a double standard room. That was no problem until I received a $30 up charge that they failed to mention. Thankfully, the female night manager refunded us. The room was not clean and at this point I just wanted a comfortable stay so I checked out a day early. I was more than willing to pay for the night I stayed but wanted a refund for the night I did not stay. When speaking to Tyler, he stated that he did not have us for a two day stay so there was no record of us leaving early. I emailed proof to the hotel and spoke to a different gentlemen that confirmed my reservation for two nights. When inquiring with Tyler again about a refund for the night i did not stay, he was very rude and said “umm I don’t see why I should give you a refund”. I explained to him the inconvenience of not having the room I reserved upon arrival and the cleanliness was the reason I left and he did not seem to care. Awful manager and decided to speak to anyone but him the next day. I gave this place more than 3 chances to make this right but they did not refund me for a night I did not stay. It is advertised as a 4 star which is not true. The walls, doors, and headboards are scratched and broken as well. Posted some pics of stains on sheets and hair found.

The rooms were nice with plenty of space, the one thing I didn't like was they didn't have liners for the ice canister. The parking was a bit confusing but we finally figured that out. I also didn't realize it cost $20 a day to park. The beds are very comfortable but the sofa pull out bed are not it was hard and you could feel the springs coming through it. But I did like the room amenities, we had a bath and a half a door that separated the living room from the bedroom to televisions in the room so it offers plenty of space. Also for the price I wish they offered smart T.V was unable to connect the T. V to our devices.

Rooms were good and large. Food not good!! My order came out once wrong but twice. My husband ordered a steak sandwich..6 in sub roll and 2 tiny fajita size pieces of steak. It was 90% BREAD! The bar part was very good. Drinks were well made

Everything that could have went wrong PRIOR to checking in went wrong. I do NOT recommend booking through third party especially Hopper. However, Allen (receptionist) was amazing! He listened while being patient and kind. Although the errors was not their fault, Allen was able to accommodate us. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and neat. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you again!

Comfortable. I was actually disappointed since I booked a "deluxe king bed room with a view", and ended up getting a view of the building right next to us. Not was I was hoping I had paid for. We could hardly see the pool below either so it wasn't much too look at except the endless amount of windows to the building right in front of us. The room was comfortable but not too exceptional. Definitely the urban modern atmosphere the lobby and pool/patio give off are different. The service was amazing, the attendants were very friendly and helped with whatever I may have needed. I enjoyed the short stay for what it was but I don't see myself going again.

I booked my room two weeks before my arrival…my husband got covid the week a week before arrival. We contacted the hotel to get a refund being that our card was already charged and was told that they were unable to do that because of their policy. They did not offer for us to come another day or anything. Getting covid was out of our control and we should have been accommodated.

I would give this place no stars if possible. My room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The tub would not drain and the paint in the tub was peeling, so this seems to be an ongoing issue. Also, I was billed for several nights well after the time I checked out. After staying on the phone for hours, I’m told that no one can even look into this for 48-72 hours. I have never had this issue at any other Hilton. There are several hotels in the medical district. Do not pick this one.
