Where
do
I
begin
came
in
at
night
Thursday.
I
was
masked
up
she
wasn't.
I
walked
up
and
stated
my
name
and
attempted
to
show
her
the
reservation
number.
She
immediately
said
I'd
and
card
for
incidentals
this
is
the
night
shift
blonde
dreads.
I
noticed
the
Caucasian
lady
behind
me
was
tended
to
a
bit
more
courteous.
I
tried
to
brush
it
off.
The
room
she
gave
me
was
in
the
corner
on
a
floor
very
tight
like
a
closet.
The
bed
was
to
the
right
of
the
room
and
the
TV
was
literally
facing
the
door
meaning
you
would
have
to
stand
in
the
door
to
comfortably
watch
TV,
I
slept
there
overnight
tired
from
driving.
Asked
for
a
better
room
in
the
morning
new
room
had
TV
in
front
of
bed
but
the
room
wouldn't
stay
cool.
Staff
not
helpful
nor
informative
for
visitors
the
service
was
the
worst.
This
came
up
as
a
4
star
because
I
have
back
issues
I
pay
for
comfort.
$700
for
3
nights
of
a
cheap
motel
8
experience.
I
wasn't
told
if
you
need
room
service
you
have
to
ask
because
the
sign
is
on
the
door
to
alert
housekeeping.
Was
out
all
day
come
back
no
fresh
towels
nor
cleaning.
Call
desk
because
of
covid
it
has
to
be
requested
remind
your
stay
patrons
of
that
at
the
front
desk.
It
was
almost
time
for
them
to
go
she
comes
see
me
eating
needed
to
because
of
pain
medicine
and
says
I
can't
clean
if
you
are
in
your
own
room
and
can't
wait
just
left
towels.
I
will
never
ever
stay
at
Aloft
anywhere
and
Houston
won't
have
to
worry
about
me
again!
Dallas
and
other
cities
has
some
classy,
nice
boutique
hotels.
You
are
overcharging
and
nothing
was
fancy
but
the
robbery
you
got
away
with
on
the
price
including
the
hundred
dollars
extra
to
park
in
the
garage
across
the
street!
My
time
off
was
wasted,
this
the
worst
one
I've
been
in
yet.
If
0
was
an
option
you
would
have
had
it!
