We
wanted
a
unique
place
to
stay
during
our
trip
to
visit
Houston
museums
and
this
definitely
delivered.
Our
host,
Nick,
was
extremely
accommodating
with
us,
from
our
arrival
time
to
what
time
we
would
like
breakfast
in
the
morning.
The
property
itself
is
one
of
the
most
beautiful
homes
and
has
an
interesting
history.
We
stayed
in
the
Fairy
Tale
Tower
and
were
continually
admiring
all
of
the
beautiful
details
everywhere.
It
was
the
one
Suite
that
has
its
own
private
staircase
and
is
completely
separate
from
the
other
Suites.
The
rest
of
the
home
is
open
to
the
guests
and
offered
quiet
activities
like
chess,
card
games,
etc.
There
was
also
a
pool
and
hot
tub
but
we
didn't
end
up
using
it
this
trip.
The
decor
is
impeccable,
so
many
wonderful
pieces
from
all
over
the
world
as
well
as
mesmerizing
artwork,
you
could
spend
days
just
admiring
everything.
We
felt
very
relaxed
the
whole
time
we
were
there
and
we
were
so
close
to
downtown
and
the
museum
district.
Breakfast
was
wonderful,
it
really
felt
like
we
were
visiting
at
an
old
friend's,
so
much
better
than
staying
at
an
impersonal
hotel,
which
is
exactly
what
we
wanted.
We
will
definitely
come
back.
