One
of
the
WORST
customer
service
experiences
I
have
encountered
in
a
long
time.
If
they
have
cameras
at
this
bar,
the
owner
needs
to
replay
his
tapes
and
re-train
staff.
The
bartender
refused
me
service
after
I
had
the
right
to
ask
him
why
I
was
having
to
show
my
ID
a
second
time
after
showing
it
to
the
bouncer.
My
friend
initially
took
the
ID
to
the
bartender
for
me
because
I
was
at
the
jukebox
giving
the
establishment
business,
and
the
bartender
made
my
friend
pull
me
to
the
bar
to
personally
show
my
ID
to
him.
The
bartender
was
only
proud
and
full
of
ego
with
his
responses.
When
I
asked
to
speak
to
the
owner
the
bartender
lied
and
claimed
it
was
him
(later
I
was
told
by
other
employees
he
was
not).
The
bartender
refused
me
service
for
asking
legitimate
questions
in
a
cordial
manner.
I
wanted
to
know
why
I
was
being
ID'd
a
second
time
was
all.
On
top
of
that,
all
of
the
locals
who
frequent
the
bar
ganged
up
on
me
and
took
the
bartender's
side
whilst
telling
me
to
leave
for
absolutely
no
legitimate
reason.
I
asked
another
employee
for
the
owner's
contact
and
he
responded
with
"It's
a
dive
bar
no
one
is
going
to
help
you"
which
shows
how
much
this
establishment
cares
about
new
patrons.
I
DO
NOT
recommend
this
establishment.
It's
run
down,
staff
is
pretentious,
and
the
area
feels
unsafe.
