Doesn't even deserve that one start. So today(06/18/2022) the manager and his maid staff went into a room BEFORE NOON which is when they have check out. Don't know what they did in the room but let a small white dog out in the process. The person came back to there room, door wide open when them there. It got heated but when confronted about the dog they said they didn't see her and wanted him to pay or get out now. The person that rented the room was in the process of moving out the room and had some things still there including the dog. Lucky he found the dog at a restaurant in the dumpster not far from this awful place, all hot and everything. I wouldn't not come back here at all after this. Make me wonder if this isn't the first time they got nosy and went into others room too before check out. So be careful if you have to stay here and keep an eye on everything you have with you.

The Owner kicked us out after we used bath towels to clean up the over flowing toilet problem that we kept having. Yet blamed us. Lots of drug activity it seems and one dude overdosed while I was there. Constant police presence and a great place to get murdered

This place is the worst motel I've ever been to. The lights in the restroom were flickering, the A/C unit was all ripped apart, NO IRON for clothes, there were people BANGING on doors at 3am constantly. It DOES NOT feel safe here. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Stayed here for a couple months while in transition with relocating. Full rundown is the manager was amazing reasonable and respectful. Thank you so much for accommodating our family. Rooms were spacious and no bed bugs. Price was cheap for the quality and the longer you stay the rates decrease. Staff on the other hand were not so great. Housekeeping supervisor was very rude and got very upset when I'd ask to have my room clean. She used the excuse that they can't speak English to get away with it. I'd rarely have my room clean as I did most of my cleaning myself anyway. Front desk were also rude and made me nervous about my stay on occasion. Except the pretty young lady that works mornings and afternoons she was great. Overall ok/good stay

Not a bad place to stay if you have a fur baby, only issue I really had was the security guy. Booked a room for myself and the gf and he got upset I was opening the gate for her. I mean like she just pulled into the front lot waiting for me, and he started telling her she needed to get off the car and go inside. Even after I told him I booked the room for both of us. Then was like I can make you two leave if she don't do what I say. Then I got woke up early because he was yelling at someone outside my door. He needs to worry about security, and stop harassing people staying there. To me he likes drama. I understand and respect having security, but telling me he is going to make the staffing do there job and harassing the gf and me, that is to much.

This motel is a very gated area and I did feel safe staying there but the bed sheets need to really be changed next time I don't think they gave me a clean room. The lady up front named Diane was very nice to me but she has no control of the rooms.

I usually come here because when there are a lot of events going on in the city, it's hard to book a room. They are either over priced or not available. These rooms are affordable and pretty safe and quiet. Clean and don't look bad at all

the room ac/heater unit is not working - room 118. there is a big gap from under the door, water was coming in the room lucky it stopped raining. TV needs to be updated the screen looks very faded. I drove 6 hours and to come to this, but was to tried to let front office know last night, but I will make it known before checking out. took picturces and fowarding to corporate or whom ever is owners of this place. It is in need of a complete overhaul. Should sell it to someone that can remodel it.

Although the manager tried to keep it as she as possible, it's just in one of those areas. I wouldn't really advise bringing your children here if possible. The price is much better than most but considering it's location, I understand. In saying that, the surrounding motels are much worse. This motel has a gate which keeps the majority of trashy people at bay. The residents are really quite friendly and the men is animal friendly but it doesn't smell that way! I will say, one thing I was really impressed with was the cleaning staff. Those ladies worked their talks of each and every day. I have much respect for them! Overall it's definitely worth the money and the safety the gate provides when compared to surrounding motels. I would visit again.

The location was easy to find and the staff was ok, However I stayed there over the weekend and the first thing that I notice when I was there in my room when I looked at the bed the sheets where dirty and I also went into the bath room there was a whole behind the bathroom door and the staff did not clean the room well at all there was a dirty towel that was in the bathroom from the guest that was there before me I had to pull all of the cover from the bed and there were stains all over the sheets at that point I noticed that the clearing staff did not change the sheet or either did not wash the sheets well enough, The worst issue of them all is that when I book my reservation I gave my credit card number witch they did not use so when I left the room on Tuesday morning to spend time with my dad for his birthday I gotten a call from the front desk that my room was not pain for after I had already been there for 2 whole days , so I had to turn all the way around and pay for the room that should have already been paid for when I either (A) checked in to the whole after being there for 2 whole day or (B) should have been paid when I booked over the phone

Cool place to live... if you're staying here for a while and see Roaches if I can make a suggestion i would say get duct tape and put it on the baseboards. You cannot bring your own washer and dryer (portable ones)..I think they should put a sign out that says so but other than that it's cool.

Upon checking in my husband and myself was given a room that had dirty sheets and towels. We requested new sheets and received 3 more sets of dirty sheets. We had traveled throughout the day so we stayed and decided to go purchase a set of sheets, pillowcases, and a comforter, and towels. I inquired about a partial refund because we had to go purchase items that we should have comfortably had access to here. Grant it we could have decided to leave, however we were only staying for two days and in the past Red Roof properties were pretty decent and accommodated inconveniences as such. The toilet seat was loose (my husband had to fix), HAIR was stuck to the back of the bathroom door, hair was all over the floor. So I basically purchased cleaning supplies to clean my own room. Housekeeping sits “fresh” linen and towels on the OUTSIDE of the motel/hotel room door ON THE GROUND. When bringing these concerns to the young lady at the front desk her response was as, “you could have left” and they would not compensate us for issues in the room. She never really made eye contact with me during this dialogue. She continued to browse the computer….very passive and not really interested in addressing my concerns. Needless to say this will be the last time I book a room with Red Roof…especially this one. I’d give zero stars if that was an option.

Great place to stay they make you feel very safe they will not let just anybody come inside, even if they say they know you they make you go downstairs and put them In the system your self, wich is very safe for us womans who are victims of domestic violence the security guard makes sure everyone who tries to go inside really has a room there which makes me and my kids feel very safe. will definitely come again.

Okay after checking out I can give a more thorough review. For the time being it was a roof over our head. It would have been cool had the price went down but it didn't... but I thought okay it's their hotel let it go.. but while we're there it's Roaches galore. And we had a mop and broom and other cleaning products so it's ridiculous. I had a washer and dryer but the manager and the housekeeping lady had a discussion, came to my room and told me if we don't throw it out we would have to check out that moment so we chose a roof over our head while crying about throwing out my washer and dryer...portable one, btw. Nothing huge. Got it off of Amazon. Also they threatened us over our hot plate because they do have kitchen rooms but our hot plate came with us and was cheaper...they wanted us to use their stuff and although we could we lose more money because their machines give out and don't do the job so we have to spend more. Will not come back to this location certainly but more than likely not at all even at different locations. I'm not sure why housekeeping felt the need to tell them what we have but that's insane. I told the lady at the desk Cynthia that they do not have signs that say so about belongings also and to this day they still do not....so a dispute was filed against the company because those machines were mine.

Don't ask for to much , you'll be labeled as needy and asked to go elsewhere.issues with the hotel manager and staff Frig broke asked for a repair dark in kitchen ask for bulbs MGMT says I have not been letting housekeeping in to clean any time hc came I would let them in and asked for towels toilet paper and trash bags (3T's)I get a no habla English and get stained towels back. And don't get caught up in some dramatic situations you will be blamed or associated with being problematic customer and asked to leave Lastly the manager is either in office viewing the cameras or on 2nd floor starting out the window At people at the pool especially if they are younger???

Pick something else.. Room smelled old sheets were old had holes from cigarette burns mind you we got a non smoking room, ac didn’t work properly and is very very old it let out an odd odor, door didn’t close all the way and the lock would get stuck had to pull hard to open door basically you were stuck in room. Very outdated for the price. Learned lesson don’t let husband pick hotel!!! Thankfully we saw no roaches during our stay or bed bugs. Only thing I liked was that it was gated and you need key card to open gate.

The staff is really nice but the location is so shady. The other guest looked like they are high on something and roaming around the corridors. The room is horrific and the bed sheets had wet stains. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Go anywhere but here!!

Let's start from the outside, the buildings should have a sign with the rooms numbers on it to find it while driving around instead of having to park and walk around to find your room. The room was "clean", meaning there was no trash around. But it smelled like the maids had cleaned it with a dirty rag leaving a funky smell behind instead of using disinfectant. Not pleasant at all. The A/C smelled bad, the air blowing had this humid fungus like smell. The mini fridge smelled bad as well. Not sure if it was because someone left seafood in there for too long. Or because of the accumulated ice in it. The whole room seemed to need an update. Especially the walls, the sheetrock and the paint. The shower tub was clogged and drain was slow. Bed was comfortable enough but one out of the three pillows was nice enough to sleep on. And last but not least. There were cockroaches. Smashed a few and had to throw away some food I had just left over the desk. I didn't see any around it but just the thought of it was enough to get rid of. The area around is really sketchy along with the people. Front desk was really nice though. Very attentive. And they have cameras all over the parking lot and I can only imagine why. Overall, it was a bit stressing stay at this hotel.

Rooms were Great! Easy check in. The only bad thing is that the Elevators weren’t working and we were on the 3rd floor. And no keys so every time we left and needed to go back to the room we had to let them know so they could go and open the door for us!

Stayed one night only, and the room seemed very clean at first, but the bed sheets were very strained. Did also see a few small roaches in different areas of the room. I did like that the parking lot is gated, and you need a key to get in. There was also a security guard. I myself would probably not return unless I absolutely had to, but it wasn't the worst I've ever seen, for the price.

Terrible motel. Do not stay here. I wish I would have taken the time to read the reviews. Cockroaches in the room. Roaches under the cushions of the chair. Changed rooms and more roaches. After reading the reviews now, I seen they had the roach problem 2 years ago and apparently have done nothing. Sheets were stained, comforter had burns in it. Think I'm going to call the city.

The first thing I noticed was a police officer patrolling the perimeter. The place doesn't look safe and it looks to be a lot of drug traffic. The pool was out of order the grounds were not kept very well and it was kind of off the beating path. Like down a long drive in the back of a parking lot. The place was shady at best and you were left alone for sure. That's if they rented your room. Good luck staying here
