This hotel has to be the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at, and I've stayed at some shady hotels. This one wins tho. The smell walking in was horrible. The restroom door didn't work, you had to have someone open it from the outside. The toilet seat was dirty. The linens were disgusting! I'm talking about big yellow and black stains disgusting. We asked for new linens and the lady was polite and told us she'd bring them in 20mins. The linens never came so yeah that was even more annoying. The hallway carpets were dirty.

Very disgusting building we’re staying in, carpet coming up dirt all over the carpet as we were coming in the room. The room was not swept so dirt all over our room floor. Very rude staff they will not help for anything! I needed a remote so had to go to the front to get it, then it’s a universal remote and the front desk clerk gave me the instructions on how to set it up but that did not work so I had to personally go online and figure it out. All in all don’t waste your money even though it’s cheap. Disgusted motel 🤮

I was staying here a few days and explained to the front desk clerk Angel I would be here for awhile. I woke up today & my house charger stop working & my phone was dead. I step out to the truck to use truck charger & it was right around check out time but I wanted to make sure I was getting my Priceline deal bc it had a discount, reason why I needed phone charged. I was in the truck 1hr & I walk back in the building @noon. Mind you I had a cc on file & I told front desk lady several times I was going to be here awhile & when I walked in the building I walk straight to the front desk & the lady failed to mention she demanded the housekeeper to empty my room! Angel charged my card w a smile on her face knowing she had just asked the housekeeper to empty my room! Most of my stuff was put in a trash bag & my luggage was just thrown in a dirty room That is very upsetting & you lost my business permanently!

Iam in shock at how nasty this hotel was there were bags of trash outside hotel near lobby doors with roaches shopping for groceries, hallways had a dead fish smell like a fisherman's market checked into room to find roaches were shopping in my room as well, didn't unpack cause I didn't want to give the roaches a ride, over all the vibe of the hotel wasn't right. Subtract a star from above.

I liked the place but the rooms not the greatest but for the location perfect easy access to Hobby airport

I am well traveled and by far this was the worst room I've ever stayed at. Roaches, dirty trash outside, paint falling off the walls, mold in the bathroom, uncovered electric outlets. Christmas lights in the window. I do not know why this business is still open.

You get what you pay for and for under $50 a night, the sheets were clean and the a/c worked. The pool was also open and clean. Yes, the hallway smelled awful and it looked like a dog had chewed on the bathroom door, but I only saw one roach and that was as we were leaving.

Great location and close to airport. The staff when checking in was amazing. The property was clean no trash The rooms are cozy and comfortable and smelled clean. The hotel is improving and loving the upgrades. Cant wait till there done with the floors and seeing this place afterwards . I recommend this place if you want a pleasant and cozy place to stay with a nice cool pool.

Some of the rooms are okay in other rooms are really trashy. Despite the best efforts of housekeeping and maintenance it's just a guest that stay here or mostly trash and they trash the place there's dog food everywhere the sidewalks desperately need to be power washed but all in all I haven't had any real problems here not like you would think you would just by looking at it but they are making efforts to upgrade and improve so I will give them an all-around five stars. Because it's the little things that are really important that's what makes the difference they're putting in an effort when so many other places don't even care they just want your money.

Prices Sunday-Thu are worth it Friday and Saturday NO WAY Front desk ladies are the best.. polite and friendly However the Housekeepers if you ask me don't hardly exist. They will say rooms are ready that they haven't even cleaned. The hallways are loaded with trash bags that people put out but the Housekeepers will pretend to not see them. They don't vacuum the hallways either. The place needs a serious renovation but ya know if they fix 1 lil thing the price gonna jack up.. so idk 🤷‍♂️ It has to be the worse Motel 6 in the city as far as the place itself but it is the cheapest on weekdays People live in front the building and parking lots at night that I don't even believe have a room. A lot of extracurricular activities going on there but if you stay to yourself and mind ya business you be fine😬 If you want some action bring ya $$ and just peep the night scene ...

Motel is filthy. Huge bags of trash on the ground near every exit, swarming with flies. Garbage strewn all around parking area and walkways. People just sitting on the floor in hallways drinking. The room was reasonably clean, but there were holes in the walls and it was noisy all night. People laughing, screaming, slamming doors and running up and down the halls. Worst place I've ever stayed. And it's in the worst part of town. I would have felt safer spending the night in a shelter. I do not recommend this place for women traveling alone or with children. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone, really. Front desk people were very nice. I'm sorry they have to work there.

Staff is helpful and don't bother guests. Drive gate now works to keep the parking lot safe. Good price for a decent room. Room could have been cleaned with more care, but I'm still happy with everything else.

Roaches are insane! They're everywhere! Had to buy boric acid and put it around the perimeter of the room and that got rid of them finally.

One bath towel per room. Refrigerator was broken. Door was busted and had to be lifted to close it. The toilet was leaking. The bed might as well have been a pallet on the floor. And the hallways smell like animal feces. Overall the location is the only good thing about it.

Terrible experience. Dirty, strong chemical smell. Dirty, roaches in the room. People yelling in the hall in the middle of the night. Hookers hanging out by the entrance. Worst experience ever. You could'nt pay me to stay here again.

Room was absolutely disgusting. Woke up to roaches crawling on the walls. The morning staff was friendly however. The woman who was there gave me a can of raid luckily. I hate wasting money so I stayed ensured the unpleasant aromas and bugs. The comfort inn across the street is way better it’s about $30 more but it’s worth it. Don’t waste your time at this hotel.

We were told that the room we were in wasn't a pet approved room and we had to move to another room at noon. So we packed our stuff up and waited for the call saying that the other room was ready. When we finally got the call my wife went to check out the room and it was a disaster area. The baseboards were falling off and some were laying on the floor. The TV didn't work and the remote control was missing so at this point they said just stay where you are so we unpacked again. The room we were in wasn't much better though. The tub had some kind of patch on the bottom of it and it was so poorly done that it still leaked. The Old flooring has not been replaced yet so the water from the tub was coming out in the room floor so everything was wet the entire two day's there. Still a lot of undesirable traffic in and out all night long but not as much as before. All in All the place needs a maintenance supervisor that knows what he's doing and some sort of security to keep the place safe because I don't let My wife leave the room without me and she understands that the reason why is the people who are hanging out All night long.

Rooms are cozy, service is good, and the location is great with thrift stores, gas stations, and food facilities everywhere you look. The prices are very decent. I have no complaints and I really appreciate the early morning coffee ☕. By Gets me going. 👍 Up for motel 6 I'm H-TOWN. They'll leave the lights on for you...

If you like the smell of weed in the hallways, and want a quick date with a pretty lady, this is the place for you!! If your looking for something more like a G rated hotel family oriented, might check out Marriott down the street. But if you want a good fun night, come stay at the Exec! Its a party 24/7!

When I walked into hotel the whole lobby smelled like weed. I was switched to a room twice due to dog hair and human hair in the bed. A lot of thugs hanging out side. Not a safe place for women, children and elderly. Floors nasty and dirty. A lot of illegal activities going on. The area is really bad.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Very ghetto, the hallways smelled like weed, hallway carpets were dirty, bath towels were dirty, couldn’t sleep due to the ruckus other tenants were making and one tenant brought his German Shepard with him. The dog howled through the night. I will never stay here again and will tell anyone considering this place to pay a little more for safety, comfort, and cleanliness.
