I
found
this
place
the
same
way
I
find
most
places
I
end
up
reviewing:
by
typing
coffee
or
food
into
Google
maps
and
sifting
through
the
results
until
I
find
something
that
looks
good.
And
this
place
was
good.
The
barista
recommended
their
A2C
signature
breakfast
sandwich
and
an
iced
mocha,
the
latter
of
which
I
had
seen
a
few
other
patrons
leaving
with.
They
both
tasted
as
good
as
they
looked.
The
mocha
was
smooth
and
rich,
but
not
overly
sweet
as
many
mochas
I
have
had
in
the
past
tend
to
be.
It
was
so
smooth
that
I
forgot
for
a
moment
I
was
drinking
coffee.
This
is
what
I
look
for
when
going
for
flavored
drinks.
This
drink
must
be
quite
popular
because
they
offer
it
in
quarter
gallons
to-go.
The
breakfast
sandwich
was,
in
a
word,
fantastic.
The
egg
was
to
me
perfectly
cooked
with
a
slightly
thick
runny-ness.
The
tomatoes
added
acidity
and
brightness
to
contrast
the
richness
of
the
egg,
creaminess
of
the
cheese,
and
butteriness
of
the
croissant,
which
was
just
the
right
amount
of
crispy.
I
would
definitely
order
both
items
again
and
I
recommend
them
emphatically.
After
enjoying
my
book
for
a
bit,
I
helped
myself
to
some
water
from
their
easy-to-reach
jug,
used
their
well-built,
well-maintained
restroom,
and
ordered
a
cappuccino.
The
cap
did
not
disappoint
and
hit
the
sweet
spot
between
sharp
and
smooth
as
the
espresso
and
milk
played
together.
On
the
food
and
coffee
alone,
I
cannot
recommend
this
place
enough,
but
there
is
one
other
important
reason
you
should
spend
your
money
here:
they
are
an
NPO
that
puts
their
income
into
combatting
human
trafficking.
I
find
this
to
be
both
impressive
and
admirable,
and
I
have
included
a
photo
of
one
of
their
many
wall
presentations
that
discusses
this
pressing
issue.
Well,
I
hope
this
was
helpful
and
that
I’ve
convinced
you
to
check
this
place
out
if
ever
you
find
yourself
in
Houston,
