When I first walked in this place it smelled. The room had no latch to even secure the door. It had been broken. Waking up the next morning I noticed I had been bitten a few times. Checking my children I noticed my son had several bites on his face, back and leg. We had slept on different beds. We left for the day and upon returning I flipped the mattress and found bed bugs. I call downstairs and the offered to move me to the room next door. They claimed to call the exterminator but from reading the previous reviews I can doubt that. I would never recommend this place to anyone. 0 stars

First room we checked in to the ac knob was broken so we couldn't get it to cool. We were switched to another room but was very muggy. Very spacious room and restroom. Was clean.

Rooms are clean, owner is just horribly hateful except I noticed when the men came in to check in her tone changed and she picked me out of the way. I laughed because the man told her " no she doesn't need to move.... then she was rude again. It's unfortunate but in reality I quit expecting good customer service for anyone ever. Sad but true.

The owner at the front desk is very hateful unless you're a man or a few men I hate to even complain but this was my last visit at this Supern8 was so hateful on my 1st and 2nd visit. The office has a horrible lingering smell and the rooms were dark and the cleanliness of my room on both stays just the bare minimum of clean. Dusty, wrinkled sheets, smell of old built up over time funk. I

Bed bugs! Bed bugs! They placed me in a room that they knew had bed bug problems. Room 202 in the northeast corner of the building. I failed to inspect the first room throughly before sleeping. Had I inspected, I would've noticed that the mattress had a micro fabric cover on it. Those covers are a clear sign the hotel has bed bug issues. Obviously the hotel knew of this issue. And it's a family-owned operation so they all knew. I switched rooms and the second room did not have this hypoallergenic mattress cover and I was able to thoroughly inspect it. Shame on this hotel for placing in that room knowing they haven't "professionally" exterminated the room. Also, the breakfast is flat out horrible. No apologies are necessary.

I've been here numerous times for work and have always had a good experience. Today I'm using my points for a free night and this is the worst room I have stayed in. Rips in the bedding, taped up remote and only 1 water and coffee cup, then when I asked to print out some paperwork for work I am limited to emailing it to them and only 4 pages! There is also a mold/mildew problem now after the flooding so beware if you have allergies! Staff is helpful and accommodating overall and things are kept very clean with comfortable beds.

The Super 8 is a very comfortable hotel. They may have just received new mattresses. They were clean and comfortable. This is my preferred hotel when I travel. They only negative I have fe or this location is that it is quite a distance to any attractions. Other than that I would visit again.

This hotel was off one of the main highways in Houston. One room with 2 beds cost me 79 dollars plus tax. Not too bad. The hotel had a small indoor pool that closed at 10pm. The rooms were pretty nice, with LG flatscreen TV mounted on the wall. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The only complaints I have about this hotel is the free breakfast was very limited and not very good. Also the staff was very pushy,kicking us out of the pool 5 minutes early, and housekeeping knocking on my door 2 and a half hours before checkout time.

Very good service and friendly environment. Last week we went in Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed the service and breakfast with friendly staff. Very excellent. Everyone one should chose this motels to stayed.

We were able to check in two hours early, and got back from performing a music festival in time to use the pool to unwind. When we needed more towels, the person working didn't question anything and gladly got me three more towels.

There was a truck that said Time Pizza in the lot, so I borrowed it and checked out the conditions on Earth in the early 22nd century. Thanks to whomever left it there. Decent motel, but absolutely not a Super 8. Hotel Domas or something. Good price.
