Absolute scam artists! Do NOT be fooled by the low price. STAY AWAY! Upon arrival you'll see a sign notifying of a $150 deposit. This is whether you have a pet or not. When I got to my room I see a charge of $180, NOT $150. The operators of this location are not worthy to use the La Quinta name. Aside from that, this neighborhood is certainly not the most desirable. Just go stay somewhere else.

I would like to be more positive because that's my nature. But this place was only passable. Not the best location, the pool has algae, and we actually got locked out of our room. To her credit, the front desk person resolved the situation in a reasonable amount of time.

Stayed here while visiting Houston from Dallas to attend and family member's funeral. The hotel was nice and very clean. The room was big with a big bathroom. They also offer a full complimentary breakfast (was not expecting that). AND great coffee! Thanks La Quinta!

This is a great spot to get some sleep after traveling all day. Lots of parking easy access. Well lit. Very clean and lots of space to hang out both inside and outside. Pool and nice garden area. Rooms are spaced out for a lot of room. Great tvs. Breakfast is off the hook. Kid friendly. Highly recommended. Pet friendly.

My husband, daughter and I spent a week here. We left the Whitehall Houston, a $200 a night hotel, after the 1st night because of the horrible room and service. The rooms here cost less than half and were at least 3 times nicer! Has a full free breakfast every morning and a pool. The beds were very comfortable and rooms quiet. The highlight of our stay here was the staff! We felt well cared for and welcomed. All of the cleaning staff were extremely professional and friendly. I can't remember all their names, but thank you all. Big shout out to our favorite brothers...Jacob and Marcus who worked the front desk and our new buddy Steve! They gave us great tips for food and activities near by. We definitely plan on returning on my next visit.

The staff is very helpful. They serve hot breakfast. I would usually be frustrated with having to be served, instead of self- serve, but the ladies that serve breakfast were extremely generous and kind. The rooms were clean and updated. Unfortunately, the room does let a lot of sound in. There were some days that I couldn't sleep well due to dogs barking in nearby rooms. I even heard a bird chirping from down the hall. But the amenities and staff make up for that. I would stay here again.

Jacob, You're good at focusing on what customers need and require. You have a real instinct to understanding customers. Good work! You have the natural ability to understand and feel what your customers are experiencing, and you can meet their needs effectively.

Very nice hotel for the price you’re paying. It was very clean and the rooms were a lot bigger than what we were expecting! Very nice staff as well and good coffee would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!

I am only giving a low location rate because I made a mistake and picked a hotel farther than I expected from my work site. I forgot to factor in City traffic and toll roads. Nonetheless The staff has been excellent!! Very nice ladies at the desk! The food tasted good and was hot 🔥. I may not stay here again simply due to location from my site. But the service was great. It is right off the highway and next door to gas stations and close to the airport so a great spot. What made this one of my best work stays though was the staff. They need a raise.

No words can describe the beautiful almost painted views that you get anywhere you stand from this amazing hotel. The service you receive is that of a 5 star hotel, going above and beyond. The location is ideal to capture the rich culture

It's next to a freeway so that's okay in terms of location. The sells rep outright lied to us. Promising room a nominal pet fee that although ( nightly ) was $25 for both pets with $75 stay cap however when I got here I was informed that it's $25 for each pet, what was *supposed* to be $89 daily cost was actually about $150 daily for the crappiest room I've ever experienced. Before The video, I called the front desk to ask if my deposit was at risk... he hung up on me

The young man night clerk is amazing. He made me smile after the long, exhausting trip/day I had. The room was clean and nice which is surprising considering the not so great of area it's located at in Houston.

I usually stay at the southwest location. I wish they would have is flavored water and free coffee. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is beautiful and the room is nicely appointed. The front desk staff and valet staff were wonderful! Also we felt very safe because the doors to the lobby were locked!

Worst stay of my life. First the bedsheet had hair all over. Two hours after we checked in we went to go get food and realized our car got stolen. They stole the Cadillac converter of our truck even though there’s a gate with a code and cameras. The receptionist refused to let us speak to the manager and was so rude.

On the bright side, the bed was comfortable and the refrigerator is ice cold, as is the air conditioner. I had the catalytic converters stolen! The manager doesn’t work weekends and the manager is the only staff member with access to the cameras. I was told Saturday night/before day Sunday morning that the manager would be in Sunday morning, they weren’t there. Apparently that’s not unusual for this location. If you want weekends off, you need to empower your employees. If you can not do that, you need to be available. The elevator is sketch. I’ve never been to a place that has the elevator equipment door cracked with multiple fans blowing to keep it cool. There is also a sign saying if it is malfunctioning to inform the staff. This is not OK. The property is gated (should have been my first clue to find another place to stay), but in reverse. You can freely enter at all hours, but need a code to exit. There is one way in and one way out. Aside from that, there was hair on one of the towels, what appears to be mold near the toilet, paintwork was slapdash, all around it’s cheap hotel stuff. That part I expect. Still, that doesn’t excuse the fact that the property doesn’t have a manager on site for 48+ hours straight, and their gate system that’s backwards, and knowing they may have a theft issue and not investing in security services. From reviews it appears I was at least the second vehicle hit in a 2-3 day period.

Very nice elegant hotel right on the I-10. The rooms were very nice, though the pillows were a bit hard for me. The bathroom was nice, however with the sink in the bathroom then nobody else can use it in the meanwhile. The kitchen would have been very nice except that it is not self serve right now, a waitress serves you behind the counter.

This hotel is amazing. From the time we checked in until we left they gave the best service. What makes the hotel is the people. Even when we had problems with our room lock they fixed it asap and were so helpful. They do have a deposit but they told us to pay cash and we could get it back when we check out so we wouldn’t have to wait for the bank to return it. These people are so nice. The area around the hotel is not the best best but we had no problems and our stay was great. Thank y’all so much for everything! The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars is because the last day we were here the maid didn’t provide maid service annnnd there was a little critter in the room that decided to come on out but we got the broom and killed it! Lol

Room was very nice. Breakfast was okay, but they were always out of multiple things like orange juice. The location is awful, though. They have 2 gates; one is the entrance, and one is the exit. The entrance is on a main road. It's easy to miss, so most drivers will. The exit requires a code. If you forget it, you can't get out unless you go back in and ask.

I made a reservation at about 1130pm due to a nightmare Airbnb situation I encountered! It was so bad It was no way I was staying a full night in there. Booked La Quinta inn and the customer service was superb from start to finish! The room was VERY clean, breakfast was great & the interaction with the staff was the cherry on top! Thank you Jacob & Ariana (front desk staff) and Maddy who was handling a large load of breakfast orders on her own! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Don’t get me wrong ,nice hotel to stay for Great prices. Could use some upgrades ! Tears in sheets and curtains. Lots of paint peeling But Employees & services ? HORRIBLE! From the breakfast person to housekeeping and ESPECIALLY management was utterly rude .(TWO employees were nice and very helpful my entire stay) They didn’t not have a care in the world. Asked the MANAGER for help or advise in a problem with my stay she stated “((laughs) I don’t have time. )and proceeded to walk away ,IN FRONT OF OTHER CHECK IN GUEST . Not once did they clean my room or even knock to see if I needed anything for that matter . (Stayed a full week& no the sign was not on my door ). Explains the pricing though …

Loves this place. Only issue is the breakfast service. The lady that services breakfast reminds me of a school lunch lady that services you what she thinks you need. She also uses the same gloved hands to clean a table and serve you food. I am a 40 year old person I can serve my own food and follow the health and safety codes better than the lady serving food. Rooms are wonderful. Staff is generally great. Business around the area have weird hours but a little drive of less than five minutes will get you to what you are needing.the property has a gated parking lot.

Clean rooms and nice breakfast in the morning. Only downside is that you can hear all of the other guests in their rooms. It kept us up all night with a child running up and down the hallway and screaming in their room.
