I stayed here for 4 days in Houston. They wanted to save the money and the price is absolutely fantastic. They have some remodeling issues that we're going on so at first I thought that I wasn't going to be able to deal with the Cosmetic issues. But over my stay they had many people working on things and when there was a problem of any kind I noticed that other customers brought it to their attention and it was dealt with immediately. Front desk manager is absolutely amazing and goes out of his way to help. As does the rest of the staff. And they are new management so they are definitely fixing the hotel up. I would stay here anytime I come back to Houston. And they have a pool! And for $49 at night, I get full cable TV with a large screen and microwave a refrigerator a dinette area a king size bed huge bathroom all the towels I can ask for! Also there's coffee in the morning and plenty of snack machines and ice machines and they all work! Great place

Just stay somewhere else. Pay the extra $25 difference. Room 1 had bugs in shower. Lady in office moved us to room 2, which had bedbug feces spots on mattress . We moved to room 3 upstairs and there was still spots on mattress. Wanted to move again but we came in late so at this point it was 1:30am. Made sleeping that night very difficult and uncomfortable. Can't believe it was $74 after fees. PLEASE replace mattresses in rooms that look like this.

I initially booked 2 nights directly through the hotel. From the moment I arrived, until the time I went to sleep, people were hanging out, playing loud music, screaming and stray cats were everywhere! I checked in and headed off to my room. First thing I noticed was the HORRIBLE smell and poor upkeep of the room/facilities. I work online and of the many hotels that I've frequented, I have NEVER had much of an issue with the Wi-Fi, but lo and behold, the wifi here, was non-existent... THE ENTIRE STAY! Also, the shower floor had red stains everywhere from a major roof leak right above it. The room also suffered from low water pressure that never seemed to get hot. I sanitized the whole room and still felt it wasn't enough. Unfortunately, I was forced to cut my reservation short. Went to check out around 10:45 and not a single representative was present for a solid 30 minutes. The manager finally showed up and I spoke with him about the issues during my stay and he attempted to convince me that the Wi-Fi would be better at another section of the hotel. Well if you know that, why hasn't the issue already been resolved?! I didn't buy it and politely declined the offer and mentioned that I had already spoken with Customer Care who will process my refund for the night and relocate me to another facility. DO NOT RECOMMEND! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Great Place according to other motels I have seen.. I mean I do see some roaches but they coming from under door so I just brought roach spray...But the room is what u make It ...My room is clean and I clean it better if the room service miss something...I appreciate being able to be able to stay here and not be own the streets... But overall room service is nice the front desk people are cool and handle things when u ask...Overall it's a cool place don't nobody mess with you everyone minds their own business and that's great....

Most important, NOT SAFE. People out in parking lot and sometimes around room's door all hours of the night. The room unfortunately was filthy. Stinky oder and grease all over the table, night stand and remote. Bathroom floor had crust, fecal matter still in toilet from the previous guests. Some of the lights didn't work nor did the heating/cooling system. Everything I needed was broken. Customer service wasn't so great when checking in and when checking out, they told me within a couple days, I'd be reimbursed which hasn't happen and it's been a week. I spent a little under $72. Unforgettable bad experience all around.

Infested with roaches. Falling asleep was horrific. Hopefully not bringing bed bugs back to my home after staying here. Parking lot was sketchy as well. The lady at the front seems okay though, nice enough.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here… room was full of rochies, went to sleep woke up in the middle of the night with rochies all over the bed.. room 131 the bathroom door is half ripped, very low water pressure which never gets warm

I had to give them one 1 wish i could have given them negative stars. These people that run this place are a joke their system messed up our reservation and made it for the next day instead of the day we asked for and now we have had to sit in the hot sun all day with no ability to go anywhere. They wont let us check in till 3 not 11 like every other hotel. Even though it is their fault not ours. They wont even let us sit on the property and wait they they were going to call the police on us. I told the ladie to just give us our money back and we would go some where else and she said no refunds. These people are thieves and liers stay at your owen risk. They will rip you off.

I chose to stay in a non smoking room but as soon as I came in the whole room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. The smell lingered on my clothes and in my car. I don’t smoke and I have asthma so it was hard to sleep. There were 2 roaches in the bathroom. And there were unknown stains on the sheets and walls.

I liked my stay in this hotel, I want to say thanks to the managers and also I want to say special thanks to the service staff for their good work, for their work and for the cleanliness. Some residents find it difficult to put their rubbish in the trash can, leaving it near the trash can, as well as clean up after their pets, which this hotel friendly provides to live in this hotel. So whose problem is it, managers or tenants? It's not clean where they clean it, it's clean where they don't litter. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Treat hotel equipment the way you treat your own property, as long as you respect your work and the money you spend on that equipment. If you take care of what the hotel gives you for temporary use, then you should also think about those tenants who will stay in this room after you. If you behave culturally and communicate culturally, then they will treat you the same way. My room was also near the highway, but I had no problems with this, more of a problem was created by the noisy behavior of the tenants, who yelled like crazy in the evenings, not respecting their behavior living on the territory of the hotel. Other than that, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. And I give five stars. For the money this is nice hotel. Thank you

The Lady I spoke to, was very polite and the weekly rates are awesome, $344.00 a week for two adults. Our pets are free I recommend this place.

I would give them-10 if i could my worst experience i had by far in my life the most dirty place I have ever entered rooms full of roches and I mean they are everywhere I ended up middle of the night leave the hotel went to sleep in my truck. They need to get the inspection called on them please guys stay away from this place

Very bad, trash was there never been taken out, beer whisky, wine bottles were in a trash can. Too many cockroaches running around. Stayed one day card was charged for 2 to 3 days. Over all bad experience I will never stay again.

This hotel should take action to spread the place all over. Next day in the way checking out the management didn’t even care about the issue.. Soon health department is going to come and take a look this place.. Visitors are not animals so you have to provide clean place.!

Had a horrible experience. I was treated real rudely from Bhavin after i confronted him about allowing multiple people in my room unauthorized. Then he stated I can get out after I already paid for a week's stay. My room was broken into and my belongings stolen. My car was broken into and stolen from the motel. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Very poor customer service and from the moment I entered the room there was a leak from the refrigerator. I went inside to ask Bhavin for towels or even some assistance which he never gave me. I had a terrible experience here and I wish I could get a full refund. I was not valued as a customer.

No one here is friendly! I've been here for 3 days and every single person that works behind the desk is rude and not friendly! Also, there are people that live here in these rooms full time, and it appears to be a place where people come and go frequently... I'm pretty sure drug deals are being made and things of that nature. I will not be staying here anymore!

I checked in which was speedy and went to my room. After about 10 minutes I start getting bit laying in bed under the covers. I turned on the lights and pulled back the sheets and found bed bugs and roaches. I turned on the lights and under my luggage, shoes, and clothes I took off were roaches and bugs everywhere. It felt like a movie you see on TV but it was reality. I got my things and left. Went to the front desk and the woman said she can't refund me only the manager can and gave me a business card with an email address. I was literally checked in for about an hour as I went to dinner before returning. Stay away from this place period!!!

Today I am giving a 5 star rating because I have been treated well since my stay here. It is just off of the highway so there are many stores and restaurants to choose from and our housekeepers make sure we have everything we need. My stay here was pleasant. Thank you motel 6

The room was clean and the staff are very accommodating. They allowed me to extend my stay as much as I need to. I have been here for about two weeks and it has been a good time. I would come back here whenever I come back to Houston.

I'm totally hate this reservation service from Motel 6 they are giving me a difficult times! I repeatedly ask for (soaps, towels, tissues) which is very exhausting and I've a (MALFUNCTION WATER HEATER) that releases cold water. I've another problem with the (ELECTRICAL GRID that's sudden turn off) because of too much electronic usage!

Rooms are not mopped, they don't have do not disturb signs if you are sleeping you are rudely awoken by housekeeper to clean your room and she doesn't Spanish or English and doesn't understand anything you are saying. There are roaches crawling on the room floors and they never give you a remote and the maintenance man is in the next hotel fixing other things. I don't understand a lot of the reviews posted for this place. No one hates cockroaches more than I do. I stayed at this Motel 6 for two weeks, while I Houston for a consulting contract. I put roach traps and an ant traps n the room, and I saw no sign of any kind of bug. Getting bit by bed bugs can trigger a reaction my blood that is impossible to not notice and nothing happened to me. This motel was spotless, the parking lot is in perfect condition, the staff is totally professional, and the price is the lowest I could find. There were a few other guests in the motel I would to have gotten to know better.

first let me say rooms were infested with roaches and I stayed in 3 different rooms here and they were all nasty holes in the wall no hot water that pissed me off and kids and people be hanging out and running around all night. Dogs are free no breakfast but they have coffee in the morning and the room was actually a nice size

I been here for almost a month, paying weekly and it's reasonable price, nice and clean room, I haven't had any issues with bugs or anything else. The staff are very nice and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping. Anytime I have a question they are helpful and I enjoy staying here, nobody bothers me. It's quiet.

Thought it was a ok motel and I was completely wrong. Bugs everywhere, looked like someone shaved their entire body and swept it behind the bed, have the lights didn't work, shower head leaking, NO wifi at all. It's my 3rd day now and at 11:00 pm on Wednesday November 1 I just went to get towels because room service didn't not clean or replace anything in our room the lady a the front desk that I thought was nice refused to give me any towels until room service comes into my room tomorrow she said when I have work at 7 am so now I'm going to work without a shower so I will be disputing my charges with this hotel and getting all my money back from this hotel. No WiFi, no room service, no nothing, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!

Didn't stay at motel 6. I looked online (don't know why, every time I end up telling myself never again motel 6) and it said rooms available for $64 tax included. I showed up, the lady tells me only double rooms $75. So I went online and it took my reservation for the $64. I return to the lady, she sees my reservation and still refuses to vlgive me the room. Instead of arguing or trying to call their closed and usually useless customer care, I went next door and got a pet friendly room with king bed and refrigerator for $60 out the door.

Great Place for an affordable price. With Swimming Pool , double Queen bed. Direct TV, 45 inches TV, close to nice restaurants, very close from the Downtown Area.

Great prices the staff are friendly. The best part you're close by a variety of restaurants 7 min from downtown.

I liked it the rooms were clean and there was no cockroaches no spiders and no bed bugs it was great the bed was super comfy I love it you will not be inturupted I didn’t like that the shower was dirty and the sink had hairs in it but other then that it was great

Too many cockroaches the rooms aren’t clean. The roof started to leak the staff do nothing.

Motel is NOT ADA compliant. No chairs in lobby. I'm in the lobby with my cane and ask for a chair as I couldn't keep standing while I waited and was denied.

My room was full of roaches. Strong Marijuana smell all night. Definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

Staff was not friendly, I didn't want a room towards the highway. He gave it to me anyways. Couldn't sleep much because of all the traffic noise all night long off of I-10. The fridgerator door was bent so I could not close or use it. The food I bought off of Doordash I could not reheat it in the morning to eat. The shower head was lacking and the shower had a slow drain. Would not recommend this place.

Nice for a motel 6. My room was clean. Somewhat pricey (76/night) double bed.

Where do I start? The only reason I’m evening thinking of giving this place a 2 star is because the owners are the most nicest people you’ll ever meet beside that everything is in the toilet, I was a victim in my first drive by shooting while out walking my dog, there’s alot of sketchy activity happening,a lot of people just hanging around outside at late hours screaming and hollering,loud vehicles in and out (the motel is located by a handful of restaurants and a strip club. Stay away from Texas seafood also) ,beds felt similar to laying on a pile of metal, shower water smelt awful,room smelt of smoke (owners gave us spray every time) ..All in all I feel like this place could really be something if the police did there job here and they didn’t hire people who do half of what expected.. I can say the tv worked perfect and the room was well lit as the outside, they did try and sweep up the parking lot aswell!

I thank you for a place to stay that want break the bank, for the courtesy from the staff very nice people,we are traveling from hospital to hospital for appointments and it's good to feel like there is a place to lay your head and not worry

If you're really tired, then stay. It's not the best looking, room has no amenities, refrigerator, microwave and TV is all you get. Bed spread has cigarette Burns holes in it, and doesn't look like they've been washed perfectly, still can see dirt stains. Door lock not fully secured to the door frame. So for the price I guess this is what you get
