This mall is spacious and very clean, with plenty of shopping opportunity. The food court is huge and offers a great variety with healthy options as well. Restrooms are clean. Good shopping experience.

Fun mall. Plenty for kids to do. Very busy on a Saturday afternoon. But still fun. Would definitely recommend carousel, ice skating, mall train for kids. Lots of kid friendly attractions! Just bring exact change for carousel. Card reader not working.

This mall has been my all time favorite since I was a teen. It's clean and very spacious. Not as many stores as I had imagined. But coming back to it after so many years, I was pretty excited to see the many transformations that it has been through.

Best mall on I-10 bar none. Plenty of shopping stores and kiosks inside with all the names of name brand apparel, clothing, jewelry, shoes, etc. and whatever you expect in a high end mall.

I have been coming to this mall since I was a child. I do not shop at malls very much anymore but I am constantly ferrying my daughter and her friends back and forth. The location here is beautiful and since it is the holiday season it is really a sight to behold. Lovely Christmas trees and lights everywhere on the outside of the mall on all the trees. This is a mall that actually has customers and especially during the holiday season parking can be an issue. They have plenty of parking though and that is usually not a problem throughout the year. This is not a dead mall at all, one of the few in Houston that still has a major presence. Is connected by above ground walkways to the Memorial city hospital next door. Is a major secret spot for mall walking. Has a great ice skating rink.

Nice big mall and almost all famous shops are here. We love it, it has so much variety of things to do for the entire family, not only shopping, the kids play area are nice and the candy are great addition for the kids. Shopping here is always fun also because the sales can be great.

I love this mall, it’s not as big as the iconic Galleria Mall but it always projects this family atmosphere and welcoming vibe. Great place for a casual shopping day, or just a relaxing moment by the fireplace, a skating afternoon, a coffee with friends or even for taking the kids to the playing grounds. Pro tip: Christmas season is special at this place. Highly recommend!

This is my favorite mall. I have been going here since I was a child, I wish exhilarama was still around, I had some great times there. Even without that, my kids love this mall. There is a carousel, train, indoor playground... Plus, once they get older they can go ice skating. This mall is clean, if you go during a weekday, the parking isn't bad. There are plenty of choices for food and shopping. I live in Missouri City and I drive here because this mall is better than First Colony to me.

This mall is a perfect place to shop for just about everything and anything. All your favorite stores are here from Macy's, Target, Dillard's to Spencer's, Buckle, and Victoria's Secrete. It's all here. Did I mention the huge playgrounds for small children located by the movie theater for your bigger kids. This place thought of everything to help make your shopping experience convenient.

This is by far my favorite mall in the Houston area. It offers a variety of popular stores and restaurants such as California Pizza Kitchen, The Cheesecake Factory, and much more! There is a Cinemark inside the mall and an Ice Skating Ring. Clean kept, lots of walking around, and plenty of fun for everyone.

Overall, the mall is nice. Parking was very easy. The customer service is lacking at Camille LA Vie.. Good experience at Dillard's. Memorial City mall has very nice stores, minus a few. I enjoyed my time here...for the most part. 🙂

Spacious & beautiful mall!! The kid’s play area is castle themed and I liked the small detail of having a security guard “guard” the gates (also this is safe so that random strangers don’t sneak into the play area//kids can’t run out).

The mall is as beautiful as ever. There are so many stores selections like Macys, banana republic, Apple, coach, Dillards, Sephora, visual changes, forever21, Starbucks and food court. I felt the festivity despite the Covid-19 situation. My daughters were so excited to be at the American girl Store. They enjoyed ice skating and singing in the rotunda. ❤️❤️❤️

Things are really hopping at the mall. The Christmas decorations are beautiful. A good number of people are still wearing masks walking around the mall. Some store are monitoring the number of people in a store to allow for proper social distancing. I welcome all these precautions in the mall and in stores and I think it will make for a much happier and healthy Thanksgiving and Christmas season.

My favorite Houston mall. Its beautiful and clean. Its wonderful for kids: there's a large soft play scape for toddlers and young kids, double decker carousel, indoor and outdoor turf play areas, an indoor train, and benches to sit and watch ice hockey practice! Stores and Food court are plentiful.

It's one of the most popular malls in the city. The mall is clean and spacious to walk around. Besides great stores, it has kids play area, clean restrooms and food court with varieties of foods.

This is one of the best malls within the Houston area! The new decoration is making it more attractive, although it is a bit crazy during the holidays time it is still a great place to visit in Houston

Plenty of Storrs to choose from and I love all of the little resting areas. The carousel is my sons fave thing. It's 2 story!

Great shopping mall, a variety of different stores to choose from. Checked out this mall while on vacation in Houston. The mall was clean and the bathrooms were clean. Did not seem like a busy mall at the time. Then again it was a Tuesday after 4th of July. If you’re in the area, wouldn’t be a bad idea to come checkout Memorial City Mall.

Wonderful shopping experience. Pleasant to walk around stores nice clean and in order. A lot has changed, but same mall experience. It's a big mall, lots of stores. Pretty much anything you can think of. Huge police presence, felt safe while shopping. The mall is easy to navigate and lots of parking space as well. I recommend a visit!!!

Very fun and busy more lots to do there is a Build-A-Bear and a fun play area meant for children around 6 Max and under for sure. There are plenty of chaos with toys and toy stores a cool and beautiful carousel they have a McDonald's and Chick-fil-A for kids to eat it's just an overall fun place to take kids and spend a day even if you don't have a ton of money to spend you can have fun

I have been shopping at this mall my entire life. They have done a great job of keeping it maintained. The stores are great! They have great department stores to pull people in for the smaller stores. They offer a wide variety of stores for all ages. They have a great food court with a couple amusement rides for the children, ice skating and a movie theater. Several really good restaurants. My favorite is California Pizza Kitchen and Cheesecake Factory. There is a Target with a mall entrance! They have an area near the skating rink for children to run and play as well as a cozy area with a fireplace and comfortable large leather chairs to relax in. They have a great selection of fast food restaurants in the food court section in the middle of the mall. They have several ice cream shops, cookies and pretzels. There is covered parking near the department stores. I personally like parking in garage by Dillard’s on a rainy or hot day. They have an excellent salon, Visible Changes near Dillard’s and they take walk in appointments. You will not be disappointed in this mall.

Nice mall, but soccer balls should be prohibited in the green zone for kids and in the toddler section. If you have kids 2 years or under they will be hit at all times.. I understand they are kids but if they are going to play soccer they should go to a park instead of the mall.

So it was my 11yr Anniversary being married to heartburn....I mean heartthrob 😁😁 (just jokes guys). Anyway, took her to Memorial City Mall because I wanted to stop by ZALES to upgrade her wedding ring! Which I did- boss move!!! While we were there we stopped by a few other places, even ate at The Rouxpour, it was divine. Went during the day so the mall was quite active, we're not young anymore so we didn't hang around as much as we used to, went home to sleep 😩

I lived near this mall. Now I’m in the Baybrook area. Let me tell you, I like going in and out since I’m not out there to hang out. I love knowing where everything is. You have some small mom and pop shops kiosks but then, here are your bigger retail stores. I have my favorite perfume store. MAC makeup store near the food court. Zara’s is my go to for professional clothing. I like to get a quick 10 minute massage. I usually park at the Target entrance. Even the shoe stores will have what you need. One of my favorite malls in Houston. I’ll still drive there now, even though I live far.

Pretty cool mall with lots to do. Great food variety with Salata, Chipotle, Taco Bell, and more! I like Lush and GameStop the most but they have a lot under construction. Great for kids and families and the ice rink is super fun.

I seriously don't know why this Mall gets any stars at all. Of course, the main reason this mall is disappointing to me is because of people who work there! especially at food shops. Today I went to get a immune booster smoothie, as it was advertised on the board , but the guy who I think owns the place tells me:"oh, we don't have any of ingredients that it says, we have just the fruits and I mix them for you!!!" What a fraud! And the list goes on about every where I walked in the Mall. I don't want to say the stores name but I tell you, it's famous. I went to second floor where they have sales, and clothes were stinky as if they brought it from somewhere wet and flooded, and they're selling them in high price!! Surprisingly there are...people buying molded clothes!! Then I went to a store that's my favorite to buy scented lotions, when I saw almost half of bottles were emptied by rude people who open bottles take some and close it back on, as if it's new!! How rude and unsanitary people are, is unbelievable. Anyway I wished the store manager would have done anything about it, but I guess they are clueless of what's going on in their store!! Then I went to get a smoothie from different shop, not the 1st one, the girl at the counter was so rude and smoothies were so over priced that I changed my mind. So, this mall sucks and I will go to another Mall, next time!!

Nice mall. But really big & more walking than I care to do! Drove to this mall for a specific store only to learn it's permanently closed.... so I found a couple of new stores to explore. I'm thinking this will be a good place to go for Christmas shopping.

Different stores in this mall open at different times. It is not crowded and easy to find stores using the maps on display.
