Willowbrook mall is just ok. Nothing special. Nothing special. The same shops as everywhere. playground for children and of course the food court. Very clean, not too crowded. Just typical American mall.

It's a huge shopping Mall, with a whole lot of parking space. There are mobile security/police that secure the premises by driving around the parking lot. Make sure to use your Google maps to search the exact location of the stores you going to within the Mall ,if not you'll become a wanderer and lose lots of weight,lol...To sum this up, it's lovely, busy and pricey. Though some stores like JC penny run discounted sales, make sure to ask for any ongoing promotions. Happy Shopping dearie🛍

Clean, brightly lit, and it looks recently painted. The last time I was here was 1987 and while it has changed a bit, it is still the monument to shopping it has always been. Not a bad place to stroll around, window shop (or actually buy something) , and grab a bite at the food court. Classic mall experience.

I love an indoor mall! With this heat, it's nice to walk around shopping and eating, in the ac. I can take my time and not feel rushed, getting in and out of my vehicle! The clean restrooms and environment puts the cherry on top.

My favorite store is Miss A, cheap and great items. They have Cotton On store brand from Australia.

Turning to be a dangerous place to shop. Lack of security is making it worst. Parking lot thefts are there every day. Not safe outside or inside. Be aware of dangerous things happening in this mall.

Good mall, really spread out. It's clean and new with loads of big chain stores to hit up for all your instant wants and needs! There is security everywhere and the lots are patrolled often enough. We enjoyed our time wandering around, shopping, window browsing and having a cup of joe. Relaxing atmosphere with enough space to not ever feel crowded in. Worth the trip in!

Hadn't been to the mall in a long time. Glad I went. Most ppl wore masks. Some didn't. A bit crowded for no mask mandate. Stores were good, various, and seemed open and operating well. Some new things, some familiar things. They closed early so didn't get to play too much, but I look forward to my next adventure there. Clean and well lit. Parking was good and lit up for safety - which is awesome. Ready to go back and play.

This is a nice Mall to shop and walk around, but you have to watch your back. I was shocked to see how It has changed so much over the years. There were ghetto and hood rats all over, and they were fighting and just being very loud and noisy. I gave three stars for the cleanliness and the food court. I will be back because I got good bargains at my favorite stores like Victoria Secret, Nordstrom Rack, Dillard's, and the smaller retail stores. I just have to try to shop on weekdays when it is less crowded because I never like crowded malls where ghetto hang out. I am just keeping it real.

Willowbrook Mall has most of the top stores that one is looking for when visiting a mall. The mall itself is nice. The reason I have given it 3 stars is mainly for the atmosphere of the mall. This mall can be scary at times. The crime is high in this area and the mall is a place where a lot of this happens. I’ve been in the mall during a police chasing multiple shoplifters and I’ve been present during fist fights. I usually go straight into the store I need and then leave while making sure to keep my eyes open. Many people have been robbed walking to their cars after shopping. The stores are nice, but the mall needs even more security.

literally went downhill; definitely needs better security. My sisters were followed by a middle aged man in the mall who even went as far as to follow them into a store. They left minutes after, so please be safe especially if you are a young girl/woman.

Has really gone down over the last 5-10 yrs. I used to go and shop here a lot but don't feel comfortable or safe there anymore. The only mall security I saw was too busy flirting with a young girl sitting on the counter of the kiosk she was supposed to be working. Really sad to see all the changes to this mall. People working, even in the nicer stores, Dillard's, don't seem to care and definitely don't treat shoppers with courtesy. I'm sure some don't deserve their courtesy, but they are being paid to help and serve the customers...

For all pockets. Willowbrook Mall in Houston is a shopper's paradise, offering a diverse array of stores and a fantastic retail experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a bustling atmosphere and a wide selection of shops to explore. The mall boasts a mix of popular retailers and boutique stores, catering to every taste and budget. Whether you're looking for fashion-forward clothing, home décor, electronics, or accessories, you'll find it all under one roof at Willowbrook Mall. Some of the standout stores I discovered during my visit include: 1. Macy's: A department store offering a wide range of clothing, accessories, and home goods. 2. H&M: A trendy fashion retailer known for its affordable and stylish clothing for men, women, and children. 3. Apple: A destination for all things Apple, from iPhones and iPads to MacBooks and accessories. 4. Sephora: A beauty haven featuring an extensive selection of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products. 5. Bath & Body Works: A go-to destination for bath and body essentials, including fragrant candles and pampering skincare products. 6. Foot Locker: A leading athletic footwear and apparel retailer, offering the latest styles from top brands. 7. Victoria's Secret: A lingerie and beauty retailer known for its glamorous collections and signature fragrances. Overall, Willowbrook Mall offers a fantastic shopping experience with a diverse range of stores to explore. Whether you're shopping for yourself or looking for the perfect gift, this mall has something for everyone.

Great mall for window shopping and some good deals. JC Penny and Macy’s are located in the mall. Can spend a few hours and then have a good lunch at the food court. It is a closed mall and is great to visit any season

I've been going to this mall for 20 years and it's nice, although getting a little sketchier after dark than it used to be (area problems). Still though, one of the nicer "normal" malls (not Galleria). It's got a lot of foot traffic still, which is amazing considering the decline of malls in general. Lots of newer stores now too.

I initially thought this mall was closing as we came in though the Sears parking lot, but the mall is very much alive and thriving.

Wow. So nice to be in a crowded mall again. Ate at the food court. It was delicious. Got some marble slab. Mall is on great shape. Full but not overcrowded. Plentiful parking.

Stopped in for dinner @ Quotes Willowbrook and really enjoyed myself. Staff was polite and attentive, music was great, and the food was delicious. This place is black owned and operated. Prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is upbeat. I highly recommend and we will return.

It’s a good mall with the best selection of stories. It does feel a bit dated inside but a lot of the stores are updated. Nothing spectacular but no complaints.

I haven’t been to Willowbrook Mall in many years. I use to go a lot back in the early 2000s. I was in the area and wanted to take my granddaughter shopping. It is an older mall but has lots of nice stores and it is very clean. All of the kids love Build a Bear and the Lego store!

Many new stores and plenty of places to eat, all nearby and or in at the food court. I'm really surprised they do not take advantage of the main walk intersection and put a huge tree up for the Christmas season. It is wheelchair accessible on all main entrances. It does have security monitoring outdoors and officers on site. They have been really good at keeping all areas clean and safe while new stores are under construction throughout the years I've been visiting. This is quite literally "the hub" for all shopping in the vicinity, which almost all is within a 5 minute drive from.

Surprisingly sparse … “Malls are not my favorite. I prefer individual stores. Unfortunately, Clinique, & other name-brand Make-ups, along with Victoria's Secret is in MALLS” … I hit Willowbrook about twice a year and am always satisfied, except this time. In the summer of 2023, Willowbrook Mall did a 180°. Not one, not two, but every store, I entered in “Willowbrook” Mall their selections was disappointing. Not only was shopping limited, but The mall itself seemed pretty void of people. I would also like to note: customer service was beyond lacking. IDK if employees are hard to find, but for those who are currently working in retail … “STEP IT UP!” With a $300 Gift certificate to spend at Victoria Secret. I asked the sales associate for assistance and she disappeared. After waiting for 15 minutes, & no one in sight, I left... Very disappointed with Willowbrook! 𝗜𝗻 2𝘆𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 𝐭𝐨 🚫

Willowbrook was a nice walk down memory lane. I worked there on summer summer vacation while in college. The mall has changed drastically, but the flow of the mall is excellent, and still a great place to shop.

Visited 2 days ago. Loved it. Its clean. Way better than a few years back when it felt it wasn't safe to shop there anymore. I stopped going until 2 days that I went back it's awesome. More security. Love that. Need more lighting on their parking lot. Some areas too dark. Def don't want to mugged in the dark while christmas shopping.

If you like going to malls then it's a pretty good one. I couldn't find what I was looking for but other than that is was ok.

Very nice mall itself but too many people trying to get you over to their booths to sell you things. This is an issue that needs to be resolved by Mall staff so that shoppers can move about freely.

As malls get fewer and fewer Willowbrook and Memorial are probably the 2 best in Houston a good selection of stores clean and fairly safe atmosphere compared to similar places in Houston and the surrounding area is pretty nice

We're regulars at Willowbrook Mall for lunch, and it's consistently convenient and budget-friendly. With prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person, it offers a variety of options that won't break the bank. The convenience and affordability make it our go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal during our mall visits.

I’ve been going to this mall for years now, it’s my local mall. First off I will say this mall has the basic essentials. Like Macy’s, Dillards, Sephora, JCPenney, hot topic, etc. Those staples haven’t left but there’s not sufficient traffic to support all the small business just starting up. But the mall itself is a great mall, there’s a lot of new stores being opened and taken down. The food court is meh, it’s the same choices. The place is always clean and I’ve definitely spent more than 2 hours each trip here. It’s my nearest mall and it has all what I need. Not to mention during the weekdays it’s slow and easy to shop. But during the weekends it gets super busy so go at your own risk.

It was nice, I went on a Sunday so a lot of stores were not open to my surprise. Anyways, it was nice to walk around and enjoy the mall.

Too packed for comfort. I went to the JD store to purchase a box of shoe shields and two associates one of them being Ms. Kennedy were very professional and provided great customer service. I thank Yahweh for the customer service and the application of the military discount.

Willowbrook mall never disappoints! We went to the Lego store and although they were getting ready to close, they were kind, patient, and treated us with an exceptional level of customer service. Keep up the excellent work, Lego!

Pretty quiet during the day. The kiosk still bother you with watered down perfume. The food is as good as it gets! Perfect place to just wonder around!

Visible changes - Been going to this location and having Yen color my hair for 20 years! She does an amazing job! Only recommendation for visible changes is Teacher discounts on weekends. It’s hard for Teachers to get here during the week and we need the discounts!

The mall is still fairly busy, lots of people come here on the weekends. Plenty of parking, even on the busiest of weekends. Decent stores inside maintain things organized and clean. The food court has good variety of options and medium sized eating area.

Exceptional quality for a great price. Got VERY nice belt here. Twice. Both times everyone was very knowledgeable. I got the wrong size the first time but it was so nice I kept it for someone else. Next time I got the right size,(spent a bit more but worth every penny) and it was adjustable, got my pick of buckles, very chic, very handy. They will punch the holes in the belt for you. Perfect.

It all depends what you are looking for and what's your budget. (If you have one) some stores seem to serve only a small group of customers (wealthy who look for exact styles even though the store inventory seems to barely fill the shelves), . . . If you find a deal or advertised bargain event, Go for it before they're gone. . . They have almost all the top brands and customers service is always good.

  • 2/5 Monique D. 1 year ago on Google
The mall is changing. The quality of the stores is diminishing. Some of the nicer stores are leaving and being replaced with low end stores. While I know they cannot deter all crime there was an increase of actual fights inside the mall, car break ins, and vehicle thefts.

  • 5/5 Kassie A. 2 years ago on Google
This is a great indoor mall. Always clean. Good selection of retail stores and restaurants at the food court. Lots of fun things to do like the kids playground tree, the train ride, massage chairs, etc.

  • 3/5 AJ R. 2 years ago on Google
I feel like Willowbrook is starting to stumble a bit. We've been a couple times in the past few weeks and each time, several of the stores are closed, or food is out in the food court. Some of our favorite stores, like Disney, have left. Not sure what the future hold here. Hopefully they turn it around.

  • 4/5 Paula R. 2 years ago on Google
The attitude of employees today is appalling. The mall, shop selection, and prices are better here than many places. Easy to find your way around here. Great parking. I feel safe here, but still recommend leaving by daylight or parking in a well lit area. Be aware of your surroundings.

Willowbrook mall was good this time of year👍after all the Christmas stuff. Plenty of parking..love it👍once inside, plenty of room to move with 6ft distance or more between other shoppers. Most shoppers ARE masked ..I love that too👍👍
