Went to Pottery Barn in Highland Village, great location. Saw a few people with masks on and some without. Great customer service. Was greeted with help very fast. Was shopping for a sofa and pillows. There were several options.I like the fact that you can choose your fabric and the store give you swatches to take with you. Recommend this location.

Some context here. The rating is strictly for the parking at Highland Village. There is so little parking that cars were circling the few small lots & the amount of traffic caused snarls, cars stuck out on Westheimer Dr., & lines of cars waiting, like vultures, to find a spot or stalking shoppers returning to their cars. There are many nice shops here but the parking traffic is/was so bad, IMO, that I hesitate to go back.

I have always loved shopping here. It is all ripped up from construction right now (August, 2023). Visit on a day when it's not so hot because it is an outdoor shopping experience. I was only window shopping and taking my dog for a walk. He is an Academy Award winner when it comes to acting. He will pretend he is dying from the heat, after two minutes, if it earns him some sympathy petting from strangers.

Along with other businesses themselves apparel as well as merchandise but before you decided to throw your money away it's a lot of us are not rich shop around first we still are in a pandemic and every dollar we can save helps a lot even if it is 3 to $4 we still have to consider gas nowadays LOL four bucks our other so-called addiction we need that gasoline for the car

Nice high end shopping mall on a busy street. Plenty of shops, parking is a pain. Turning into their driveway can also be hazardous since it’s off of a very busy street.

I absolutely love this shopping center. Last time I was there I parked across the street from Pottery Barn and had to cross the street. There was so much construction and no way to get there without climbing over rebar. Everywhere was blocked off and chaotic. It was totally unsafe, especially on the way out with big shopping bags in tow. Other than the crazy construction and no pedestrian crossing it’s a great place with awesome stores!

This center is pure trash for tenants. No help whatsoever from security, they won't even answer the phone. The mall manager doesn't respond to texts, emails and is rarely on property given how little he does. The parking garage has been falling apart and blocked off for over a year, resulting in angry customers. Starbucks, PF Changs and several other stores have closed with no new tenants taking their spots. Seems like the owners just like collecting rent. Even the website is indicative of how little they care. There were two updates in two years, and they posted a video for Paper Source where they misspelled their own property's name. It would be laughable if it weren't necessary to have the business here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Highland Village in Houston, Texas and it was an experience beyond compare. I have been going there every month and I can confidently say that it is truly a hidden gem in the city. The star of Highland Village is undoubtedly its shops. With an amazing selection of stores like Apple Store, William Sonoma, Pottery Barns, Crate and Barrel, etc., there is something for everyone to indulge in. As someone who loves technology and household items, visiting these stores is always a highlight of my visits. But that's not all! Highland Village also boasts some of the best restaurants in Houston. The food scene is absolutely amazing, with a mouth-watering range of cuisines to choose from. The choices are so great, I find it hard to pick just one to dine in every time I visit the place. Overall, my experience at Highland Village has been nothing but spectacular. The ambiance is relaxed, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is very customer-oriented. I highly recommend visiting Highland Village and giving yourself a break from the usual hustle and bustle - it's the perfect destination to unwind, shop, dine, and relax, all in one place. I would definitely give Highland Village a five-star rating, and I urge everyone to experience it themselves so they can understand why!

This is a very nice area to do some shopping or grab a bite. This area is even more beautiful at night because of the way it lights up. I personally love taking photos here for my Instagram. Check out my Instagram page😇 : nancyuche_

Super crowded outdoor mall with very little parking. The stores are spread out and you have to cross very busy roads and parking lots. I only visit if I absolutely have to.

Parking is absolutely horrible. I also have never been cut off by so many BMWs in my whole life. Its not super fun to shop here because you constantly feel like you're gonna be smacked by a car. You have to cross the street to get to some of the shops, and are often going through the parking lot to get to others.

The outdoor “shopping-mall” is fantastic but parking is abysmal. It also looks like the garage is closed too. It’s in the worst possible place with traffic being horrific and God help you if the train goes by which makes it 100 times worse. Two stars off for location and parking but I love shopping and dining there.

A lot of luxury and famous stores in this area which is very good and convenient as one stop shop. Environment sucks. Hard to park cars. Traffic is bad. Surprised to see there is no bridge and tunnel in this area. Shopping area is divided by the main road. You have to cross the road to the other side to continue shopping. Very inconvenient as you could be hit by a car and time consuming.

Absolutely zero reason to visit Highland Village when every single store they have exists elsewhere in Houston where they actually have parking. There aren't even enough space for RA Sushi let alone any shops. Don't waste your time.

Highland Village has lots of stores and coffee shops. It is a good place for Christmas shopping, there is a lot of security.

High-end shopping at Highland Village features key favorites like the Apple Store, Pete Millar, Williams Sonoma, and plenty of good restaurants. The beautiful tree-lined streets make this a great place to spend your hard-earned money!

Cute shopping center with tons of nice stores to browse. I love that they have a J Crew, RA Sushi, which has amazing happy hour and best of all, a cupcake vending machine at Sprinkles!

Parking is tough. Getting across the street is sketchy. The outdoor shopping is decent most of the year.

I really didn't go to Highland Village shopping center. I just went to the Apple store (for a Genius bar appointment). Parking wasn't easy, but I found a spot.

I like going here bc it isn't a mall, but the surface parking lot needs some work, or they need a different place for delivery trucks rather than blocking traffic and parking spaces.

Beautifully decorated during the holidays Great stores and fun window shopping Lots of food choices Parking can be difficult but there is a parking lot past the Starbucks building across from escantles restaurant

Most drinks are pricey, and music is alright. On a chilly day, the fire pits are nice, and the decor makes this place have a great atmosphere. Awesome place to chill with friends.

👍👍 They have superb customer service and there are a lot of young people working there. They do a great job representing HEB. I felt comfortable shopping there and would recommend others to too. And did i forget to mention they have one of my favorite grow kits "Back To The Roots" It practically grows...
