The lady at the front desk with the black rings around her eyes don't like her own race of ppl! My appointment was at 9 am i came in at 9:45 just to print out my tax return she told me i couldn't check it untill 9 but computers were open and only 2 ppl was on the computer. After i printed out my tax return she was all in my business touching my papers and looking at my confidential paper work she then began to tell me i cant print that many pages....if i couldn't do it the computer wouldn't have even allowed me to print it..idk what it is about older african american that women that thinks it is okay to scold younger african american women but be so helping to any other race is ridiculous to me and yes the other 2 people using the computers were not african american and she was so nice, lenient & helpful to them never even made them get off the computer after their time was up but was so worried about my time and what i was printing out. And i was on the computer for all of 8 minutes and i almost forgot she checked in 2 ppl that was behind me after she already knew why i was there but i kept it cool did what i needed to do and left i even prayed for her once i made it outside but i will never in my life go back to this location and i hope no one ever has to be treated this way!!

The cashier was sweet. I came in needing to use the restroom. I had plans to get food. Cashier told me the restroom was for customers only. I said I would buy but had to go to the restroom first. She said go ahead. When I came out she said to me " u just want a drink" I said no I want a patty melt. She took my order and gave me my food and wished me a blessed evening. So sweet just can't remember her name

Great place to shop and eat, could find most essentials as it has Walmart, Ross, marshals. And easily Access by red line metro train. The homelessness in the area is prevalent but seems pretty safe. Not sure Id be there after dark especially as a tourist we had no car.

Worst experience ever! We went late night and they were out of literally everything! One of the cooks went OFF! Someone pulled a gun on one of the workers at the bus stop. Just a horrible experience. 0 stars

Great place to shop . Can't lie they everything you need . If you go there and can't find anything . It's because you are a person that no one could every make happy. Why ? You couldn't make yourself happy .

IHOP has great food for all times of the day. That aside, I dropped my Bluetooth headphone in the bathroom, and went back to pick it up, and lo and behold: I found my bluetooth headphones! Great food honest staff what else can you ask for!

You don't spend the whole day in there they move along pretty fast and the people are so friendly and helpful they go out behind they call of duty to help you to make sure that you're happy before you leave that building

Coming into the parking lot was like a maze. There are too many tight spots. The way most folks drive, you must take EXTRA precautions. Signs don't give you accurate information about where some stores are located. You're left driving around until you stumble upon the store, which was your destination. With gas prices and inflation, this isn't acceptable. Plus, what's really bad its in a part of a neighborhood/community that's underdeveloped with poor families and what's left of middle class 😕 😢

Northline Commons is a Multi-Plex for it's consumers. Multiple eateries, upscale shopping stores, bargain shopping stores, and banking with ATM access. ***Thinking outside the box...this location is a good source of getting your steps in; windowing shopping or power-walking the entire Commons.

IHOP was worst , waited for 90 minutes for food, no response from waiters, serving was poor , smelling with homeless people around. Very bad..

There are many shops here. There are also many homeless people. Don't give the homeless people money because there are more than enough resources in Houston to help the homeless. When you give them money you enable them to continue being homeless and not apply themselves to achieve more. Trust me 8 am currently homeless I know what I'm talking about.

I visited the I Hop, and I had a horrible experience. I should have walked out when they had us waiting at the door for 15 minutes before anyone came to seat us or greet us. The dining area was dirty. The restroom wasn't clean. Toilet paper was all over the floor. I was scared to eat the food. We took a couple of bites off our food and paid for it and left.

Too many vagrants, bums, and panhandlers. Can't enjoyably go there without getting hit up by them. I've been asked to buy beer and cigarettes for them. From now on I'll go elsewhere. Only went because it was close and convenient for just a couple of items I needed. I'm 61 and work 10 to 12 hour days 6 days a week. Why can't they? They're half my age. The Murphys there is the worst about it. Always 3 to 4 of them hanging around.

Traffic is heavy and people everywhere just be careful everyone is driving a bit erratic but expected so just pray before you leave and be as calm as you can be .Not many people wearing masks that's a bit of concern. Just prepare for it all.

To many people smoking Kush, passed out, asking for cigarettes and money. I feel attacked Everytime I shop in the Commons. Needs more police and security guards less loitering. It's near a college campus for God's sake.

Homelessness is a worldwide prob. Sign of times can't blame an area or store. Lock yourself up at home to hide yourself from the world or get out and help.

I like all of the different here! They pretty much have EVERYTHING! The ONLY thing I hate about this area is all of the, hate to be rude, but bums that hang out at almost EVERY outlet. It gets a little annoying. Other than that, cool place. 😎

Dr Costa Optician and Walmart Vision center provided very professional and proficient Custer service. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and selected frames from a large choice of good looking brands. Excellent value too!! Two pairs of glasses for the price of one elsewhere!!

This shopping center is great! There are several stores here. There is a Walmart, Ross, Burlington's, Marshall's, 5 Below, Dollar Tree, Conn's, Papa's Barbecue, Panda Express and many more! This was the old Northline Mall back in the day. Now it is just an outdoor mall.

Mattel makes mask for barbie oh my, how crazy our world is. I never wore them unless I was forced too and even then I never went back to those places. Walmart has too much stuff everytime I go in there I feel as though there steeling my money. For example you go in having one hundred dollars and come out negative 150 dollars.

People are friendly enough, mix of ethnicities minus the expectation of any negative vibes. Cashiers I have engaged with were very courteous, managers and stocker's are helpful for the most part. Good experience overall.

There's only few places I like in this shopping mall...that is Burlington, dollar tree, chik fila, rainbows, china star, and capital one everything else can be bull dozed down an build something else especially Walmart...the employees don't work you basically shop check out yourself get hassle by employees, no help at all from them after spending all your hard earned money....the other restaurants around cleanliness are not up to par idk about Charlie's cheese steaks I haven't been there yet...but I say get rid of it build a whole foods take see them other restaurants an stores away build some other stores high end stores....upgrade the neighborhood....make easier access even for ppl getting off public transportation because sometimes it's a long walk...to some stores around gate because it's all closed off smh...
