My father and I visit this location often, and we have always had mediocre service. On my most recent visit I purchased an adult dinner buffet with a drink, $19.36. I prepared and ate a salad, and sat for 20 minutes while waiting for a server to greet me and bring me a drink. Many servers walked past me and never asked me if I needed anything, so I flagged one down and asked if they knew who my server is. No one knew, so I approached the manager on duty, Owen. She identified my server, and excused his negligence due to him being new and not knowing I was in his section. After this experience I no longer wanted to dine here, so I requested a refund and Owen refused. She sited the fact that I ate a salad. I asked her who her boss is, she gave me the name Sal Ahmle. I haven’t been able to reach him. I left the restaurant disgusted, having only eaten a salad for $19.36

This place is good I stopped with my girls and my husband to eat lunch. The price for 4 people is around $43 drinks included. So not bad at all. The food is hot and ready. They have a bunch of desserts to choose from. Imo Only thing missing is the breaded popcorn shrimp. Oh and the server did not give us a refill and did not check in on us.

Horrible! Food was cold ! Only thing that was good was the raspberry tea and our server Desiree very pleasant and polite apologized for the food looked for management for 45 minutes. And let her know that we had been waiting for some time. When she finally showed up and I expressed how cold the food was and that I was not at all satisfied. Her response was. " You have been here an hour,is that your daughter she ate" , I "can't do anything about it"same food put on my plate is same food still on plate. Shown to her Owens management. Wow I am appalled as to her response.and then told me to take it up with corporate. Very snobby ,pure arse . Talked to her prior at buffet table all was good until she saw the person I was with was white. Then asked is that your daughter. As I am dark skinned black. Well daughter she is. I felt what she meant. I will never eat there again.

Disappointed and dissatisfied. The food was alright, it wasn't worth coming again though. The dessert was dryer than the Sahara desert, and the cherry pie tasted uncooked and the cherries felt like the store bought one from Walmart. The jello was unsweet and kinda stiff in a way. The only thing that was good was the chocolate cupcakes and the frozen yogurt. Edit: I just remembered that the cherry pie was so disgusting that I spit it out and felt sick. My stomach got upset and I wanted to throw up.

I went in a couple minutes after it opened and I've been to other golden corrals before, this one was clean and seemed nice but the food was horrible I won't lie. I ordered water to drink and it was straight up horrible it made you spit it out as soon as you put it in your mouth, also from the different foods I got, the worst ones were the fried shrimp and the country fried steak, all the other food I would rate 3/5. Even the desert it looked really nice but the peach and pear pies were really bad as well.

You don't leave hungry! Wide variety of food offerings as a buffet style. Fresh food and good wait staff. Daniel served us and was very pleasant. The facility is going through a face lift on the inside. It hasn't affected a good filling meal however. Good choice for nearly every palette.

Clean. Buffet is stocked and fresh. Staff willing to help when you can find them. I would definitely eat here again. Nice place to take the fam. You won't be disappointed with the roast beef. Shaved right off into your plate. Tender and juicy! It will melt in your mouth. Grab another plate and help yourself...

I went and ate at Golden Corral there was that metal from the metal scrub sponge I pulled out of my mouth from the food. The manager said he would give me a refund for my food. So he comes back and gives me my receipt saying my next meal is free after thinking about it I did not want to take my chances again and asked for the refund. They said they can't because of the amount of time since I had paid. I told her I knew she could because I was a manager. She said the lady that wrote that on my receipt had left.I said ok I will go to the news. So I left disgusted ended up puking behind the exit door and in the parking lot .Looked like they called the cops because I was throwing up everywhere.

Our server was very inattentive, she asked us if we wanted a refill one time. Our plates piled up on our table and she just walked past our table multiple times. I don't know what it was but it was lunch time and the food seemed like it was sitting there all day. We got there when they first opened so that didn't make sense. The chocolate cake was good though. We love this place and will definitely be back but waiters need to be more attentive to the customers needs.

The rolls are the best thing ever. The service is great, very nice waiters . They have a great crispy taco section or you can make nachos but both choices are good no complaints.

👎🏻👎🏻Came here on Father’s Day for lunch 6/18/23 and it was not up to expectations. The ac was not working or hardly working because they had fans blowing everywhere. They don’t have a large fruit selection. Some of the silverware was plastic forks. Carpet was a mess around the tables and food area. I would suggest go to the humble location!!!! I won’t be returning

Very clean environment, great food presentation, great salad, friendly waitress, everything I tried was delicious.

Hats off to the owner of this Golden corral. The general manager Roland and his friendly team keep the food fresh and make you feel welcomed. Love the respect Our Seniors and Veterans receive from this team. Once again my respect for this Franchisee and his awesome team.

Really need to work on there service. Walked in and you get a attitude from the cashier. Then your waiting on the waitress for awhile to come give you a drink. If they picked it up and had a better attitude might go there more. Once a year is enough for me.

The service wasn't very good. Our waiter was dancing around and we had to get on him about not bringing us our drinks. He seemed preoccupied by something else. The floor had food all over it. The turkey was dry and the ham rubbery. The meatloaf was good and fried chicken. The restaurant wasn't very clean. We spent $85 for 4 people but it wasn't really worth it. Most of the food wasn't very fresh. The guy cutting the meat dropped the knife I don't know if he used it again after that or not but he served me some dry turkey. The pies and sweets were fine . I got a few hard rolls out if the glass warmer. Over all it wasn't what it use to be but it was our Thanksgiving dinner so we had to be thankful we didn't go hungry. I wouldn't choose this place for another holiday though.

Good me &Family was there for Thanksgiving we Have No Oven my sister didn’t want to Order this was easier at Golden Corral They were busy we waited untill 3:00Pm figured the crowd would be Wrong. But still just they Were Low on Desserts. But Good Turkey Nice & Jucy most Restaurants Turkey Dry This was Following off the bone Good.Thk Y’A./Ohoo Okra &Tomatoes were so Good.

Went a little late and the food was still really good and really fresh. Employees kept it clean. Our server was friendly and efficient.

Sunday dinner was in full effect! The carpet needs to be changed, and the seat upholstery needs to be fixed/ changed. The food, for the most part, was good. However, the fried chicken was not smelling good and tasted bad. Wasn't a bad experience, and the place was packed!

The quality of food has really gone down. The veggies are very overcooked and all the nutrients are gone. The french fries were cold and dry. The pot roast was old and tough. The fried fish is good, the hush puppies were so hard I couldn't eat them. The bathroom has phone numbers and names carved into the wooden stall doors and it looks so ghetto. Sad to see that the quality of food has gone down as much as it has. The last few times that we've been there it was like that.

Unlabeled foods, odd tasting fish. Okra was great, but exactly like the frozen stuff from any grocery store. Nothing here I cant just cook at home, from scratch. Dessert dough was raw. I was warned by a other customer not to eat it.. Service... very friendly, but clearly management training is poor. The employees are very capable, but undertrained. Tripping hazards left everywhere. Stacks of dishes on every other table 6, 7, 10 plates tall. Employees just chilling, but often visit you to make sure you are satisfied. Please don't leave your cleaning supplies in walkways. Pick up the dirty dishes, and make sure the customer experiences the restaurant and food exactly as intended by corporate. If we don't know what those 8 different liquids are, then we'll be bothering you to find out, or we'll just leave unsatisfied.

They never disappoint. I guess since the pandemic, they stopped giving out the different ice cream flavors, now it’s just the frozen yogurt which is still okay. The food was good. They don’t have as many desserts as they use to. They still have a wide range of food selections that was very fresh and hot. Over all great experience, but while leaving the parking lot I witnessed someone’s car getting broken into in broad day light!! When they saw me they jumped into their car and drove off. I reported it to the manager.

An amazing assortment of different food. A little shorthanded with the wait staff but the very kind wait staff that was there been over backwards to try to serve and help everyone as fast as possible. Overall, very good food. Wonderful staff. Clean restaurant. We had fun

Every surface is sticky. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a decade. Most of the chairs are split and uncomfortable. You can tell no profits are being reinvested back into keeping this business going. I will drive out of my way to go to a different location next time.

Let’s get to it, filthy worker habits.. to let down your hair, and braid your hair first..and make a family wait to buy in on the buffet is just silly. It was so hot in this place, food was off temp, no order in this establishment. Dirty seats, floors, cold rolls, old chicken, very slim dessert bar, I don’t know what was going on here. I have been to many Golden C. but this one needs to be shut down with its filth. Ridiculous

Nice staff but overall cleanliness was very poor. Service was poor. Credit card machine was broken so only accepting cash. Food was good.

If I could give it zero stars I definitely would. Staff was arguing all the time, the waitress snatched the money out of my hand and she was very rude to me, rolled her eyes and was aggressively giving me my glove and receipt. And overall the food was not good.

Have followed this restaurant last 10 yrs to where it is now, near Beltway. Only dined there once yearly at first, Veterans Appreciation Day. Have mostly dined in (sometimes get takeout) in past 2 yrs. Waitstaff is very personable towards everyone, regardless of age or gender, year-round.

This place was the biggest one we've been to and very clean. The manager was real nice and respectful. Our server Letty was really cool and fast on getting us a refill on our drinks and getting the plates. I know that we'll be coming back next Wednesday for sure.

We had a very nice time and the food was delicious! Our waiter was very polite and always kept out tables clean and drinks full. The food was was nice stocked, they had a lot to offer and the prices were good! 😁

Staff was very polite and helpful. My server was great. Some of the buffet items were out (no surprise with the current shortages), but there still was a very good selection, and it was all good. The location was very clean, and the staff were keeping it clean. I had not been to a GC since before Covid, but I was a little shocked with the price increase for the buffet, but I understand. The only demerit goes to the dessert bar. Not a very good selection, and most of the shelves were empty. The soft ice cream machine was not working with parts on the counter, and there was no hand dipped ice cream. The cookies were small, and did not seem like fresh baked like I remember.
