This was my first time visiting and we were shocked by the cozy ambiance of the restaurant and area. Parking was easy and real close to the restaurant and the food was some of the best in the Houston area. The spring rolls had plenty of flavor and the sauces hit the spot. The team working here all greeted us with smiles and remained hospitable through the night. Well done and we will return,

This is absolutely unsanitary and disgusting.. Who clips and cleans nails during work, especially at a restraunt..... If you want a clean safe place to eat this isn't it....

The food quality does not match the price. The only thing that tasted food was the smoothie can't really go wrong with a smoothie. The food felt like cheap Chinese take-out and not vietnamese. I could understand if it's aimed more at a more "american" audience like all these tex mex style restaurants. So if your look for authentic this is not it. Also customer service needs to be taught to the waitresses it not your job to judge customers and make them feel uncomfortable. You just need to be polite and smile. Be rude on your own time.

Some of the best Pho ever! The mango and peach lemonade was really good. Waitress was nice and knew the menu well. Yes I will be back😃

I’m not a hard person to please, but this experience was bad. Been here a few times previously so decided to go here for my birthday lunch. Walked in with no one to greet us. We sat down and took 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Food was below average and quality has gone down a lot. Dumplings were cold and hard. The sandwich bread was stale. Ordered soda and it was full of ice which is fine, except when I asked for a refill they said it would be an extra charge. Not even a refill charge, they charged me for two drinks!!! I Paid $6 for two cups of fountain drink. Seems like this place is under new ownership/management that is inexperienced and it clearly shows.

Ordered 5 milk teas, Lomein, eggrolls and fried rice. Total was around $75! I don’t mind paying for good food, but this food was mediocre at best. $14 for a small lomein?? $14 for a small fried rice?? Ridiculous. The milk teas are not good. I went because of the reviews but I honestly don’t think those reviews are legit, or all those people have never had this kind of food anywhere else.

Sat there and watched them play around with people food for over 30 minutes. Informed the manager who did absolutely nothing. I will let all my customers know I wouldn't waste my time eating here. The food was HORRIBLE you can find better pho from anybody except them. The workers just stand around in a group behind the counter until they are forced to move. The chef also found it funny I been waiting 30 additional minutes from the time my food should have been completed so he decided to add an additional 5 minutes. The manager also let the workers get away with doing whatever you want to customers food. I can't express how highly I wouldn't recommend them. The food was cold except the egg rolls that they decided to cook last after all my other food has been sitting.

Disappointed! I’ve been wanting to try this place out for a while now bc of the cute scenery & location. Our waitress was sweet, but not really attentive. Not to mention there were multiple families that arrived after us, yet they were served before us. I would expect better service for their prices! Paid $75 for two just to wait for 30 minutes on food that tasted ok😅 1 point for the location & 1 point for the kindness of the waitress!

FIRST TIME EVER IN MY LIFE TO RETURN A PLATE! AND I STILL ENDED UP PAYING AND TIPPING UNFORTUNATELY. Btw I got a stomach ache and my wife ended up with a loose stomach. We were sat and greeted nicely. The appetizers took longer than expected. We ordered a pho which was good. But the beef vermicelli and the chicken curry were horrible, the beef was literal rancid tasted like liver instead of beef that’s how I knew it wasn’t good, I had them take the plate back. I my wife took a few bites of the chicken and we notice the chicken flavor came in strong as if it was out sitting for a while before cooked. Only thing we literally liked were the spring rolls. And weren’t really that great. Sauce doesn’t have a peanut in it like we are use to. They even brought us a wrong plate and took it back after coming panicked and asking if we touched it. It was overwhelming and expensive. Everything took long wait and we were literally the second people to order before they got busy. No one else was there. Upsetting nasty and I will never go back.

We walked in and the tables were filthy. There were 3 workers standing behind the counter talking casually to each other. After sitting at one of the few clean tables, waiting for the servers to come greet us and provide menus, 10 mins had gone by and we still were waiting for menus. A couple walked in maybe 7-10 mins after us and they were greeted and provided menus promptly. That was it! We left and will not be returning. Horrible service and dirty place. Zero’s all around!

The food here is flavorful, and the customer service was competently handled. Tofu Curry, Chicken Curry, and Tofu Spring Rolls are some of the dishes I ordered. I have to say, after sampling each one, Bibo's Cafe is doing a good job in the flavor department. The Tofu Curry has a sweetness that I'm not used to tasting in curry dishes, but it wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. Personally, I like curry dishes to be more savory than sweet. Those Tofu Spring Rolls are fresh; perfectly complementing other dishes. Bibo's Cafe's food isn't necessarily gourmet, in my opinion, but it's far above fast-food quality. I ordered the delicious Strawberry Tea; absolutely refreshing. In addition, when I ordered an iced coffee, I asked for additional packets of sugar just in case the sweetness wasn't up to par, and they served me a large handful of sugar packets: I thought that was generous. Sending my gratitude to the server, Alondra G, and the chef(s). Splendid work!

Vermachelli "boom" bowls are great, all the flavor of pho without the hot broth to weigh you down. awesome flavor in the grilled pork and I love that they chop it up small enough to mix with the noodles and veggies. Oversized bowl makes the serving look small, but it fills me up every time. I add a bunch of Sriracha to the dressing before pouring it on to give it a big kick. Staff is quick and friendly, place can get a bit crowded at lunch but they've always found me a place to sit.

I’ve ordered pho from here several times and it’s not because I want to but because it was most convenient. The meat portions are very small: I even asked for extra meat and it still looks the same. Also tasteless. Just a big pile of noodles and scraps of meat

Small place, cozy and very friendly staff. Delicious food. I forgot to take pictures of the food but had a boom bowl (chicken) and tofu spring rolls.. big plates, big portions.

LOVE the food but this last visit our waitress was not attentive at all. Editing the review because the service has changed. If you order to go CHECK YOUR ORDER, this is the second time our order is wrong and we have to check in the parking lot and sure enough something is missing. In this case we ordered a chicken pho & our order was incorrect (didn’t give us the noodles). There was 6 young workers at the front all talking, laughing, but none to check to see if the order is actually correct. They did fix it when it was brought to their attention. Food is good, a bit more expensive than other nearby places, but they need to train their staff.

I’ve ate at this location a few times. The chicken pho is good on a winter day. The chicken boom is alright. The chicken was lacking flavor. The beef boom is delicious mainly because of the seasoning of the beef. The fried gyozas are very good as well. Service is always friendly and the dining area is clean.

Princess and I ran in to grab some dumplings for her. At 10 she is already a connoisseur of dumplings and pretty picky also. When she popped the lid on these bad boys the amazing smell flooded the car and they had a taste to match🤤🤤 Will definitely return to try the rest of the menu!!

I use to order from this place all the time, even DoorDash…. I got something wrong after two DoorDash orders, but this time I drove up to the store to get the actual thing (shrimp rolls) I ordered….I brought my bag to show them and the waitress dug in my bag and tried to take the egg rolls I was given! How stingy is that? Knowing I used the dash app to order and still DROVE for the restaurant to get the order right. She said she had to ask the kitchen if I could keep them. You’re supposed to throw them away anyway! I used to like this place but that entire interaction threw me off. It’s like they were accusing me of wanting free food when I’ve spent plenty on them before. They could care less about keeping a customer and are so stingy with sharing sauces to PAYING customers. I would blow 40+ on my restaurant order and get a tablespoon of chili sauce. Do not DoorDash from here, at least. I’m turned off to go here for awhile.

Listen, i’ve had A LOT of milk tea in my lifetime. This place, by far, has the best matcha milk tea. It already comes w/ boba, it’s not an extra cost so it’s only $5.50, which is the cost of milk tea elsewhere but without boba. The matcha wasn’t bitter and it’s the right amount of sweet and creamy! I fell in love at first sip. They have really yummy pho too in big, affordable portions. This time around I had their BBQ Pork Bahn Mi and it was delicious with juicy meat, great blend of flavors in a warm baguette.

Pork Banh Mi is a sad excuse for a banh mi. First of all, pork should not look like this, a fake pink color around the edges. It tastes boiled but not charred at all. The carrots and veggies inside are soggy and the bread ends up soggy because of all the soggy ingredients. Go to an authentic vietnamese restaurant. It seems like the quality of food here keeps getting worse and worse. Quality of pork is mediocre. Only good consistent things are the cold dishes. Pho is water broth, no flavor.

The food was great but service was slow. The waitress didn't come to our table to check on us until it was time for us to get the check. If the service was better they would have received more stars.

They have by far the worst milk tea w tapioca. The Tea tastes like water w sugar, and the tapioca taste like gelatin with no flavor at all. Almost 6 dollars but nothing, costumbre service was good.

Didn't taste the food we left before ordering it Walked in the place had 1 patron, not an issue. We tried to sit at 3 different tables which were dirty. We stood there as the girls in the from chatted with another patron for a while. Just waiting for some acknowledgement. I decided to walk over and asked for help with wiping down the table. We got our menus. We ordered drinks but were told that the soda machines were not working. Ordered water and a tea. Which took longer than it should while the chatting continued with the customer. We decided to leave. The front area was unattended during this time . I almost peaked my head into the back. A guy walked by with his drink in hand. I asked to cancel out drink order.she had just finished making tea drink. I still paid for the drink. The water had not been made yet. We really wanted Vietnamese food but due to the lack of attention given to customers and the dirty tables we decided to go. This was a Saturday afternoon.

I usually avoid this place since it is more expensive than most pho places. Unfortunately, it is one of the only ones in my area, so if I get a craving, this is my best option. I got the small beef pho, spring rolls, and a Thai tea tapioca. The soup was definitely one of the worst I've had. The broth lacked flavor and the meat was really chewy. The spring rolls weren't bad but the sauce wasn't really peanut sauce. The Thai tea wasn't great and the tapioca was really hard. For the price, I expected better quality food. Spent $24 for just those three things.

The food is beautiful and tasteful, and the decor is simplistic but lovely. The service is quick and polite, although low energy considering the ambience of the restaurant. I absolutely recommend giving this place a try.

Horrible fried rice!! Rice was soggy and over cooked. Shrimp fried rice had hardly any shrimp. Maybe 3 or 4. The fried rice won't even go as one serving. So little. Basil chicken was okay but didn't taste basil at all. Used to like this place but it has gone down and the management is rude. The servers are nice but the people who run the place there are rude, doesn't respond to customers and always busy counting cash. Probably the last time I go here. Dan's nearby makes better food.

Tried the egg rolls and the chicken pho. As someone who LOVES pho, this is not the place to eat it. If you’ve never had it, it may be ok, but if y’all have had authentic pho, this is not the place. Service was ok. The egg rolls were crispy, but somehow they managed to make the inside a super weird texture. Almost chewy. I wouldn’t come here again.. Not for the Pho at least

Pho is pretty good, their teas and boba drinks are delicious! The bahn-mis are extra large here, very flavorful beef/pork. However, Every time I place an order to go, I always ordered a flavored iced green tea with tapioca. They charge me almost 6 dollars for the drink and never add any tapioca in the drink.

Didn’t even get an opportunity to try the food. We walked in and practically every empty table was dirty. We sat at one of the few clean tables and waited for about 10 mins, and still no one came to give us menus. A couple walked in after us and sat for maybe 2 mins and was provided menus. At this point, we had been waiting for over 15 mins and that was enough. We walked out and will not be back. Terrible service, unclean establishment, I do not recommend.

Always a five star experience. The milk tea is so good. The food is always fresh and delicious. First time at the restaurant. Order delivery at least twice a month. Fantastic place.
