The staff deafer than me. The training needs to be upped. The concessions staff be like ....dead. The managers wonderful if course the concession trainer is patient. Its just beyond me they had n I clue what a captioned device was. Orientation??? Anyways expect some awkwardness but thats why we see the trainees with experienced staff. Discounted concessions...PLEASE....Smh Thankfully seats are the best....movie selection still on point.

The theater is nice. They have great seats that recline and lift your legs up too. There’s plenty of space between the chairs too. Ticket Prices were great too. We went on a Tuesday which is their discount day and if you join their free membership, you get an extra discount. I’m definitely going back. You can also order tickets, choose your seats and buy concessions before hand. There’s also a game room by the entrance. Staff was nice too. Overall, I would recommend checking them out.

Love the loungers! Clean restrooms! Great people work there! Frequently go to the late movies, very safe for families! Always purchase tickets online, so no waiting! If you go through the Cinemark website/App, you can order your dogs, popcorn, etc to be delivered to your seat! Also, this is located in a strip near Marble Slab and Chinese Buffet!

Went to go see Top Gun Maverick this past Monday , for the 11:00 matinee. Theater was clean and empty as we were the only 3 people in the theater D4. Besides us humans there was a mouse roaming around on our level of seats. While the movie was great, this did make for an uncomfortable experience for my wife and daughter. They vow never to come back, which is a shame as I have always enjoyed this theater.

Cinemark tinseltown USA is a great place for a family reunion, or just to take the kids so they can have fun and watch movies. They also have all kinds of candy bars and fountain drinks. And don't for get the popcorn with the milk dots, pizza, and pickles mmmmmmmmmmmmm they are so good. This place is also very clean and friendly employees that will make you feel right at home so you can enjoy your favorite movie by your self or family and friends. Come and check it out you all will love it and the game room is super cool. Come joint Cinemark for a movie.!

My experience until today has been great. This movie theater has always been our first choice. We usually choose this theater because of the reclining chairs. Unfortunately, today the 6 seats we had only 2 worked. So our whole movie experience was unpleasant because of the inoperable reclining chairs. To top it off the chair I had was tilted forward and had a really awkward seating position. I don't plan on coming back any time soon. Seats E9,E8,E7,E6,E5,E4, Auditorium 11

Overall a good experience for this location of Cinemark Theaters. The place is always well kept for overall cleanliness. The staff is decent in customer service. One thing I did notice they have raised the temperature in the theater rooms. I would recommend coming in shorts and short sleeve shirts as it was warm.

Sad to see how run down this theater has become. It is so filthy, makes you not want to touch anything. I even watched an employee attempt to do a little cleaning, the effort she put forth was hilarious. 🤦🏻‍♂️ They don’t want to turn the ac on, so it’s suffocating and hot while you watch the movie. This will be our last time here, time to go to a little bit better side of town for a night at the movies.

Best movie theater. Has really good seats way better than Showbiz.

The theater I was in had a foul smell and the seat was broken and wouldn’t recline. The leather of the seats was also peeling and overall it looked dirty. However, the tickets are reasonable priced.

I ask assistant manager about car charging in movie theater not working over three weeks. I ask whether they will fixed it and he’s answer was NO! that’s not for customer. Only for employees. Please whoever in charge this cinemark train well your assistant manager who don’t no how to talk to customer, very bad behave. I know that’s for customer to charge their car and I feel like he’s racism white Male. Super disappointed and bathroom feel like throw out stinky: don’t buy pizza in theaters because it’s trash. Don’t ruined pizza but brand name. Thank you

It used to be great. I don't know if they got new management or what but it's like they hire anyone. Kids who have no manners, customer service skills, are scared to speak or even look at you, are very short with answering questions, etc. And they don't offer everything they have on the menu. If you have pizza warmers and pizza on the menu, we should be able to purchase pizza. Management needs to do better. Especially with hiring and incorporating professional development or at least teach the staff social skills at the very least. This is ridiculous. These people work in customer service and don't know how to interact with people.

We had not been to a movie theatre in about 4 years and had not been to this Cinemark before. It was a really great experience; the popcorn was fresh and tasted great. The drink cups and holders at the seat were perfect. All the employees we say were great! We may start going to the movies again. All around a great facility and great experience.

This theater has really gone downhill. It's straight up nasty in the theaters with bugs flying at your face and sticky everything. The seats are also torn up so bad that you don't even care that they recline. So gross.

The staff was great and for the most part the theater was clean but a bit damaged over time. Our chairs were pretty ripped up and a little rough. I loved seeing the older cat themed trash cans, they appear to be the same ones from my childhood so that was nice. Today we went to the XD showing of The Rise of Gru and everything was fine however, you have a roach problem. We spent the entire movie trying to keep a couple roaches away from us as they walked along the wall at the top seats.

Average movie theater, dirty floors bathroom are disgusting….seats didn’t all work made funny noises when moving…..ehh not the greatest

This place is horrible! Not our usual location, we made the trip out to watch a movie they weren’t showing on our area and needless to say the drive was NOT WORTH IT. When we arrived there was at least 5 stray dogs in the parking lot who preventing my family from getting off the car as they were surrounding our vehicle. The place was basically abandoned and i see why. The theatre itself smells and they definitely don’t clean the theatres. Our seats and cup holders covered in questionable stains. DONT COME HERE!!

I usually love coming here with my daughter and today i came to bring her to see trolls and theatre #8 smells so bad as soon as you walk in. It is not suitable smells like throw up and looks nasty not clean at all chairs are broken and just not maintained. It is very disgusting and disappointing because you can’t even enjoy the movie because it so uncomfortable.! Money not well spent!

Hadn't been to the movie theater in years. I guess I realize now why. I asked for a hot dog and there was none, I asked for a pizza there was none. Only popcorn was available. No refills. When we get to our movie house the seats are broken. They don't recline and some are stuck reclining. While we are watching the movie my partner and I looked at each other as we both heard the noise of a rat. The place has rats. Worst experience. Very dirty.

I've been going here for years. Love the location and how they have progressed with the times. Seating has changed to me comfortable seats that recline and buying tickets and concession items is easier online.

The staff was very helpful and we upgraded our tickets to the HD show. Which means we went right in and didn't have to wait 30 minutes. We enjoyed the movie and the only negative was it took me a while to figure out how to use the buttons to adjust the seats. Overall a great experience, and we will be back. Thanks

Horrible. I bought my 14 year old grandson and his friend here to watch a movie. They tell us oh, they can’t watch anything by themselves past 6pm and you will have to accompany them inside the building. Fine, I paid for an extra tickets. I sat in the lobby as I had no interest in seeing they movie. I’d been there for at least 30 minutes before someone rudely and disrespectfully told me I couldn’t sit in the lobby. I had to go inside the theater or leave. I advised him I didn’t wish to see the movie and he insisted that I had to go into the theater and sit with them. I was not aware of this NEW policy and did not want to ruin my grandsons Saturday. I was forced to stand up an entire 2 1/2 hours because I was not allowed to sit in the lobby even though I had and paid for a ticket which I did show. I’m an older woman with neuropathy in my feet. I alternated between standing in the threater area and sitting on a toilet to take a break all because the management of this establishment refused to allow a paying customer a seat in the lobby. The place is dead after implementing this rule. Horrible service. Horrible staff. Horrible establishment!

I took my son for his birthday to the movies and while ordering we saw a roach on the counter. Then when we were seating down waiting I seen something jump from the other row and it was a rat. I notified someone that work there that they had rats, 2 people came to see me at my seat. They looked around and notified me that if I wanted anything free I could or I can switch movies. I didn’t want anything after y’all have roaches and rats. I just wanted to see the movie and leave asap. I will not be coming back here.

A literal baby in a car seat carrier was brought into a rated R suspense thriller I just saw. Someone allowed a couple to carry a baby into a movie theater— into a rated R film that was about half full of people. The baby made noises for about an hour of the movie. From crying to coo-ing— and it was nonstop. Someone is about to die and the music stops and Dracula is behind their shoulder? Baby crying. Other than this experience, I enjoy the theater in general. The staff is very young and likely didn’t feel compelled to say anything— but it definitely ruined the movie. It’s a good theater otherwise. Would be nice to have someone monitoring the theaters to ensure things are going smoothly.

Seats are very comfortable. The only thing I don't like is their carpet that looks so old. New carpeting will make this place great.

Spider-Man Movie was awesome!! I brought my grandson Joe to see the movie. Theater was clean ,bathrooms are clean, people were helpful and very nice. I love this place will continue to come with my family and friends.

The experience after watching the movie with my son was not good. My son wanted to play air hockey however the game did not work and we lost a dollar worth of tokens and no sign were posted on the machine. However, one of the employees did point out a sign is posted stating "play at your own risk". The employee did try to retrieve tokens back and was not successful and gave me a dollar out of her own pocket. That was nice.

Great service, clean areas, excellent sound. Seats so comfortable. Prices affordable. Tuesdays are cheaper.

I been here twice so far the experience has been ok. I order from my app and was able to print my tickets inside. My only complaint is they could have a closer bathrooms to theaters.

There on a Tuesday. First time at this theater. They really need to rethink staffing on Tuesdays. The concession line was so long we had to get tickets to the next showtime because we were in line so long. All of the lines need to be open, special on $5 night. Once we got our order, the rest of the theater was fine. Staff was pleasant. Oh, my cashier at the concession stand was very nice and helpful.

I went to take my 3 year old to the arcade. He was so upset when we were kicked out cause we were told we needed a movie ticket to go into the arcade. We will definitely not be returning to this theatre.

Great movie going experience however the soda tasted like the syrup needed to be replaced. It was more carbonated water than it was Dr pepper

I went here to take my kids to see Megan, we really enjoyed ourselves, the theater wasn't packed. We were able to get good seats and the theater wasn't packed....

The theater was very nice and clean the only thing that happened was not bad but I had to get up and let someone know to turn off lights the movie was on for like 7minutes with the lights on so couldn't see movie very good so that was the only thing other than that everything was good.

My experience wasn’t good at all I originally came to have a nice putting with my family we traveled 2 hours via bus to get here. due to me having an infant I had to bring my stroller apon arrival we then went to the Concession stand to purchase our tickets and we were told we were unable to buy tickets because we had a stroller and that there is no where we could put it both employees and managers were rude and not understanding and I felt highly discriminated against. How is it that anyone who has a stroller and no car suppose to enjoy your establishment I’m very displeased.

They have a good system going. They have small Pizza Hut boxes that are hot and ready. Quick service to get your food and beverages. The theater seats and floors are kept clean. There's usually a crew on standby to clear out the theater room and to clean after each viewing. The restrooms need more attention.

Great place for movie! Try their famous angus sirloin hot dogs they are delicious. Don't forget the popcorn with butter, and a cherry icey (the one with the Polar Bear logo) 😎👍

Very nice clean security was there to make us feel alittle safer. I will come back, oh and the seats are comfortable they recline.

Went Here For The 1st Time Saturday To Watch WAKANDA 2. It’s A Decent Movie Theater They Just Need MORE Snacks & Better Butter & A Variety Of Seasons For The Popcorn! But It’s Still A Decent Theater
