Jasper is one of the best waiters we’ve had, we also had a great first time experience. Food and Service by our waiter Jasper was great it was perfect. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Will definitely be coming back

Lilly did an outstanding job. The place was hopping but I still received great service and the food (steak) was hot that was supposed to be hot and the salad cold and crisp. It was a very good experience. I recommend this location.

A nice place for all the meat lovers, but i being as sea food lover found one of great salmons there too. Enjoyed the food well.

Went for a birthday party, not busy at the time of day we went, they had plenty of time to get the tables ready and clean. Got passed on to 3 different hostess and the third one was horrible. She had an attitude, server got the tickets wrong, not very attentive and didn't check back but once or twice. The floor was dirty around our tables. We made the best with what we had.

This was a great place to sit back and unwind with my husband after a long day of work. The food was amazing and our waiter was the politest person I’ve ever met. See you guys next time!

Placed an online, curbside order over an hour in advance and still waited over 30 minutes past the pickup time. Called twice for an update and was placed on hold and was never talked to again. Once I did get the order the bag was covered in ketchup and one of the to-go boxes had opened and was sideways in the bag. I also never received part of the order. The food was pretty good, considering we waited so long to eat.

Excellent service, quality cuts, perfectly done, perfectly seasoned, highly recommend. Friendly staff, clean, nice, restaurant for family gathering. I will definitely be back! Plus a full bar 🤠

We waited for almost two hours and all we were able to get were the jalapeno poppers and bread while other tables that got there an hour after us got their meals before we did. The kitchen and/or management was not able to prioritize anything efficiently. We understand it was busy but no reason why tables with more than two people can get everything they ordered ahead of what two people(us) ordered. Would not recommend but to each their own.

I was in town for business and found this place it has become my favorite. I got the chicken and grilled asparagus. The first day and the loaded steak the next. The seasoning on everything was spot on. I went back a few day and enjoyed everything I got. And there cake slices are ginormous and delicious.

Best carrot cake!!! Specifically went for cake & it did not disappoint!! Chocolate cake is perfect to share and definitely need a second scoop of ice cream because the icing is very rich but pairs well with two scoops.

We visited for our 5 year anniversary, and even tho the staff did not know it was our anniversary, we were treated very well. Our server, Del, was very tentative, joyful, and knowledgeable about the food. We enjoyed him talking with us and just seeing him enjoy his job. We started with some Range Rattlers, which were delicious. My husband had the Pat's rib eye with a loaded mashed potatoe and Cesar salad. He said his medium well steak was more on the raw side and that the steak had a lot of fat. I tried the patty melt with fries. I honestly did expect it to be better than it was, but it was just ok. I won't be ordering that again. We like visiting here and definitely will again.

Manager forgot to bring us our bread and the waiter needed to check on us more often, but other than that the food was good and the atmosphere was relaxing, perfect for a good conversation.

Very slow service! I couldn't place an online order because I was using a gift card & the site kept telling me the card wasn't able to be authorized. Called to place an over the phone order & was on hold 15 minutes. So I drove to the restaurant, placed my order & waited 45 minutes! I know it was lunch hour (order placed at 12:31pm), but 45 minutes during lunch hour is still pretty bad. Once I received my food, it was lukewarm! About 35 minutes in, I flagged down the young lady who took my order and asked for a refund. She said Please give a few minutes and that my fries were just finished. I should've pushed the issue to get a refund & leave. Receiving lukewarm food but not having time to "send it back" only infuriated me more. I hope management sees this & work on putting a better system in place for to-go-orders.

We usually dine here on Fridays. The steak absolutely undisputedly was terrible. I ordered a Ribeye bone-in and asked for it rare, but it came back well done. They took it back and within minutes brought me a steak that was not rare, it was so RAW that it had hard blood clots on my plate along with the cooks fingerprint etched in my plate out of the blood. The steak was not even seared, it was warmed slightly on the outside with the inside so cold it was hard cold, and the fat was bright white from how cold it was - not chilled.. The steak looked like it went from the ice box to the plate They lady who took my baked potato back put her fingers all on my plate , so she made a scratching noise with her nails. TOTALLY DISGUSTING. The barmaid was our server, and she was great and fabulous.. But the steak was absolutely gross!!!. The server noticed the raw steak and was shocked. She offered to take it back again, but we declined.. We paid close to $175.00 plus we gave a generous tip yet, never again will we bring our friends there. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTING.

This was our first time at Saltgrass. My hubby was in the mood for steak so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed. I got the Chicken Orleans with smoked Mac and cheese and got the tortilla soup. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the flavors were amazing! The Mac and cheese were recommended by our waiter Michael, which btw was a Godsend. He took great care of us knowing it was our first time and everything he recommended was exactly what we needed. My husband had the New York strip steak medium rare and it was the juiciest most flavorful steak. He also had a side salad with a baked potato. Overall the food was amazing. Mike was the best! He was attentive and friendly and honest about all the food. We went ahead and bought the membership because we will definitely be back!

Customer service was excellent! Food was good. My chicken fried chicken could use some seasoning . Sangria was yummy!

We had our company dinner here with 54 guest and it was great. They had 4 friendly servers, plus help, serving us and they pretty good at keeping things flowing. The appetizers were good with average portions. The steaks juicy and tender. Blacken fish was also a good choice. I would recommend this place for your event or just a night out. Enjoy

First time here and the drink was 👍👍, the food? The food was not worth the money. I've gotten a similar plate in other places for half the money and better cooked and with delicious flavor.

Had a lovely dinner at Salt Grass tonight. Jasper was an excellent server. He was prompt, made awesome suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed. If I wasn’t so full, I’d say can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely divine dining experience. My steak was cooked to perfection. Melt in my mouth delicious, and seasoned so very well, the potato, too! Brisket queso.....game changer! Customer service: completely on point.
