Whatever! What is an Aldi? I'm sticking with The familiar name Kroger or HEB.

I love Aldi. Fresh veggies and fruits and good prices. sometimes you can find useful home stuff for good price too.

Only hotpot place in SE Houston, so it's 5 stars otherwise would be 4 for lack of variety. Ate here about four times now, The experience was great honestly, great service, waiters and waitresses super friendly and helpful. Individual self-serve hotpot which is great, food is overall okay, the meat needs to be cold when served to us to cook otherwise it just sticks to the plate it's on, which is a pain to pick up and tears apart. The hot tea they have is amazing, really helps when you eat lots. The seafood selection could be better, but not the worst. However the sauce bar is perfect, all you sauces you can mix and match really makes it a hotpot place. All the combinations you can think of. The ginger sauce is really something to talk about. I highly recommend this place if you live in the SE or clear lake area, otherwise you'll have to drive to bellaire for some.

This is my favorite Specs. The people here are a huge help and the prices are awsome. Note... if you don't see the liquor or the size you are wanting ask 9 times out of 10 they have had a run and will restock on request. Also be sure to ask their opinion if your looking for something new they always have great suggestions. I'm a bit sad that the HEB moved, but I still make the trip here because it's worth it!!

Aldi is a very good store for most things. We have shopped there regularly since they opened.

I hope this Shop may be coming too close because there are not many products here as expected

This place is worth a stop! There's a closeout aisle near the exit with bargains to make the trip fun...

Low prices compared to bigger grocery stores. Good variety and good quality merchandise.

Not my first 1st choice for grocery but definitely can find gems and surprise buys on misc items other than food

This place is dangerous!!! They have so many wonderful toys. lol I end up spending too much money when I go there. I must stay away. lol

I am sad to see that a lot of the quality of the food has gone down so badly in this place. The deals used to be great and now they are about the same as H-E-B and Kroger. Last time I was there at the chicken caesar salads were poofing up from being old and expired. You can still find good deals there but you really have to look.

Update 10/2023: Lately, it's been stocked better than during covid years. Of course prices went crazy high for me. If there's something you see advertised, you'd better go there quick or it's gone! Still my go to place though. 🙂 This is my go to place for pricing. Produce is not my favorite, as I am picky about my onions! Vine Ripe tomatoes and green onions are good though. Other produce might be good, but being single hardly buy bags full of produce. In general, a great place to shop.

The eggs seem to be decreasing in size but my breakfast was a meat lovers and tasty!!

Quality Aldi. I've been to worse. The best place to buy staples. Don't recommend it for fresh produce unless you plan to make it that day or the next - it's not the highest quality

I love Aldi and this Aldi is different than the one in Alvin. I think the store is a little bit bigger but has a great young lady working there, which I knew from working at the Alvin place. It was great to see her and it was a pleasant surprise cause of knew she left the Alvin Aldi but didn't know where she went to. I can only recommend those stores, they still have the best prices and the people who work there are awesome.

Aldi’s is the bomb. Check the Google hours to see how busy or not it is. Best prices and the staff are kind.
