I stayed here for two weeks and made two reservations. When I checked in they said they were able to combine reservations and I would be able to stay in the same room. While I was at The hospital receiving a treatment that would take several hours the lady at the front desk called me and was that I should've already checked out and that she couldn't find my next reservation and I would have to be out immediately. After checking with her supervisor she figured out the problem and said everything was OK. A few days later she knocked on the door and said that I had to be able to get in because that room was already booked. So I had to drop my plants and move to a second floor, on the other side of the building. The water was shut off for an entire day and then there was no hot water after that for the rest of the night. I contacted the support and made a complaint but never heard back from them. The room keys stopped working after the first few days and I kept having to go back to get new keys. They do not change the linens or clean for 10 full days. The grab and go breakfast is a hard muffin. The other option is a quaker oats oatmeal packet. They had coffee but it was empty. Check out time is 11 and they charge you for overstaying, and do not put the checkout time on the door or anywhere. I would not recommend this place.

Everyone has a good attitude.. friendly and get it done approach.. cleaning staff is very thorough and always a hello and smile! At night it's quite and peaceful which helps getting a good night's rest.... Which is Important when you're away from home... The coffee is so good** and there's fresh muffins, granola bars and it's nice & clean presentation... The Laundry room is always clean and the machines work well.. great dryer's :)) And the neighbor's are all respectful, friendly... All in all there's a peaceful vibe โ˜ฎ๏ธ whether you have a short or long term stay... This location is pretty cool, it is literally across from NASA! At night it's great to take a walk and as you make your way to the front entrance... There's NASA lit up with Beautiful lavender and aqua blue tranquil light's.. the local restaurants are superb bc there's absolutely every cultural food one could desire...

Nice place. No problems. The staff is very helpful. Travis is very helpful and professional and he does his job as thorough as possible. I should get the other names as there are a few more that deserve recognition. We have been here over a month waiting to close on a house and we have been here long enough to know if things were not as they seem. They seem to be okay to me! There is free continental breakfast here, but quite a few donut shops next door and breakfast dine ins within walking distance. You get a little kitchen as well. Not too loud. They have security here at night. Hot water for days! The cleaning staff will not bug you! One thing I'd like to point out is you can take your own trash to a room down the hall and this room is very cold! Why is that important? Because it doesnt stink up the hallways. Very smart! That alone is worth 5 stars! Right across the street from NASA. You can walk in any direction and get a nice bite to eat without hopping in your car, if you feel like it. Friendly staff. Overall, I'd stay here again. Pet friendly. Easy to fall asleep. Comfy bed. Close to many attractions. Go check out the Kemah Boardwalk!

I had read the reviews from a few months ago, and it mentioned roaches and uncleanliness, and I was worried about our stay. I stayed there yesterday and it was very clean, no roaches in sight. The bed was clean without any hairs. The shower was also clean. The To-Go breakfast was great. Consisted of Muffins (blueberry&chocolate), granola bars, and hot coffee/hot water for tea.

My daughter is a type 1 diabetic, staying away from home for the first time ever for an internship at JSC this summer. The staff was amazing, so helpful. Twice her sugar went urgently low at night and we couldn't wake her by phone, the staff kindly went and knocked on her door, in the middle of the night, to wake her for us (instead of calling EMT). We are SO GRATEFUL for their help and kindness.

All the staff here have been great. Now, about the breakfast, they try to sell you on, lol. Sometimes, they have oatmeal, granola bars, or muffins, but somebody forgets to order more cause they run out for days at time. Although there is always fresh coffee and hot water for tea.

The service staff is really good! In particular Monalita one of the maids is outstanding. She goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and provides excellent customer service!

Monalita was our house keeper/ cleaning lady and was absolutely wonderful. She was always checking on us and providing everything we needed and at most times even before we had to ask. I can only speak highly of her and the professionalism she showed. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in years. 5++ stars

Staff was incredibly rude and condescending. I was there for a food delivery (I would never be caught dead staying in this hotel) and some lady who I assume was the hotel manager was harassing me as I was just doing my job. Would never stay in this trash hotel anyhow, but not only is the hotel garbage, itโ€™s obvious the staff is even worse. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. 1 star seems like a compliment.

Be careful not to leave any sentimental items behind - I regretfully did and they were accidentally given to another guest. Other than that, staff were really kind, and itโ€™s a nice area and comfortable hotel

Such a nice short stay I had here. Was visiting NASA with my sons boy scout troop. Very accommodating to my needs. They provide all the essentials for the kitchenette in room. Very Clean room. Office staff were all helpful and friendly. Only thing I wish they had a hot breakfast and not grab and go. Also, beds weren't that comfortable. Great location to NASA and have everything around you! Thanks for a great stay!

The rooms are worn out. There is no breakfast available. The coffee was out, no one in the front to assist. I would not recommend at all.

Across the street from NASA which made it perfect for after to just hop across the road and check in. The rooms are basic, there isn't much flare at all but for the price it workes.

The male staff in the lobby is kind and excellent. Also, the house is very safe. The cost-effectiveness is very good, and it's also good to be a simple cooking. I would like to visit again if I have a chance.

Our first room was not even clean, we came into our new room and the cleaning lady MonaLita was super kind and friendly, made sure the room was top notch clean and that we are grateful for with a messy baby. Overall it was an okay experience. Couldโ€™ve been better, couldโ€™ve been worse but MonaLita was extremely kind and professional !

Do NOT stay here. No breakfast, no turn down service, no front desk help unless you yell, pretty sure the coffee poisoned me, and a security deposit. Never staying at this trash hotel again.

I give this rating because of staff member Ronnie. She was a pleasant surprise to find at an otherwise unpleasant hotel. Ronnie is one of the best front desk representatives I have ever met. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT- I WOULD GIVE THIS HOTEL ZERO STARS IF NOT FOR RONNIE. I ACTUALLY FELT UNWELCOME AND I WAS A PAYING GUEST. RONNIE IS AWESOME AND SHE DESERVES A RAISE!

Very bare bones place to stay. No coffee or coffee maker in the rooms. The free breakfast is a pot of coffee, hot water, instant oatmeal packs, a few muffins, and maybe some granola bars. Coffee ran out at 8:15am, No more coffee was made and there is no coffee available after 9am. Lots of guest upset about that. After voicing my concerns the lady at the desk brought me a small coffee pit and a pack of coffee for the room. ty The pool is closed, gym is adequate, location is good for restaurant choices and attractions. Rooms are what you would expect at this price point.

Dump, they call you at 9 AM on a Sunday to see if you will be checking out on Monday. We should have left upon checking in but I had prepaid for 2 nights. When we walked into room 126, it smelled bad and had a dead bug on the floor, next morning I was up early because of my unwanted 9 AM wake up call from the manager, so I asked the front desk please have housekeeping spray and clean the room only to return around 5 PM to find nothing done and the room unclean. I was told the fumigation spray was locked up and housekeeping didnt have the key, so I guess they choose to do nothing, not even make up the room. We left and told the front desk lady they need to refund me for the unused night, I heard nothing called 2 days latter to be told I said nothing to them at check out from another, who claims she checked me out. BS the lady at the front desk would remember me. The lady on the phone is lying. Moral to the story pay $20 more and stay somewhere else.
