This
Christmas,
I
decided
not
to
make
tamales.
My
husband
heard
of
this
place
and
we
decided
to
make
the
drive
from
Katy.
They
had
security
in
the
parking
lot
directing
people
to
the
entrance.
We
had
to
enter
thru
the
banquet
hall
and
get
in
a
long
line.
When
we
got
closer
to
the
front,
someone
took
our
order
(4dz
pork
tamales)
and
a
few
minutes
later,
or
order
was
brought
to
us
and
we
went
to
pay
at
the
register.
They
had
4
registers
open.
It
was
Christmas
Eve
and
they
had
the
line
moving
fast!
They
did
a
great
job,
starting
with
the
police
outside
to
the
way
they
efficiently
had
the
line
moving
fast!
The
tamales
are
the
best
I've
had
in
a
long
time.
They
are
delicious,
with
a
good
amount
of
pork
inside.
The
masa
is
just
right,
the
flavor
how
it's
supposed
to
be.
The
bakery
next
door
has
great
pastries
(Mexican
pan
dulce)
and
cupcakes
with
a
surprising
filling!
We
will
definitely
be
back
again!
